like the shoes, but disappointed that a divot came out of the back of the sole after normal use

I like the style, but they are harder to take on/off compared to my nike roshe's, not quite as soft as allbirds, and 2x the price of both

I like your ordering / tryout system. (three shoe pairs in 1/4 sizes), and the ease of returns. My only minor complaint is a better idea of initial sizing. Shoe companies make shoes in such varying sizes with different lasts that it becomes a little bit of a challenge. I ended up ordering too small, so none fit right. But you guys did okay by agreeing to send me additional sizes.

Dont love the elastic shoe laces.

I like the style of the shoes and the upper, however the side sole absorbs dirt / colors very easily and has wrinkles / squishing.

I've recommended them to a few folks but main hesitation is around the pricing. I bought them based on a strong referral but still hard to pay $180 for sneakers. Also, the cracking in the sole is pretty intense once it starts. Doesn't bother me but another thing people point to when I show them the shoes.

shoes are a bit expensive. not everyone would want to pay that much. back of shoe was rubbing my achilles tendon at first; after a few days it went away (i also used a shoe tree to stretch the top part of the back seam out a bit)

Like the sizing options. Comfortable fit. Styling not very exciting. Price too high.

Loved the look of the shoes but, unfortunately, I can not wear unisex sized shoes. Something is just "off" for my slender foot. Had to return.

Shoes are great but the tongue always pushes in when I put my feet in and it's annoying to have to have to pull it out.

Very comfortable and a great Look but the soles/sides of the soles have gotten very dirty very quickly and I havent work the shoes outside more than a couple times

The shoes are comfortable, but you might want to get a slightly bigger size than your own, as the back lining goes a bit inwards and can be rough on your heel. Must be something that happened to me personally though, as rest of the shoe fits fine. My biggest disappointment was that after a couple of days of use, both inner areas of the sole are visibly wrinkled. I read other reviews claiming the same but it seemed like something that happened sporadically depending on the arc of your feet; I'm sad it happened to me, especially given the high price tag. A fine shoe other than that, just be weary that it might happen to you.

Product well made. Attractive style. Not wide enough. 5 stars for shoe, less 2 for no wide sizes available.

While the shoes are very comfortable, I wish the women's style was less unisex looking. The laces are stretchy which is nice for easy on and off and the foot bed is squishy which is comfy. Can't really wear them without socks for too long and when I do wear them with socks they aren't as stylish.

The toe box area is too small. They are very uncomfortable to wear longer than an hour. I just need to upsize

I like the look of the shoe. I loved the box the shoe came in. I don't know if I was expecting more since I read the HONY story. I thought this would be a good walking shoe for me. The padding is good, it gives me bounce. For some reason it irritates the top of my feet (all feet are made differently). Although its comfortable, it doesn't replace my Nike for walking. I will still enjoy the shoe. I wish the company the best.

Stylish and comfortable but not for long periods of time. Also not as comfortable as I thought theyd be from the reviews. I work at a hospital and Im on my feet so much, needed a better support.

I walk a lot on a warehouse dock, so I needed shoes that were comfortable and durable. After two days, the bottom of the shoe has started to come off from the heel. Other than that, great. I LOVE the laces. I would not recommend due to the price and how quickly they started to wear out... although I might buy another pair down the line to try again myself.

These shoes are good from the jump. Super comfortable and nice and sleek design. However, they quickly started to loosen after a week of normal use. If it werent for the price point, I may recommend them more freely to others.

So happy to find my size 13 even though I wear 13 narrow these work as I insert orthotics However, the tongue seems to slide down too easy as I am putting my foot in shoe. Am I doing something wrong??

Shoes are comfortable enough. But the soles use a quite soft rubber that after about a week was already showing signs of creases around the edges. I'm concerned that the durability will be less than I was hoping for.

Had a higher expectation based on advertisements.

I usually wear a 10.5 to 11. 11 usually too loose. Bought a 10.75 to avoid my problem. I find them more snug than I thought. Tried them sock free and got a heal blister. Average shoe which compares to a $45 pair of Skechers. I do like the elastic laces. Feel they are overpriced.
