I typically love all North Face products, but this was a little disappointing. The bag is well-made overall. The outer lining is a little thin though, so you can see the inner fabric through it. Maybe they could've used a lighter color inside so that it wouldn't look so funny. Also, the bag is boxier than expected.

It's not usable as a backpack

It's a good size and lightweight for quick weekend city hopping train trips, but when it's packed full the straps are really tight to use it as a backpack. Too bad the straps aren't adjustable to make it more comfortable. Also the top zipper does not feel very strong when the bag is pretty full. Hoping it will last because I like it as a weekend bag for riding the rails around Europe. I like that it wipes clean very easily.

Love this bag!! I'm using it for work. Fits all my stuff and lunch. Not too big or small. I wish it came in more colors.

Amazing bag and tote to everything

Great tote, spacious, sleeve for laptop and side pockets are perfect for water bottle. Can be worn as a back pack as well. Love it for carry on travel.

Love the space in this bag. I bought it as my baby's diaper bag. Light and easy to keep organized. Great that i can use it as a tote bag or as a back pack.

Bought this bag as a carry-on bag for a trip with kids. It was perfect for that and also used it going to the beach, nice that it can get wet and dirty and will be easy to clean. I am excited to use this summer too. Only thing is I wish the straps were a little longer or able to adjust because when you use it as a backpack it sits up high on you back and is a little uncomfortable but all in all very happy with this bag!

This bag is great. It is bigger than expected but not bulky. Its nice being able to use it as a tote or backpack. Also useful having the water bottle pockets on the side.

Got it for my sister. Sister used its work, evening college classes, daily errands, and to gym. Also for travel.

I bought this bag as a diaper bag. I've used it for 8 months and love it. The zipper is durable, the bag fits lots of stuff, and it's easy to clean

This bag is great! I use it for my dogs food, treats, toys and bowls when we go to friends houses.

The straps are not long enough to actually wear as a backpack. It would have been nice if the straps had the ability to be made longer so that it could actually be worn as a backpack. I just had to send it in to get fixed as the one strap came apart at the seams, after only have it about a week. Would not recommend for the money spent on it. Definitely disappointing as I've never had issues with north face before.
