Very cute shoe. I agree with other reviewers that it doesn't have as high an arch support as other Vionic shoes, but for me, this is better. I have put a few cotton balls in the pointy toes to keep my foot where it is most comfortable. One of my outer toes pinches a bit, but overall the cotton balls have worked well, and the shoes are pretty comfortable. Definitely not all day comfortable for me, though.

I was hoping these would be a good staple for dressier occasions. The style and heel height were great, but the narrow toe crowded my toes and so I decided to return them. They may have stretched with wearing, but I didn’t want to risk it.

I love Vionics for their support and overall comfort. Yet at the end of the day, my feet were killing me in these -- I can't tell if they've changed the design or not. They are wider than is helpful for me, and my feet slide down -- so I have to "work" all day to keep them on. So -- yes, these are the nicest pumps I can buy as a person who needs arch support, but this particular pair -- stylish, lovely -- can only be a "once a week" shoe.

The jury's still out on these shoes. They are elegant and really just what I wanted in a pump. The heel is a perfect height. They look lovely on my feet. So why not 5 stars? Well, they are a tiny bit big, so my feet slip around in them, but I definitely could not go for a smaller size because of the pointy toe. Also, the sole is slick, and I almost crashed to the floor when my foot went a little sideways. There's no grip at all. I tried adding a thin inner sole, but immediately my toes pinched. So I'm slightly leaning towards keeping them, because they look really nice, but I definitely won't be walking very far in them. It's a low heel, but an extremely thin one.

I've been trying to find a pair of work appropriate black pumps, that would accommodate my bunion and not have too high a heel. These work on all those counts, and are surprisingly comfortable. I chose the wide width. The one thing that I don't like, however, is the amount of toe cleavage they show--less than optimal in the office--and the extremely pointy toe. That said, I'm keeping them.

These shoes fit me well - I have a foot that is quite wide at the front, bunions, regular sized heels and a high arch. They look nice but to my eye they seem a bit long because of the point and their is little toe cleavage (not much). I find them moderately comfortable and could definitely get through a day on my feet in them. I especially appreciate that I don't walk out of them.

I ended up returning these. Too pointy-witch looking for me, and a very ugly color; not at all navy. They looked like they had been left out in the sun for years and faded and discolored. This “Navy” is definitely NOT the color in the picture. Give them a pass.

The vamps of most pumps and flats cut me right across my bunion, so I was excited that the vamp of the "Josie" was a little higher (though the point of the vamp is still quite low, so it still looks stylish rather than frumpy). And sure enough, the edge of the vamp did not cut into my foot. However, though the shoe fits (8.5 W), something about it makes my foot feel like it's coming out of the shoe. It's almost as though the arch of my foot is floating above the arch of the shoe, even though Vionic is known for its arch support. I am probably not explaining it very well, and it's probably my foot rather than the shoe. Sending back reluctantly, as it's an attractive shoe and a good heel height. Note: the black is a true black; the picture shown looks gray, but it's a standard true black.

I've only worn these shoes twice since receiving them and all in all, I would say they are comfortable. On one of the occasions, I had to walk several blocks from the car to our venue and they continued to be comfortable all evening. They don't seem to have the arch support that Vionic is know for and I added an arch support insert the 2nd time I wore them. I can't say I noticed much difference. They are cute and look good dressed up and i thnk they will also work with jeans or leggings! I may order another color.

Cute and comfy, though my regular size pinched my toes, half size up was perfect.

Although I ordered an 11W, they were much too narrow in the toe, and they look better in the picture. Not a very good looking shoe.

I needed these shoes for a couple of weddings. They run small; I had to send back two pairs. They have a short heel but they’re still heels, so they’re as comfortable as you’re going to get with a heel.

Arch support hurt my feet, returning

They’re a little stiff & the shoe gapes a bit in the heel, but I can stand & walk in these for hours. Very stylish! Beware, though: the sole is very slick!

A little snug in the toe & slippery sole, but a great shoe! Very good looking & stylish.

These are great looking shoes with the perfect sexy kitten heel, but they do not have the arch support that I buy Vionics for. The footbed padding is thin, and the pointed toe was too narrow for me, too. Great looking, but definitely not a comfortable shoe if that's what you need.

I ordered the wide (normally I buy a medium and stretch the toe box), and the toe box was perfect without stretching! But, the shoe gapped on the sides near my instep. Also, I’m reliably a size 11, and this shoe was about 1/2 size too long. I didn’t think the toe box was too long...I couldn’t see my toes at all! Love the beautiful red color, but the gapping at the instep and length just didn’t work and they didn’t have a 10.5. Sadly had to return.

These were too tight in the toe box for me. However, the arch support was beyond compare for a shoe in this style. My foot felt extremely supported!

Lovely shoe! I originally ordered a size 6 which was too large. Unfortunately, the size 5 was just a tad bit too small. A 5.5 would have been ideal, but that size is not made. Zappos returns made the return very easy and convenient. The customer service when I called was excellent and reaffirmed why I use Zappos!

This is a lovely shoe and stylish especially for people like me with foot problem like the neuroma that I have. It can be excrutiating to put any pressure on the ball of my foot so happy to see that kitten heels are available now -Last year could not find any. Disappointing however is how tight and non-uniform the sizing is. I own three vionic sandals that are awesome and run a bit large. I found these to be either true to size or tight. I have a slim foot and low depth foot but the regular width was fine. I think they are a bit too pointy and squoosh the toes some but I am keeping them. I am keeping the taupe suede in size 8 - my regular size. The black suede in 8 was too tight. I exchanged for black leather non suede in 8.5 since they were all sold out of 8.5 in the suede styles. I am keeping the black leather in 8.5. Advice is to either order two sizes or go up a half size. Style is very nice - good for dresses or slacks and not frumpy in the least.

I have quite a few foot problems including a painful Naroma so I really cannot stand much pressure on the ball of my foot. I’ve had several treatments for it and it’s not as bad as it was so I finally decided to try and buy some kitten heels. I already own several pairs of bionic sandals which are excellent. However I cannot understand how they made this style so pointy and tight in the front. The sizes are not consistent I ordered four pairs and ended up keeping too. I ended up with a eight in the taupe suede which is my Normal size. The eight in the black suede was incredibly tight and have a coffee bar. I ended up keeping an 8 1/2 in the black leather. My advice if you try this is too what are several sizes it seems to run a bit on the small side. They are attractive looking shoes and I finally have something I could wear for at least a few hours although I certainly wouldn’t try hiking many blocks in them.

Lovely suede shoe in taupe! Wide width is true. Doesn't crush my toes. I did have to go a half size down which is odd for me with vionic but it was ok because the arch support is not nearly as much as vionic usually has so it didn't hit me in an odd place. It was comfortable for the event but still a dress shoe. A vionic dress shoe so more comfortable than most but not like their flip flops or sneakers. I would love to see this in nude patent leather :)
