Purchased these as a gift for my wife. She Loved the design of these scuffs, but was disappointed by the fit too large by at least a half size and by the lack of arch support. Returned them as they are not offered in half-size increments.

The Chocolate Lab slippers are SO adorable!! But they are "pilling" already and the dog's tail isn't glued down well. Will have to send back.. .

The throat was not the same on both! I've been stretching the smaller one but it's annoying. I would not have paid this much just for beauty

I don't know why they changed the sole to these slippers but they are not as nice and not as flexible. They even look cheaper! Will see if I order again??? At this point I don't know!

I wanted to love this slipper! It is really sturdy, fuzzy and warm. However for me, there was too much arch support, and the insole doesn't come out

The lining is horrible. I haven't worn the slipper very much in the lining is already wearing out. To be honest when I first opened up the box I kept looking at it wondering if they sent me a used slipper. I'm horribly disappointed in this and I feel the quality of L.L. Bean in general is going downhill with the exception of their coats and footwear. I'm not sure I am able to return this without the original packaging but I feel like I paid too much money. A pair of slippers I found elsewhere for $18 is better quality than this. I will say that the tree design is beautiful and the two times I wore it out briefly I received compliments on it. LL Bean please please get your quality back.

I ordered these Daybreak Scuffs to replace my older pair. I have been buying these scuffs for years as they were the BEST house slippers I have ever found. However, these last ones (Off-white with Dog Sledding) were not the same quality as my others. These were made in a different country so I am assuming a different manufacturer. The sizing seemed off - they were too big for bare feet but adding socks did not help the fit. It seems like the braiding around the collar of my older pair was not just ornamental but it helped the shoe keep its structure. PLEASE go back to offering a few choices of a solid color w/o the applique' and slippers that are quality-made, worthy of the LL Bean name.

I love the look, but dislike the "no support" around the heel. They slip right off my feet with every step. Sorry to be making my FIRST LLBean return!! I LOVE this place.

I would call these a Wide, not a Medium. I walked right out! I really wanted to love these as they have a great toe box and are really cute.

I have been hankering after these slippers for awhile, even buying them as gifts for others. When I saw the cute squirrels, I took the plunge. I have worn LL Bean Wicked Good slippers for years, always in the size 7. While I sometimes opt for a 7.5 in certain shoe brands, I had it on good authority from friends that the whole size 7 would work. And it would have, BUT for the hard molded toe. If I had known about the toe, I would have walked away from these. The molded toes do not work for me. Did I miss this in the description? Sadly, I have to return. I love the designs, but not the toes.

These slippers are cozy and cute, but I had to return them because they were huge on my feet. I ordered a half size up, but I couldn't keep them on my feet. I decided to order a different style

I've had these just for a few weeks, I needed slip on shoes for convalescing after a major surgery. As cute as they are, the design has already started to peel off, I believe that was week one. Disappointed. I had the dog pattern years ago and they held up much better.

I bought these slippers after loving - for the past five years - an earlier version (the red ones with the cat silhouette). This version, while looking very comfy, is actually more rigid and stiff. The size fits fine and I give LLBean a few stars for the pretty design...but the slippers should be much more comfortable than they are. Sorry, but they are coming back to you.

This is my third pair. They were the greatest slippers ever until they eventually stretched out. This last pair I got were already wide. It's like I've been wearing them for months. I'm disappointed.

I bought these slippers to replace a pair I bought from LLBean a couple years ago. I just wish they hadn't changed the design. I could just slide my feet into my old ones but I have to struggle to get my feet through the much smaller foot opening on these. Struggling to put on slippers rather defeats the purpose.

Thought these would be more comfortable than they actually are.

My slippers have a nice picture of an owl that I like however they are not soft or comfortable on my feet. I like the support but there's no cushioning of any type or lining on the bottom of the slipper to make it feel comfortable and supportive on my feet.

I bought the Daybreak Scuffs to replace my old LL Bean Sweater Fleece slippers that I've had about 5 years. These new ones are not as comfortable and I think the reason is the toe box is a hard material and as I walk my toes bump up against the front of the slipper, which feels hard, not cushy. I wear a 71/2 shoe so I ordered a size 8 so there would be room for my toes to move and I always wear socks with them. They also have an arch support that kind of annoys me since it isn't always in the right place. After a while the slippers get uncomfortable and I am glad I kept my old sweater fleece slippers so I can change into them. I am keeping the Daybreak Scuffs in the hope that they will soften up over time. The sole is good so I can run outside in them. I just wish they were more comfortable. I read reviews of the sweater fleece slippers and got the impression they were redesigned and the sizing was off. That's the reason I took a chance on these.

I recently received my slippers to replace a pair I purchased a year and a half ago. I have only worn them a handful of times and While they are still pretty comfortable, they are not the same slipper. The footholes were misshapen on arrival and appeared to be stretched out so didn't fit as snugly. They were not as plush either. As I said. They are still comfortable but no where near as nice as my previous purchase.

I'm not impressed with these as they are not true to size. I ordered size 8 and had to send them back for 7 - which I kept. I've only had them since 1/30/20 and they now feel like a size 71/2-8 wide and the inside sole is very lumpy and not very comfortable under foot. They are warm in cold weather, but if you have a pet that sheds, the hair WILL be attracted to these slippers. I'm constantly 'lint rollering" them.
This is the first time, I believe, that I really dislike an item. I usually am extremely satisfied.
Won't stop me from buying from them though! Love my LLBean!

I have purchased these slippers twice this winter thinking that it was a fluke that the first pair didn't hold up to keep their shape in the arch but the second pair is doing the same thing.

I love the design and needed the arch support but as another reviewer said, the arch is lumpy and hard, not a smooth surface and this causes pain. I wish they would fix the sole, loved them otherwise!

This is my second pair I have ordered for myself and several pairs for my great-grandchildren.
On my last pair the left slipper the fabric is pilling but not on the right. Very disappointed but still love the slippers otherwise.

Love the looks of these slippers. However, the arch feels as if someone stuck a stick across the bottom of the slipper making it feel lumpy and uncomfortable.

Thought I'd finally found a slipper/scuff that would replace my 10 year old Acorn slippers! Exterior fabric, snowflakes embellishment, cozy fleece lining lived up to LLBean's quality. Sizing was spot on! My hopes were dashed when I discovered that the arch support, a great feature, had been set back an extra inch! Walking was uncomfortable, and part of my heel wondered what in the blazes was going on! And so dear readers, the slipper/scuff hunt continues.
