I use this as a general backpack for my school stuff. It is nice and spacious. The laptop pocket is, however, not big enough for my laptop. I jus5 put my folders and notebooks in the laptop compartment and my laptop inthe main space area. It fits well and is comfortable. I love the color. Overall, great product but I wish it just had a little more space.

Nice backpack, good size, comfortable. The only thing that I don't like is that the pocket for pens/pencils/keys is not full size, so the bag looks lumpy and top heavy when things are in that pocket

My daughter uses this for high school. It can fit a lot supplies and is very sturdy. The only problem she had was the spot for her water bottle was not big enough to fit it. We had to buy a skinnier water bottle for this particular backpack.

This works very well for my high school junior.

I bought the backpack for work use to store my laptop in. It is perfect. It has adjustable staples so if I have files I need to take with me I can make it smaller or larger. I would definitely recommend. Several coworkers have already purchased this because mine is so convenient. The colors are also very nice. I got gray!

Purchased this bag for my daughter of collage. Backpack comes with some padding for laptop/tablet. It does take away a bit from inner storage space. Seems a bit large than it should be. Inner is a decent size but if you have clothes that need to go in it does seem to be over packed. Only concern we had was that the left strap broke after less than 2 uses. This is a one off situation since I've been using NF backpack for some time and this was the first time ripping. My other concern was that when it came for color. During return there was no other store that has NF products or the actual NF had them available. Bummer cause my daughter really liked the color and feel. We were able to replace it but not the color she had wanted but settled for one that was in store.

Size is great! Was looking for a great bag for college classes, after class, and camping. Not too big, and not too small. All of the features I use and highly reccomend.

This product is great. I purchased it fot my granddaughter. She loved it! The several compartments make it easy to stay organized

I love the look & it's very comfortable, but the backpack is a bit small in the main compartment. When I pack a lot of my work books, it is a very tight fit. I wouldn't say this bag is practical for those looking to carry multiple/large books at once, which unfortunately I must do. If that is your goal, I would recommend another backpack with more room. If you'll only be carrying thin items, like a laptop, ipad, & a thin notebook at once, this backpack would work. One aspect I did not think about was the color (white). Sure the bag is an eye catcher but any dirt/stains are highly noticeable quickly. Considering I put my back-back on the ground often in class, I didn't think this through and have to wash it continuously to maintain the look.

Use it for work travel - carry my computer and other essentials. Pockets are convenient and easy to get to. Love the style and color!

Great quality, but my daughter is already running out of room for her high school materials. We asked the store employees if there were any bigger backpacks and they said no. I wish that they made larger ones like they did when I was in high school. My Northface backpack held twice as much as this one.

The backpack is great and spacious! Only complaint is the traps aren't super comfortable but overall a great bag!

It's sad and disappointing that shipping and store pickup simply does not rise to today's standards or expectations. Products are fine but getting products delivered in a timely manner is critical for today's consumer and unfortunately The Northface falls short. Do better.

My daughter and her friends all bought this for middle school. The design is odd in that it's hard to use all the lower space in the main interior, and the top small pocket makes it unbalanced. It's hard to push water bottles into the side pockets, although it is nice to have two water bottle pockets. The main problem is that it cannot handle the weight of school books; one of the straps broke after less than a year of use. We will look to a different brand for a replacement.

I bought this backpack for my daughter to use for school. She loves it. It's big enough for her books and Chromebook. The color is really nice looking. We will have to see how dirty it gets

My middle schooler is using it. So far, better than the adidas backpack from last year that had tears in it. We will see how it holds up. I like that she can put her cheerleading shoes on the outside with the straps.
