Unfortunately the wrong product was sent forcing me to deal with a return. Would have been nice to hear from customer service and correct the mistake .

Too big & see through… don’t waste your time!

These were ordered a size 13, my normal size. I could not even get these sneakers on my feet. Terrible sizing.

Light weight and good looking however, hurt the balls of my feet, I need more cushion then these provide me. Additionally, the ankle cut out is too high for my foot and causes severe chaffing.

Third pair of On Clouds that I have bought. Have no idea what happened with these. Put them on expecting them same great feel but extremely uncomfortable. Giving them the benefit of the doubt took a walk to see if maybe they needed a break in. Within the first half mile they had cut both of my heels and was bleeding through my sock by my big toe. I’d really love to know what On Cloud did differently with this design. Customer service was great and took them back but very hesitant to try another pair especially for the price.

The mesh top provides absolutely NO support. My foot was sliding all around in these shoes, and it’s not because they were the wrong size. The shoes were correct size, just a big disappointment compared to the dozen other On Cloud shoes I have owned. Thank you, Zappos!!! : )

I have two other pairs of On and they are super comfortable. Cloud X Shift is not comfortable.

The shoes are see through, especially in the toe box. If you're wearing socks you can read the labels....if you're barefoot you can see your toes crystal clear. Bizarre. Doesn't seem that way from the pics

This particular style is translucent...so if your socks are not one solid color, the shoes are completely see through and you'll be able to see your socks.

Was very disappointed in the comfort of this shoe. I have a pair of cloud flows which are perfect so I expected comfort to be the same across all styles.
