Customer Reviews New Balance Kids 680v6 (Little Kid/Big Kid)

My little girl really wanted these purple/teal New Balance shoes. We ordered them and the wrong color arrived. (Blue/green) and not the ones I ordered. I re-ordered the same pair, and the exact same thing happened. We received the blue/green shoes and not the purple and teal shoes pictured and ordered. Now I have to send these back, and wait on a different pair. Hopefully the third time is a charm.

I purchased the regular width initially. When they arrived, they ran very small. My daughter has to wear inserts inside her shoes and these were WAY too tight with them in. She loved the color however so I returned them and purchased the wide width instead. When those arrived, they were no different than the regular width. The wide width was no different than the regular width. Will be returning once again.

I love New Balance shoes, but the quality on these shoes are very poor. After 2 months there were holes on the upper mesh side. Don't waste your money getting them

I bought these 6 weeks ago and there's already holes in the upper. Extremely disappointed.

My kids have LIVED in new balance shoes since learning to walk. For 5 years we've bought no other brand because of their amazing quality and true wide widths. That being said, I'm sad to say these are TERRIBLE. As other reviews noted, the mesh breaks after just a few weeks of wearing. Extremely disappointing and a total waste of money. I hope they come up with a redesign in this price point because we can't afford their higher cost options, and the money spent on these should provide a shoe that gives you more than a few weeks of wear. We'll be looking elsewhere for shoes.

I always trust NB to my boy and he loves it! Normally he wears them few months. This time we had a big disappointment: in less than a month, the front of the shoe was ripped.

Like the others have said (I did not see before buying) my five year old has the same tears at the start of the mesh. Pretty disappointed because they are only 3 months old.

If I could give it a zero, I would. They lasted a month, tops. Completely fell apart. I recommend the Rave running shoe. I re-bought that pair for my oldest and they have held up. I re-bought the same pair for my younger thinking it was a fluke in quality, but nope, they also fell apart within three weeks.
