The shoe has good support. Feels a bit bulky.

Great support and very well cushioned sole

These are very cute sandals, but they have a few problems. First, they squeak with every step. Second, the leather upper feels like plastic and is not soft at all. Third, it is quite narrow. On the positive side, the sole is very comfortable. If they had not squeaked I would have kept them and hoped the leather softened and stretched out with wear, but the noise was too obnoxious. Frankly, i expected better quality from Cole Haan.

Really cute style but they made a loud squeaky noise with each step since the rubber material was very stiff.

Inside sole is horrible. I didn't realize it until our recent warm weather. My foot sticks from perspiration Hate it and sorry I purchased them. Im syicking with Birkenstocks!l ANNOYING!

Love the style not the fit

These shies squeak so loudly you cannot feasibly wear them anywhere. They are so cute and comfortable. Too bad.

I really wanted these sandals!!! Unfortunately, while they didn't seem too tight, the straps squeaked when I walked so I had to return them. They seemed like they would be comfortable and I hated to have to return them!

Comfy sandal, but really wide. Cute style too.

It was a beautiful comfortable sandal but the strap was hurting my pinky toe. Not tight, just hitting on a bad spot.

The sandal had great arch support and looked very nice. Unfortunately the front strap was slightly too large and the leather squeaked when I walked. I returned them - I might have kept them if they fit correctly with hopes of the squeaking stopping.

I bought these for teaching because they are cute but durable and comfortable. I cannot wear them to work because they are SO loud...it's kind of a "squinch squinch squinch" sound that makes everyone laugh. So a big no to wearing them around college kids! They don't need to know I'm coming! I don't see this mentioned in other reviews, so I guess it's possible I'm the unlucky customer who bought the rogue pair of Non-Ninja sandals. Be aware, though...may not hear it until you've worn them a few times.

It takes some break-in time to wear the shoe comfortably. Once break in, it is very nice. But during the initial wear, I developed blisters on both feet.

I ended up returning this coz the footbed was too narrow. I felt that the inner aspect of the footbed was digging into my arch. It was very soft, cushy and comfortable. I loved the style and everything but it was just too narrow for me to keep it.

These are fine sandals for a variety of purposes. I'm disappointed, though, that they don't provide the level of cushioning in the sole that the same sandals from 2 years ago had. Also, the previous shoes had the velcro strap at the back, which is a better location than having velcro prominently displayed in the front. These are also narrower than they were 2 years ago (I bought a 9), but now I need a 9.5 across the toe. I've had this experience before with Cole Haan (oxfords). I discover an incredibly comfortable and fun shoe, and later versions of the shoe don't give the cushion.

The sandals are really cute & comfortable BUT they squeak while walking, so I hope once broken-in they will no longer squeak.

The ankle strap was too loose. So unfortunately I had to return them. I did get my normal size and a half size bigger but both did not fit well around the ankle.

Good quality leather, very stylish yet the strap that's located by the arch of your foot will hurt. The bed of the shoe is more narrow than any other Cole Haan sandal I own.

I give 3 stars just because the straps are so hard

These are beautiful shoes and so comfy! Sadly, I had to return them because they were far too loose on my ankles.

The sandal runs small. I normally wear a size 7 which was a tad bit too small. I should have ordered a size up.

I am sad about these sandals, they are not true to size fit, they run small I cannot wear them at all, seems like a narrow sizing, they are not like the other shoes I have purchased.

Insoles are too hard. Leathers are not smooth.Not recommended.

Too narrow in front. Bought a larger size than my usual because my feet are just a tad wider than most "medium" shoes. They are long, but the front seems to be made in the same width as much smaller sizes. Even my MIL, who has extremely narrow feet, could barely get hers into the sandal's front.
