I have another pair of Vionic slip ons that are super comfortable so I was looking forward to getting these shoes. But, I was disappointed (and quite surprised) that the shoe was so big for a 9.5! It felt almost like an 11. Def order a full size down. I am returning since I needed this for a trip and obviously cannot take them with me. Too bad. I don't think I'd want them in a smaller size either though.

I’ve worn vionics for years, and this is the most uncomfortable pair I’ve ever had on. Not only was there no arch support, but the way the sole was cut actually rubbed on the bottom of my foot.

I love these shoes, but sadly I have to return them. I ordered the size 8 since I wear size 8 in my vionic sandals. They're a bit long, but I thought I could add a pad in the shoe to hold my foot back. The real deal breaker for me was the heel. It's small around and I actually felt wobbly in them. It was weird since it's such a low heel.

Love the shoe, but runs a little long, so will exchange it. Cute as can be though.

Comfortable, cushioned footbed but minimal arch support. I am returning and keeping a different pair of heels with excellent arch support.

Disappointed in this beautiful pump because it didn't have much cushion or arch support! The shoe itself runs generous in the length but too narrow in the toe box for me. Great toe cleavage & pointier than the foto shows. Kit Josie taupe has soft leather.

These are beautiful in quality and style, but there is very little arch support. They offer much more arch support than the average shoe, but not enough for me on thin stiletto-type heel. Hey Vionic, people buy your shoes for arch support and heel stability. Are you trying to appeal to a different customer base? Your loyal customers like me need a blocky or chunky low heel 1 to 1.5 inches on a dressy shoe that provides big arch support and style.

Although it is attractive, there is something wrong with the sizing of this shoe. I normally wear a 10.5 M and cannot even fit my foot into an 11 W in this shoe. After ordering three separate sizes of this shoe, I give up.

Beautiful shoe, truly great looking. My problem was that right where my heel and arch meet up the insoles poked my foot. I am hoping it's just because I got a 10 and going down to 9.5 will help.

The arch support was very stiff and rubbed the inside of my foot. I have to send them back even though they're a cute shoe.

This shoe was too small - odd because Vionics usually fit me in the size ordered, a 6 W. They were too pointy, too narrow and too small overall. They sure look cute, but I couldn't stand to have them on even for a minute.

toe box very tight - the rest of the shoe fit perfectly for my 9.5 foot. Too bad.

I was so excited to get these and so sad to return them. They are super cute, but they were big on me and I felt if I ordered a half size down the toe bed would be too snug. I also have plantar fasciitis and did not feel this shoe provided the needed level of arch support that my other vionics provide. I so wish this one worked out because they are so darn cute!

Love the look of these shoes in tan/camel........but unable to get use of suede shoe Would have gotten a pair if you had it in learher:(

I have other Vionic shoes in size 10W. The 10W in these pumps were way too tight for me everywhere but especially in the toe box. I tried the 11W but they were huge. I had at least a thumb's worth of space between the back of the shoe and my heel. I'm not quite sure how the size can jump so much but I checked all the sizes in the shoes and unless I happened to get two mis-labeled 10W shoes, I think that's just how it is.

Mine came not as pictured. They had bright green fronts that gave a reptilian effect. Going back.

I originally got loafers for my husband and they are both attractive and comfortable. These are just not very attractive or flattering. Will be returning.

Color is NOT navy. More like a denim. Too light for navy. Otherwise shoe fit well and is comfortable. Returning because of color

I wear Vionic shoes almost exclusively. I ordered these in my usual size 7W, and they seemed a bit long. The width was okay, but I didn't even bother exchanging for a 6.5 because I thought the shoes were ugly. They are extremely pointy. My husband said they looked like witch shoes, and I have to agree with him. I really wanted to love these because I need a shoe like this for my work wardrobe, but I'm going to have to try a different brand, unfortunately.

The 9.5W was too narrow in the toe and too wide in the heel. My right foot is 9-3/4" long from heel to longest (2nd) toe, 3-3/4" wide at the widest point, and 2" at the widest part of my heel.

The color is not NAVY. I loved the shoe so I reoredered the same shoe hoping the original color was mismarked. The second pair were the same slate blue , too light to wear with a navy dress or pants. Returnd the second pair and ordered Calvin Klein, hoping they'll work for me. Love Zappos selection and the customer service is amazing! Maryann Texas

Sad to say these shoes are going right back. Should have listened to the reviews as the run big and unfortunately don't offer in a 5 1/2. Also, very disappointed in the quality of the leather. For the price, I found the leather to look very cheap. I'

It pinches the toes and I have narrow feet. I love kitten heels but these feel very unstable. I have 12 pairs of Vionics but these don’t work.

These shoes were one of the most comfortable pairs that I tried, but the leather was all messed up. It looked like someone had been wearing them for the past year and then returned them. The sole was scuffed up. The color was worn off the toe and heel. Is someone at Zappos inspecting these shoes before they are sent out to the customer? If so, they failed badly. Going back!
