I use it as my everyday bag and love it!!!

I always love purchasing Northface products. They are durable and the last backpack I purchased for my daughter lasted 3 school years. She wanted a new back pack so, northface is where I went again. I am never disappointed with any product from northface.

Perfect for college. This tote is larger than I expected and is very versatile.

I chose the color Laurel Wreath Green - Silver Blue, which is a gorgeous color & its overall aesthetic is awesome. I love the idea of being able to tote around my belongings, & to also have the option to transition the tote as a backpack with ease. However, I ultimately returned it because the arm straps caused strain on my arms quickly when I wore it as a backpack. I also was not too happy about how short the actual tote straps were - I'd personally prefer for it to hang further down my shoulder. On a side note, shipping took quite awhile for whatever reason and the packaging looked as if it'd been attacked by a grizzly bear. I was surprised the tote itself arrived unharmed!

I got this bag to hold my gear for watercolor painting outdoors. It fits all supplies and is easily manageable . I got this bag for the backpack option and it has been great to switch from tote to backpack. I love this bag and will be getting lots of use out of it.

I am a teacher so I'm pretty picky about my bags. What I did like about this bag was that it could be worn as a tote or a backpack. That's handy when you're carrying a lot. The quality was decent and the color was nice (I ordered the purple). What I did not like about this bag was the lack of organization. So many TNF backpacks have tons of pockets for organizing small items. This bag has two outer side pockets, one small outer zippered pocket, a laptop sleeve inside, and one large zippered pocket inside. To me, the inside was just one large area and the bag is pretty deep so all of my things felt like they were jumbled and lost. I ended up returning it and going for the recon backpack.

Sturdy tote bag with zip pockets and backpack capability. Wish it had a long carry strap or at least hooks to attach one to.

I will using this for classroom observations to tote around my belongings and supplies. It's super spacious and sturdy! Can't wait to use.

I LOVE this bag. It's so nice being able to use it as both a tote bag and a backpack. There is plenty of room inside as well as the pockets.

I purchased this tote mainly for school and maybe an overnight bag, but I realized that with the zipper and backpack straps it can be used for outdoor activities as well! It does just about everything without being bulky or hard to carry. I would buy it in every color!!

Perfect bag for work with a lot of space! All of the advantages of a backpack in an over the shoulder bag. I appreciate the extra zippered pouch inside to keep items organized.

Love this bag! I do wish the straps were bigger, but o well. The bag is amazing.

I work in a school and bought this bag to carry my laptop, lunch and it still has plenty of room to throw a few extra things in. Will also be using it as a carry-on bag when traveling Great bag!

The quality was nice and seemed durable for the backpack for riding, which is what I bought it for. Yet, I immediately returned it due to the fact, I wasn't really planning to use the tote straps more so just thought they were convenient; I want it as the backpack version. My arms couldn't even fit through one side of the straps. Not without saying, I was extremely disappointed.

I needed a roomy tote to use as my carry on and as an every day bag. The size is good, my water bottle fits in the side pocket. However, there are loose threads all over the bag, as well as some bunched up places where the sewing was bad. Overall looks cheap. Made in Indonesia. Definitely returning.
