Shoes are reasonably comfortable, but the price is far too high for what you get.

Super cool features (easy slip on/off, stretch laces) and very comfortable in the short term, but two major gripes: 1) Zero arch support. My feet are killing me after wearing these for a couple of weeks 2) Price point feels unreasonable

I had to stop wearing my Atoms after about 2 weeks. They're a bit too small for my feet, and despite being designed to slip on, the fabric on the heel is already starting to tear :(

Very pricey for what is offered. I have a sketchers that is as comfortable and 1/3 of the price.

I love the look and feel, but after wearing them FIVE times, two of which on travel days (flying) the soles have huge gashes in them. Im racking my brain trying to figure out what could make such an eyesore, I dont recall doing anything strenuous with them, I only use them to walk through the airport! That said, I try not to look at the heel, and I love the comfort.

I love the look of the shoes and the genius of the quarter sizes but when I bought them and started wearing them.. it was clear something about the right shoe was not fitting the same way the left shoe was.. it appeared the right shoes had a slightly higher heel height and the construction was off.... i wrote back to ask you about the possibility of that being possible or what to do about it.. and you never wrote back so that was a bit disappointing.. i still wear them but the right shoe fit has never been right.

Honestly, for the price point - the unique make-up doesn't encourage me to buy more atoms over traditional shoes or similar styles.

Whites got very dirty very quickly and am unsure on how to clean...

Need more colors. Was not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Soles need more traction.

Initially, I had a lot of issues getting the shoes in the first place. I placed my order, and realized I put the wrong address. I emailed to correct it and got a quick response saying my new address had been noted - so far so good. Then, my shoes never came. After emailing again about them a few weeks later, they were finally sent, but to the old address, so I had to email again. When I finally got the shoes, the size that fit me had a manufacturing issue (the tongue was sewn in twisted) so I had to send back all three pairs. When the new pair was sent back to me, I had to email again to change the address. When I finally got my pair and started wearing them, I thought they were fine. They are a solid shoe, but in no way worth $179. For reference, the only other shoe that I have spent that much money on (adidas ultraboost) blew me away and I recommend them to anybody. I l might recommend these shoes if they were under $100.

Still waiting on one pair to arrive, was charged for both even though second pair has not shipped (its been over a wk).

The shoes are nice, but they're not waterproof, and they aren't as comfortable as competitors like Allbirds and Vessi (my new main shoe).

Initially the shoes felt comfortable but when I started walking around in them, I found very little structural support and my feet were pushing out over the sole.

The fit of the shoes just doesn't work for me. The toebox area is fine, but my heel doesn't feel like it's sitting squarely on the shoe. I always fee like I want to push the heel portion of the shoe to the side to better align to my foot.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are perfect except for them destroying my heels. How can they claim to be the most comfortable shoe on the market when they can’t get the most important thing right? If you wear no show socks or no socks at all with these your heels will be rubbed raw. For a $130. What a rip off.

The sole separated in less than a months.

I used the automated sizing tool to help select the appropriate size shoe and was pleased because it suggested my actual shoe size, 7.5". However, when I got the shoes they were way to tight because it appears they only come in a slim. The length was spot on, but I could not wear the shoe because it was not wide enough. So, anyone with a wide foot would have difficulty wearing the shoes. Also, there did not appear to be a loop at the top of the tongue of the shoe to help hold it in place when putting on the shoe. I had to keep pulling the tongue back into place as I put the shoe on. This may have been because the shoe was way to narrow for my foot, but most soft shoes laces have the loop.

I was very specific when ordering from your website that I had a wide foot. When the shoes arrived, as soon as I saw them I knew they were too narrow. These are the narrowest shoes I have ever seen! I would not have ordered them had I known. I have returned them. It seems like a lot of effort snd expense for your company. Having said that, I appreciated the HONY discount as bd your support of the environment.

I ordered the size I always do, and theyre too small. No free returns from Canada.
