College backpack

Great backpack. Has all the types of pockets I need for various supplies. Only thing I would change is that there are too many straps that hang down while wearing the backpack that are not obvious in the promotional pictures. The straps are also pretty long when they hang. I cut them all off to make it look more streamlined like the picture. But all in all I'm happy with it and would buy another North Face backpack someday.

Solid product with no useless features. Real lean and sleek! Johnny Lawrence would surely call it bad-ass!!!

It's a good backpack but in the big pouch in front of the laptop pouch it is almost impossible to get things down past the top if you have books and things in the big pouch and even just a couple things in the little pouch.

Bought this for my 7th grader's school bookbag. My HS freshman has used the same bag for the past 3 years. Great product!

This is nice quality- but smaller than what I expected.

Nice Backpack. I little narrower than I would like for my kid's main compartment, also would like a sleeve within the laptop sleeve. But it is simple and lovely. Nice design and is aesthetically wonderful.

Got this for my son for school. He's only in 4th grade. It's a bit large for him, but he loves it. The quality so far seems great; I imagine this could be his backpack through high school. The small amount of padding and structure will be great once he starts carrying a computer and/or heavier books around.

Great backpack - great for EDC and hiking; works in the city, while traveling, and in the outdoors.

Perfect for a freshman in HS!

I use the backpack for school every single day of the week. I love the back board in the back of the backpack because it protects my laptop very well. I also really enjoy how much pockets there are in it. Seriously this backpack is perfect.

Versatile. Use it for work and travel. Sleek but holds a solid amount of gear.

It has been absolutely perfect for college! Feels great on my back, and even with lots of stuff in it, I don't feel the weight as much. It has been very easy to put everything I need in it, and it has worked it's purpose perfectly for me.

My youngest son's first NF backpack. He uses it for school and loves how much interior room it has to hold all of his gear. The backpack itself is also stylish and practical.

I use this backpack daily for school & ove everything about this backpack except for where the shoulder straps connect to the actual backpack. I'm on my 3rd Recon backpack now because the shoulder strap ripped away from the backpack on my 1st 2 Recons. NorthFace has always been good with their warranty though.

Comfortable, not too big, nice pockets It fits a 16" laptop, but without an extra sleeve on it

This was a gift for my High Schooler. It is perfect! NorthFace makes durable, efficient backpacks. I have others like the Jester and the Borealis and they're just as great

Great back pack for middle/high schoolers! Very durable material that withstands daily wear and tear. The colors are also very bright and fun.

Bought this for short trips and ease through the airport. Ample room to pack the necessities and super comfortable straps. It was a great addition to my travel gear!
