Exactly as expected from the pictures and information online. Comfortable and classic.

I am a facilitator and spend hours on my feet each day. These shoes are absolutely perfect for work as they're incredibly comfortable and very stylish. They're the perfect touch to any outfit and easy to dress up and down. I'm constantly asked where they're from.

Perfect shoe, leather is like butter. No need to break in to get comfortable.

Honestly one of the most comfortable, attractive and well-constructed shoe I have ever put my foot in. I love the quality so much. I wish you made more shoes, like block heel pumps and block heel ankle boots because I really just want to wear Nisolo shoes all the time. Thank you!

I wear the this shoe at least 4-5 times a week. It didn't require any breaking for me and the comfort holds over long walks. I love that it was perfect for summer and has transitioned into fall perfectly. It looks just as at home with jeans and a tee as black pants and a blouse. I'll probably give them a rest over winter so that my James oxford can feel more love, but can't sing the Mariella's praises enough.

After eyeing them up for months, I'm so glad I finally got them. They fit great and are really comfortable. I absolutely love them!!

Fell in love with these shoes since day one. I was on the hunt for a great pair of black mules and nothing ever compared. After lots of thinking, I took the plunge and haven't looked back. I feel so good in them and sometimes struggle to not wear them every day. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful and I know I've have these for many years to come!

This was my first Nisolo purchase, and I was a bit nervous about investing in shoes I had never laid eyes on in person, but I'm moving toward more of a capsule wardrobe and decided they are worth it. The moment I put these mules on, I was in love. They feel as comfortable as your favorite perfectly broken in pair of shoes from the first wear. I work 10 hour days standing on concrete and I never get sore feet when I wear these! Plus they are a classic sillhouette and go with EVERYTHING. I have to stop myself from wearing them every day. I would love to add the nude to my wardrobe.

I like them so much i'm contemplating purchasing a second pair in another color.

These are the most comfortable slip ons ive ever owned. I have very wide feet and struggle finding shoes that work for me. The leather is so soft that I never even had to break these in or worry about any pain. Great for work, day to night, and pretty much everything else!

Purchased these mules back in the Spring and love them! They are super comfortable, stylish and were perfect for work all Spring/Summer long. I received many compliments on these shoes! They do take some breaking in, as mentioned above "your heel will be close to the back at first , however, the leather will stretch in the width and your foot will move forward and feel more comfortable". I wore them around the apartment for a couple of days to stretch them out. I purchased a 9.5 as this was the size of my Nisolo Harper Chukkas - I would maybe go up a half size if you have wide feet.

The Mariella mules are my birthday present. I have never been happy with a new pair of shoes. These are the perfect mules. Stylish and very comfortable. I am very happy with Nisolo's quality. I am a very happy customer.

I thought these were beautiful and well made but t I returned them as I didn’t think they would work for me. I need to avoid mules. They don’t ever really fit close enough to make me comfortable moving fast.

I love these shoes but they definitely run small (and are pretty narrow). Nisolo recommended sizing up a half size, which I did and they are still too small. They were final sale so I couldn't return them or exchange for a full size up, so I'm hoping they stretch out over time!

I purchased these shoes when Nisolo had a sale (10% off, so these shoes were $135) Upon inspecting the box and the shoes, I found a sticker that was marked with a lower price tag, which led me to believe that these were leftovers from their sample sale? The shoe wasn't perfect as it had some markings and the shoe had remnants of the sole, which was easily fixed with a buffing block. Also, shoe bags weren't included, but I sent a quick email to Nisolo and they were able to send me shoe bags within a week. The shoes are super stylish and something I could wear for years! I needed to get a non-slip sole added because they can be slippery on smooth surfaces. I am a true size 7.5 and purchased a size 8 and they fit perfectly with no break-in period needed. I also purchased the black pair, which is lovely as well!

very hard to break in the shoes. but once you do they are very comfy. my feet do tend to get a bit sweaty by the toes when it is hot outside

They did give me some blisters on my toes initially, but I know I am still in the breaking them in process. They've already been worn in the rain (accidentally) and all over a conference hotel and they've held up great. I love them!

I love everything about my shoes, except that for some reason one shoe clicks when I walk. I think that the leather right by the heel on the underside has broken so it makes this snap/ click sound with every step... happened within the first week of wear. not sure if that's repairable or just the way it is...

These shoes are clearly very well made. They leave a little to be desired in the comfort department (even after breaking them in with a few wears). I'm considering having them stretched at a local boot repair store. Would buy again, perhaps just another style/fit.

I read many reviews that said to size up. That didn't work for me. The return process wasn't that smooth. Shoes are great though! Only issue is that they sometimes slide off while walking.

Great quality leather, comfortable right out of the box. I wear in between a sz 8 and 8.5 and the 8.5 fit great. These make my feet look smaller than they are, which is great. My only complaint is that within 2 weeks of wearing them, the inside footbed lining has already lost its adhesive and pulled off! Such a bummer because the shoes are lovely and feel high-quality otherwise.

I got these in Brandy, and was not prepared for just how beautiful this leather would be. It's not a solid wall of one color, has some natural looking variation like polished wood. It's utterly gorgeous. They are a little bit stiff but if they follow the path of other shoes from Nisolo I think this will ease over time. They are slightly too wide (well tall more than wide) but ok to walk in, I just hope they do not stretch much. But could add an insole if they do. I do think they would look best on a smaller foot than I have (I'm wearing 9.5 as a narrow size 10) but overall the style looks very nice, classy-casual-quality and again, the color is just jaw dropping beautiful.
