If these slippers came in half sizes and did not have such a rigid arch support they might be fine. I wear a 6.5 shoe. I followed the suggestion to order up in size. The very rigid arch support came in the wrong place and was actually painful to wear...they went back.

Thank God I only have 4 steps in my house ~ I have fallen twice and I am 70 and DON'T FALL! These slippers are made very poorly and I am surprised they cost over $60.00 even though I got $10.00 off. I am sending them back and will never buy slippers from LLBean again. So Disappointed.

The slippers were cute but otherwise they were a big disappointment. They were too short by a few inches. They were stiff & hard to walk in. For the price, I could not justify keeping them.

These scuffs are no match to the original scuffs that Bean made. These are way too wide, too big and are flimsy. Too bad Bean doesn't go back to making the scuffs from many years ago. Why they have to keep changing their products. Clearly the elder scuff was selling well as evidenced by their consistent sell out during the holidays. Very disappointed in the current overall quality of Bean's products these days. And I am a long time customer of over 20 years now.

Slippers are well made and colorful . The fit was a problem for me because I have shallow feet and the scuff was too loose; I almost fell out of the scuffs when walking. The edge of the scuff at the back was in the wrong place and was uncomfortable for me. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I've bought slippers before from LL Bean, this were not the same quality. Not worth the money they are charging.

I was very disappointed. They were very uncomfortable and I sent them back. I did not think they were very well made.

When I saw the puffin slippers, I had to have them (despite the fact that I live in poverty). I used my birthday money and bought a pair. They fit very well and had great support - I have bilateral hip replacements and a whole host of medical problems and I need a slipper with support. They were more comfortable than my old Haflinger slippers and I just LOVE the puffins. I bought a second pair because I loved them so much. However, after five months of intermittent wear around the house, the sole began separating. Is it just me, or should slippers last longer than five months of intermittent wear? (I have three other pairs of slippers - so these are not worn every day.). I will post a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. I just love them in every way except they fell apart with light indoor only use in too short a period of time. Please fix this problem LL Bean because you have an otherwise very lovely product here. I don't blame people for wanting to buy them - they are so lovely and plush and supportive. But be prepared to buy 2-3 pairs a year and never wear them outside.

These have what feels like a plastic inner foot arch support under the foam insert. I love the less expensive version of these and thought I was treating myself to an upgrade. Unfortunately the upgrade made these too painful for me to wear after about 3 days. They felt super comfortable at first but then once they started to break in they were unbearable. I bought a pair of LLBean duck boots this winter and they had the same weird arch so I returned them too. If you have boots and they are comfortable for you, then these may be as well.

These scuffs were recommended to me by customer service as the successor of the wonderful Comfort Moc fleece-lined slides of a few years ago, which are no longer available. Those shoes were very comfortable, with substantial rubber soles and proper arch supports, well sized, perfect to don after a winter day out in boots. I could even go outside in them. These Daybreak scuffs, however have very thin flat soles without real arch supports or a raised heel, and the sizing is very strange. The "fleece" is much inferior to the older ones. The "arch supports" in these feel like small hard marbles digging into my foot, the 10 was barely long enough (even though I wear 9.5) but so wide I slipped around in them as if I were wearing the box they came in, even with heavy socks. All in all completely useless to me and even dangerous, so I returned them. I very much hope that LL Bean will bring back those lovely Comfort Moc fleece-lined slides for next winter.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She thought the cat on top was cute (she has two!) and the color was great. I returned them because they were not comfortable walking in them. The soul in each was way too stiff and made it difficult to walk.

I bought the blue tree frog - size 8. I received them and the arch in the left foot was bigger and higher than the right foot. Uncomfortable. I returned/exchanged them because I thought they were defective. The replacement was the same. The left arch was huge. Must be the whole lot of that one is defective. I kept them hoping it will squash down with wear, but so far, no. They hurt a bit.

Adorable to look at, but impossibly uncomfortable if you have tile floors. The sole is just not hard enough. I wear regular sandles in place of slippers.

Returned the slippers due to defected outer soles. Black rim/sole peeling, leaving black flecks throughout the floor and having to constantly vacuum them up , so returning, also felt the fleece inside is of poor quality.

These slippers are not the same fit as the scuffs that I used to buy. The length is okay but the medium width is too loose. I wish the old ones were still available.

I ordered these slippers in August 2017 to be prepared for cold winter nights. I wear slippers around the house almost every night, and I was looking to replace some Merrell hard-soled slippers I had worn for over a decade. While these LL Bean slippers were generally comfortable (though not as snug as I would've liked), I was not prepared for them to deteriorate within a year of purchase. Tears appeared, first in the left slipper, then the right slipper, just below the big toe. I attempted to sew the hole together, but it quickly ripped apart again. While they are still wearable with holes in both slippers, I am deeply disappointed in this purchase. I would not recommend these slippers unless you need ventilated footwear.

These slippers must run large because I bought my normal size and they are loose fitting. Also inside fabric is not as soft as I had hoped for.

I bought these slippers but had to return them, but I'm hoping they're going to let me exchange them. I like the slippers but the insoles in them were narrower than the width of the shoe, so what my arch was touching was a hard edge straight up the middle. I can tell the slippers are exactly what I want and I'll change my review if I can get a pair that's made properly. I am bummed that when I returned them they are out of the color I wanted so I had to choose another. That doesn't matter very much, but I really liked the raccoons. I was planning on buying a pair with the puffins if I ended up liking the slippers, but so I'm waiting on that as well, and now they're out of the puffins too. Dang.

The sole is very stiff and will not bend at all. That coupled with the over wide width makes them very uncomfortable and difficult to walk in. I ordered the fall leaves motif ones, and while cute, these will definitely be returned.

They are ok but not worth the price that I paid for them. I wish that I had ordered what I had a couple of years ago, the wicked good slippers. They were well worth the money as they last for years. I doubt these slippers will last that long as right now they look like an old pair of slippers.

Super cute designs. Fit was the issue. Ordered my usual size 10; found it to be way too narrow yet a half a size too long. Since there are no half sizes available, I returned them. Not great for the wider foot either!

These slippers are really cute and comfy at first but in just a few weeks they stretched so much, I started falling out of them almost, Not much support and they're not all that comfortable.

First they are cute! Fit well. Comfortable. But I didn't like the lining against my bare feet. It had a sticky feeling. I guess the lining didn't or couldn't absorb perspiration. I would pay more for wool!

Stiff, big and boxy at the toe, the length was OK. I did not care for the colorful design on the top-Puffins. Some might like that.
