Loved the purse but I ordered the medium and received the large size. I would have returned but I didn't want to pay shipping again. Won't order from LLBean again.

I love everything about the bag EXCEPT that the straps are too short to be able to put the bag on your shoulder. Once the bag is filled, it is too heavy to carry for any length of time in your hand and the straps are too short to carry on the shoulder. Therefore, the bag is pretty useless to me. Very disappointed

Was hoping for a more substantial form and it was not. If you're looking for a true light weight tote that is pretty with a zipper this will work but pricey for what you are getting. I returned

I got the large, but when I received it, I was shocked to see the price tag on it for 39.95! I used a 15% off coupon on my order and it still was more expensive than the price tag on the bag. Unacceptable, LLBean!

I understand prices are going up due to tariffs, but it is incredibly unprofessional to leave a price tag on my bag for $39.95 when I was charged $49.95. Do better.

I initially ordered a Large, I returned it for a Medium as I was hoping it was purse size. It was not purse size, guess I should have order the small. Just kept the medium way to big also.

Very cheap product for LL Bean. Very disappointed

I was disappointed that this was not as sturdy as ll bean canvas but flimsy material, not sure it is going to hold up in my wyoming hiking trips. Quality for ll bean is just not the same

Medium is huge i wanted more purselike. Otherwise i thought very nice

Poor construction quality. Outside pocket was not sewn at the bottom so everything fell out! This is brand new and should not happen. Cute design and print but quality is poor.

Ordered this bag online and was very dissatisfied with the construction. Stitching was very sloppy, and uncharacteristic of typical L.L.Bean quality. Item is being returned for refund. My apologies for the quality of some photos.

The color of these totes is nice.... Gray Buffalo Plaid.. but, the quality is NOT worth the price. They indeed have a bottom.. but not sturdy enough to stand up. I usually buy the normal canvas boat n totes.. but, tired of the ivory canvas, so thought I would give these a try. I have returned both. It's a miss for me, LL Bean :(

Initial order with embroidery was poorly done. Will never order again using embroidery.
