The shoes are good, made well, and have support, but they run large for women. I am Women-8 and I choose Men-7 because I expect should be 8.5 but it is like 9. Also, it is heavy for me. So I will return and buy a pair of shoes for women.

Great fit! A lot of space for my feet to breath. Takes a few days to break in. Insoles Highly Recommend

I normally order a 5 for Mens and this feels like a size bigger and wider. The materials look and feel alright. I have a prescribed insole which made it harder. I need a softer, thicker cushion and arch to support my feet and make me able to stand a little longer than usual. It’s also, just when you wear a wrong size, no matter what, it creates complications on the feet. My feet feels fatigued and triggered my plantar fascitis and ankle. I feel like if it’s fit right, i will feel better

Overall a good shoe for being on my feet all day. I had to get a size smaller than I usually am. The width is good for my wide feet too. Had to return the first pair and get a smaller size.

This is my very first time wearing a boot like this and after 4 hours of working at Amazon, my feet hurt even more. I'm not sure if they were too heavy or the fact that I have to get used to them, but they were not comfortable. They are boots of course, but the inner parts of my lower leg, above my ankles hurt the most. Very uncomfortable first experience. Is it possible that they can be returned for a smaller, type composite shoe, instead of a boot? I wore them once and put them back in the box after that shift. Thank you.

They hurt my toes on top of the foot when I walk through the warehouse a lot

Got these for my shift at Amazon. Comfortable & cute fresh out the box. Working 10 hour shift & my feet don't hurt. Usually wear a 9 1/2. Sized up half size.

I am not dreading going to work anymore! Merrill always comes through and these boots are excellent! Big toe box, no rubbing due to plenty of cushion and not very heavy. I cannot feel the composite toe like in other shoes/boots. I have worn them with thin and thick socks and they are perfect! One star off because the laces are a tad short but you can always replace them.

I kept hearing about Merrell boots from family members who work in contracting so I finally got a pair. These boots are nice and comfortable. I ordered size that was about half a size too big; however the return and shipment of the replacements was quick and easy. I wore them on a short delivery run to break them in, and they were comfortable right out of the box. I thought they would be heavy, but no issues. I'm looking forward to ordering another pair in a different style. These are great for work, and seem rugged enough to stand the daily grind of an Amazon delivery job.

These are actually true to size. I’ve had to exchange shoes twice now out of 4 total purchases. I love these boots. I did add insoles, but they fit great!

Feels good, a little on the heavy side but to be expected being a steel toe. The insole has better quality than expected. Now, just have to see how they hold up in the rain.

I love this boots! Very comfortable and women can order them in their exact size (not the one Zappos recommends) so that it fits a little big and doesn't hurt their toes. The only thing I don't like is that the laces are too short.

A little narrower than I had hoped. Arch support could be better, expected more cushioning.

I messed up last review of these, confusing them with a different shoe. I wear 8.5 M in pretty much all brands and I agree with other review to order at least a size down. I would order a 6 and still have room. With the protected toes it’s hard to judge where your foot ends. Put my foot next to the boot and it was way longer (afraid of tripping).

Fit & sizing true

Great shoe. But after 3 months of work, I needed to replace the insoles.

The shoe fits I got the 6.5 in mens ..I wear a 8 to 8.5 in women shoes. The style is great, I wore them one time and was complemented many times..the problem is we are supposed to wear these type of boots at work but in one area where I work I stand for 4 to 5 hrs in one spot and my feet was hurting. Don't know if the shoe needed breaking in but the first night my feet hurt. So today is day 2 will try with pads if not....ouch my poor feet.
