I like the shoe laces & how flexible they are, but very bad on arch support my feet hurt! I paid so much for shoes then had to but insole to correct arch issues!

Unfortunately these shoes curl in too far in the back of the opening and severely rub the Achilles tendon. The cushioning in the bottom is very comfortable and they look super cute on, so I wanted to love them but my foot hurts within minutes of walking around in these because of how bad they rub against the back. They also run a bit small which may contribute. I ordered a quarter size up from my usual size and should have gone larger.

I ordered 10 size and requested 10.5 before order dispatched from USA to uk . But 10 delivered. I mistook us for uk sizing. Now Im being asked to pay postage to return shoes to USA . Shoes not used waste of money and time. Expensive mistake

Shoe seems great, but the shoe size finder was off with about 1/2-1 size (too small). Unfortunately, the service for international returns is lacking, both in terms of a simple and not too costly exchange service, but also in terms of the response from customer service. Hopefully this will be better in the future.

Would have put 2 1/2 stars if that was an option. Pros: Above-average comfort and unprecedented stylistic subtlety. Cons: The durabilitys not looking promising after a month; and the heel support could definitely be better, considering all the competitors out there such as Nike Air and Adidas Boost. Lastly, Atoms no longer sends multiple pairs to try on. I had to order (and pay for) two different sizes to compare, and then send one back. Its been a few weeks and I still havent gotten a refund. Verdict: not worth $129. More like $50. Maybe $80 for uniqueness.

I was expecting a lot from Atoms. I used the find your fit tool on the official website of Atoms, where I could chose the most my comfortable model (new balance, 420), as per the website confirmation I had to order the same size which is 6.5. To my huge surprise my atoms shoes arrived and they are almost two centimeters shorter than my new balance 420 shoes. Why would you offer to use this tool if it can be sooo wrong? The customer care representative said it was ok and is normal when you buy shoes online (really?) and in fact atoms are close to nike and atoms used Nike moulds. Why not to mention that in the tool, why you let me choose the model which is so different to your moulds? I live in Dubai so I am told I can return the shoes but will have to pay for return which is in my case is around $250 by ups (in addition to the shipping costs also paid by me) so it just does not make any sense... to say Im disappointed is bit of understatement... now I have a pair of shoes I cannot wear and cannot return...

Kinda disappointed, I was expecting them to be super comfy, they are very stiff and are pretty much like any other shoe, wish I didn't waste my money on them

after trying 3 different pair of insoles i sent them back. it felt like i had a walnut under my arch even tho there isn't much of an arch support in the shoe.

The toe area was too small and it hurt my feet. It is the right size however

The fit is not quite right. The toe box is slightly too narrow for my feet.

The insole of one of the shoes had a bump right at my heel. It was uncomfortable at first and painful by the end of the day.

nothing to complain regarding the top and fabric of the sneaker. very comfortable but the sole is degrading after just one week of use and clearly they need to revise the type of material they are using for it

Good shoe but it needs to be in a wider width.

Sizing was great, Laces and flexibility of shoe was nice, but the low ankle was both too stiff and not padded enough for an all day shoe.

They were long enough and wide enough in the toe, but the heel was too narrow and pinched uncomfortably. They are on their way back to you as a return,

Would give 5 stars for the actual shoes! Best pair of casual shoes I have ever owned. But I returned the extra pair of shoes a month ago, confirmed with UPS that it was received and even checked in a week ago with customer service, but still havent been reimbursed. I was told that the COVID restrictions have slowed them down, but 1 month is inexcusable and if I hadnt checked in myself I wouldnt even have heard a peep from them. Until they can fix this I dont recommend ordering from them.

Like: color Like: nice simple & clean design. No oversized clown shoes like most sneakers/walkers Like: stretch laces Dont like: toe box on womens shoe would look/fit much better if it tapered. This shoe looks like a guys shoe. Too clunky. Dont like: No cushioning! A Cheap bad shoe insert. Im on my feet 10-12 hours a day. I had to purchase a support cushioning orthopedic just to make these wearable. This knocked the price up to $180. I think Atoms can do better than that. If ON can produce a shoe that feels great, has good support and works well with a slimmer profile for $120 I think Atoms can too. You are almost there.

Quickly became my most comfortable sneakers, but the top tore as a caught a curb stepping up on to it. I reached out to Customer service and 3 business days later I have still had not follow-up. This is an issue of poor customer service, and a concern regarding durability. Not at all an issue with asthetics or comfort which were great.

Fit is ok, but got blisters on my heels when wearing without socks

just got my shoes today. I like the shoes, very comfortable and look good. Unfortunately, I tripped and the outer non slip rubber sole was scuffed up instantly. Haven't found anything online that tells me how to fix. Like the show alot, unfortunately I think 120 is a bit much for shies so easily ruined

Overall they are fairly comfortable. I would prefer a bit more i sole support. But the biggest reason I wont buy more is getting them on and off is difficult. I cant cross one leg over the other so I put my shoes on on the floor. These cannot be out on they way as the tongue slips in when your foot goes in, even when unlaced. So you must hold the tongue and put your foot in - and that is difficult for me. I tried putting them on without unlacing - could not do that either. So take that into account if you are considering purchasing.

These were so comfy and cute at first. I bought them a month before our trip to Paris and wore them daily to make sure they would be okay. Therefore, it was awful, when after traveling and walking around Paris on the first day, I had blisters on my heels from where the shoes rubbed. Get these if you plan on wearing them casually but definitely not for any extensive walking.

I work in healthcare and these shoes STINK and are very uncomfortable for the first three weeks of breaking them in. Theyve also started falling apart in about 2 months

They are fine. While both are the same size, the right one feels different around the heel and can at times be uncomfortable.

I get a blister on one heel because it slips, even after going down one or two quarters in size. If I go go down too many sizes, my toes get squashed. I can't seem to get the elastic laces just tight enough to stop the heel slippage or loose enough to stop the toe squashing. The soles are a little too squashy for me.
