I have multiple pairs of the ECCO Soft 7 design. They are super comfortable, able to accommodate my orthotics, and quite stylish. I even wear the "fancy" trim line versions with casual dresses. Luv when I can find them on sale. :)

Perfect. This is my fourth pair, or maybe fifth, of this same shoe. Because it is PERFECT. I walk a lot for my job and so I wear them out, eventually. I am very hard on shoes, and these shoes take good care of me. Great support, great style, comfy foot-bed. Perfect. Perfect fit too, and my feet are VERY hard to fit.

These felt comfortable right out of the box. I am size 5.5 and these size 36 fitted perfectly Very lightweight and easy to wear.

SUPER COMFORTABLE! Have problems with corns on toes and these are perfect! Soft leather and super soft.

But these for my mom to keep her current. The color, leather, style are all very nice. She said they are very comfortable and she is particular! Actually, I wouldn’t mind a pair for myself.

It’s always hard with this brand. I’m a true 9.5 and this style was just a little too tight. I wish they did 9 and 9.5 separately. But good looking and I think would have comfortable

I bought these to replace a silver pair that (sadly) are coming to the end of their useful lives. The photo shows smooth leather, the same as the silver pair I currently own. Even though other reviews stated that the pair they received was a pebbled textured leather, I took a chance on those being outlier experiences, but unfortunately the pair I received was also pebbled leather. There's nothing wrong with it, per se, just not what is pictured and not what I ordered. In addition, the leather itself is more stiff than the smooth leather of the previous pair. I decided to keep them anyway, because I'm not sure the smooth leather even exists anymore and I love the style. They're perfect for travel and long wearing. I just hope the leather softens up over time to feel more like my other pair. And Zappo's: please change the photo to reflect what customers are actually receiving!

I picked these shoes for part 2 of a formal wedding (my gown would hide most of the shoe), the fit was perfect but the soles were very sticky and squeaky. Every step was an annoying squeak. Not good for the dance floor! If I were going to wear these outdoors, they would be PERFECT, unfortunately, I need comfy shoes for ballroom surfaces.

I take a 39 in Ecco, 8 in US size. These are a good fit, a bit less roomy than other Ecco shoes in this size. I have a wide foot and narrow heel. I can wear these without slipping and they are wide enough. The leather looks like it will crease. I got silver which is a lighter cool silver. They aren’t overly cushy. I don’t think they would be as comfortable as a trainer for all day travel type wear, but fine for every day, the styling is spot on, and no annoying logo like CH. Took off a star because they arrived with no box, no stuffing in a plastic bag in an Amazon box. They were clearly a return but in perfect condition upon inspection (the color had sold out). Still I’m deducting a star for the lack of a box. This is the second issue I’ve had since Amazon took over Zappos and from now on I will order elsewhere if possible.

This shoe is a very cool design, in my opinion. I am returning this pair because they are very stiff. The tongue is not flexible and kept rubbing my ankle. I only had them on a few hours sitting at my desk and they became too uncomfortable. Very unlike ECCO, which is one of my favorite brand of shoes.

Loved the shoe just not the silver. Will order another Ecco in white.

Ordered two pair: this flowers on white and the white gold. The leather in this flowered pair was much stiffer and although the shoe fit, it was uncomfortable. I kept the white gold pair and am very happy with them

I really wanted to like this sneaker but it felt quite a bit too tight. I'm looking into other brands but might return for a larger size.

Adorable shoes! Loved the pink! They were a bit small in the length but too wide, and a seam rubbed my toe. Wish I could have kept them.

I buy Ecco shoes because they always fit me well. That said, Ecco's big weakness is the soles. Ecco soles have always deteriorated -- just crumbled - before the beautiful uppers were very worn. I have had my vintage (leather lined) Ecco shoes re-soled, but it is not possible with the newer "injection" soles. This "planned obsolescence" makes Eccos very expensive. At least on the past, I had the option of extending the life of my loved shoes by having them repaired.

I was initially excited when I tried on this shoe. It fit much better than I expected and even seemed to have some side support that I need. It is a nice neutral white sneaker but in leather it just reminded me too much of an old style nurse white shoe. I had a better option in my order that I decided to keep and return this one. It needed a little something special even though I was looking for neutral this just wasn't it. The other shoe was also from this brand however. One negative that might be important for some customers is that the design of the stripe of leather unfortunately fell over the joint behind my big toe. Despite having just had a steroid shot in that joint a few days ago, after wearing the shoe for a few minutes it started hurting in that location. I did size down a half size from my normal 8 that I wear in New Balance. I think this was a good size for me in this brand.

Leather is very soft. Fit is comfortable. These are nice shoes. I like the color. What I didn't notice in the photos is the kind of toe bump/cover these have. I have another pair of Ecco shoes I'm replacing, and they don't have that toe bump. I really like the color, which makes my feet look smaller, but the toe thing is unexpected for me. I may exchange them for a different Ecco style that doesn't have that bump.

I first bought these last year and was hoping to buy a second pair as I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable, and great walking shoes for vacations. Unfortunately, the quality control has slipped and the fit and appearance of the leather is inconsistent. I ordered two pairs to try and both had scuff marks and scratches on the leather.

Really pretty sneakers bought to change into at a wedding. Ultimately didn't wear because they pinched my toes.

The leather looked very pebbled. Otherwise very comfortable and true to size like all my 6 ECCO sneakers.

The fit was ok but they haven't adjusted to my foot. While you want shoes to maintain their shape, The leather has not softened at the points where the shoe bends

I loved these shoes, but which they were sold in half sizes. The 40 (9-9.5) were very snug, felt more like a US size 8.5. The 41 (10-10.5) felt like a true 10, and were enormous on me (I'm a regular 9). So disappointed!

Leather is not as pictured on the Zappos website. I received a pebbled leather silver shoe, not the smooth leather that is shown in the photo. I purchased the gold metallic shoe a month or so ago, and it was the smooth leather shown on the Zappos website. Prefer the smooth leather. It’s dressier. The pebbled looks more casual and not as expensive. Also, the pebbled leather seems more narrow in fit than my smooth gold pair. I have ordered another silver pair to compare. Giving the shoe 3 stars overall because it’s truly not what I expected and the fit is a bit off. I will, however, update if the next silver pair is a better fit.
