This item runs very small. I'm normally 7-7.5 and for this item I went with a 7.5 and it still fit small. It's also very narrow other than that it's cute just not so flattering on me.

Comfortable sole but runs small! I wear a 7 1/2 but this fit like a 7. I had a blister on my toe after wearing these for a day.

The straps are different sizes. So one sticks out more the the other. Im returning them

There were several spots on the shoe when I opened it. I don't think the shoes were completely new. They're cute and comfortable, but given the price point, I expected better.

I'm surprised there are so many good reviews. These sandals are beautiful but so so uncomfortable! They do not stretch at all. I doubt it is a leather. I got compliments but I won't wear them any more as my feet simply aching after wearing. I'm really upset that I paid for it 200! It's first Cole Haan shoes which disappointment me.

They are ok. They are not as comfortable as the previous ones. But, the sandals are not good quality. They peeled fast.

Although I liked the design of the shoe they were very stiff and sadly they squeezed right out of the box. I did return them.

I wanted to love these. They are zerogrand the perfect neutral and can be worn w many styles. They are a little too narrow for my feet and I had blisters on both feet. I was so disappointed. I doubt I can return them. I will try to break them in. All my other zerogrand shoes do not require being "broken in"

Expected them to be comfortable and stylish. They were stylish but not comfy. Leather too hard and I feared it wouldn't wear in without blisters. Fit was small. The size 7 said it was a 38 but fit more like 37 or 37.5. Wanted to love but returned. At least customer service was good to me!

These sandals are cute looking but uncomfortable. The straps around the toes squeezes on my feet because of the way it is designed.

Shoe is absolutely heavenly save for the fact that the inner arch digs into my foot. Trying every work-around in the book as they're fabulous just not built for my foot

Nice design, but it was way too big, so I had to return it. I am always a size 8 in Cole Haan shoes, but not this time. It was too wide and also too long. I did not want to take the risk of trying the smaller size, so I returned this for credit.

The strap broke after one wearing-very disappointing!

Cute, but can't walk in them, they squeak!

The straps in the front are so hard and gave me blisters. Wish it was softer leather instead.

I bought this last year and not wear a lot, it hurt my food after 15 minutes walking:( do not recommend

These are not leather like the other two models offered. Made a squeaking sound from bands rubbing together- leather softens with heat and make no sound these just felt very synthetic. Very disappointed because the fit, style and comfort were all there. At that price I want real leather.

My ankles are too thick and the strap doesn't wrap around. Super sad!

So small! Sized a half size up and still felt like Cinderellas wicked stepsister trying to pry my foot into the shoe. Not even close to my size, not sure how many sizes I would have had to go up

For people with sensitive feet, these are the worst sandals ever. The front band is very sharp. Gave me several blisters on my first wear. So disappointed with this material and the brand.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Idk how they made them, but i got blisters on total of about 6 toes, back of BOTH feet, and EVEN THE BOTTOMS OF MY FEET. That's only 1 time going outside AND i had to band-aid all the areas that were in contact with the shoes. Also they are SQUICKY!

Truly clunky sandals! If that s your goal you ll score with these! Can t imagine how they ll look after a few days of wear. White foot bed could get nasty!
