Excellent arch support, beautiful wool, great slipper, but they're really small. Had to size up a whole size and they're not at all sloppy or oversize for me.

These are beautiful but won't hold my orthodics in place.

Every time I find a slipper I like it gets discontinued when I need a new pair. Trying these out and like the so far one month in. The original insole has great arch support but wasn’t as comfy as I would like for a slipper in winter so I swapped it for a shearling insole for now. I’ll switch back to the original for summer. The original insole is a little rough in texture. I was worried these would get stinky but they seem to air out well between wears with the natural fabrics. The sole is great and non slip, sturdy enough for going outside.

I tried these out as an alternative to my Geisswein Vents. I really loved the GV's arch support but wasn't crazy about not being able to just slip them on and go. At least in the beginning, I had to sit down and work my feet into them one at a time. The GV's also have enough room in the toe area that the lovely wool they're made of doesn't really keep my feet very warm. I have to wear heavy socks to really feel cozy in them. So I thought maybe the Sanita's would be better, fit more snuggly on my food and easier to get into. Unfortunately, although I wear a size 9 and ordered the corresponding size 40, I found them a bit small. I had to really shove my foot in there to get my toes to the top, and my heel just hung over the lip at the back, so it was definitely NOT an upgrade from the GV's. Overall they seemed like a nice slipper and had I not already had my GV's, I likely would have tried the next size up to see if it was a better fit. However, I decided to stick with what I have and the opening of the GV seems to have stretched just enough that it's now easier for me to get them on.

The slide feels too tight when first put on. After wearing for some time fit is comfortable. Hoping with the woolen construction the slide will stretch a little and be comfortable.

Just a little short. Really cute loved the style. My heel went over back when I walked.

These are beautiful well made slippers! I love the look I love the color. I love that they have an art support, but the overarch is not high enough for mine. I can’t get my foot in. It’s not a new problem. It happens a lot. I have a very high arch. So it is hard for me to write the size below.

The heel slips off so I'm returning them.

I have a fairly shallow instep, wear a 9 in closed heel shoes, and ordered the 40. I could only squeeze into them in bare feet, socks prevented them even going on at all, and they were still super tight over the top of my feet. And yet they didn’t feel secure while walking! A puzzlement of a shoe. But beautifully made and terrific arch support! Go for it if you have very narrow, low feet, but perhaps size up if you plan on wearing socks.

I started out liking these slippers a lot and enjoying the fun color and appreciating the arch support. Sadly, after a while, the width stretched out so that the slippers only stayed on my feet with thick socks.

Shoe was to big in the ankle and forefoot had to return.

The instep was too tight on the top of my foot. Also sole was stiff more shoe like. I prefer more flexible for slippers. Pretty color tho. They went back

I am a 7 1/2- 8. I bought an 8. They fit fine without socks. I sometimes wear slippers with socks. The right slipper is tight with socks. With or without socks the right arch is painful. Too hard for me. For that reason I'm returning them.

I’ve had these a little less than a year, all indoor wear. Outsoles are just starting to show wear. Apparently the wool uppers aren’t a good match for how I walk—there are points on both shoes where the wool is wearing through because my opposite heel brushes up against this point. Very happy with the fit and support, but I won’t be buying another pair—instead, I’ll be looking for something with leather uppers.

Overall very nice slipper, however, they tend to run narrow and short. I ordered a 45 which was to short so I went up to a 46 which was still a tad short and narrow. My feet felt tight in the slipper. Great arch support. For me, slippers should be a little loose and comfortable.

I really wanted these to work, but I had to return them because the arch is so low I could barely get my foot in. The denim color is a gorgeous bright blue and the footbed feels super luxe, but they just did not fit. They seem like great shoes for the right person.

Wanted to love these. Footbed is excellent. Arch support was too much for me, not comfortable. It also felt the left support was uneven with the right. I'd go a full size and a half bigger. I wear 44 everything, these were 45 and they were still tight and my foot hardly fit. For the price there are better options.

These are not true to size otherwise they would have made great indoor/outdoor shoes. I ended up buying some Halfinger house shoes that I am in love with.

The arch support was up to high in the shoe, toward the toes. Boo!

These slides appear to be well-made. The felt body was tight but I assume it would stretch and mold to your foot over time. Unfortunately, the back of the shoe flopped open with each step. Also, though there was a strong arch, it hit in the wrong spot and seemed to tip my foot inward. I had to return these.

They have a negative heal, which wasn’t mentioned. I will look at heal height from now on. That Birkenstock style doesn’t work for me

The toebox suffered from the same problem other Sanita slippers have-- it's too flat. The amount of vertical space for my foot/toes is too small even though the length may be acceptable.

The shoe was too long and just perfect width without socks, but could not get foot in when wearing socks.

I received these slippers in September and by mid-November, with my not even wearing them for 1 month of this time due to my traveling, the slippers stretched out significantly and more on my smaller left foot than on my right foot. I cannot walk in them comfortably because they no longer stay on my feet because they've become so loose in such a short time.
