This is probably an unfair review as I'm comparing these to my women's wicked good slippers which have a sturdier bottom and what feels like sturdier construction. Which makes sense given that these are kids slippers which probably only get one year of use before they're too small. Given that the kids slippers are less than half the price of adult slippers, these are totally worth it.

Bought for 9-year-old who just grew into a size 4. This size 4 was about a full size too small and narrow. Should have bought a size 5. Would recommend these for the usual Beans quality, but just size up.

I purchased the children's slippers for my wife, who has very small feet. Unfortunately, the slippers were snug in the width, but too wide at the heel. A size 4 would have been a better fit in the heel, but probably have been too narrow across the top of the foot. Children's shoes are usually wide across the foot.
They were very nice slippers, but did not work for her.

I wear an adult size 5 but decided to try a kids size to see if it would work. It is slighly longer than a normal size 5 and alittle narrow but I figured it would stretch over time. One of the reasons I tried this slipper was because the material is sturdier than an average slipper so I hope it lasts for awhile. I like the grey/purple combo. I probably would try the size 4 again thinking the size 3 may be too small. Would really like LLBean to offer shoes in size 5.

These slippers were super cozy but super narrow in the toe for my little guy. Sadly we had to return.

Very happy with the comfort of the slipper. Best slippers in the game.

I'm a small adult. Since it's hard to find size 5 women's shoes, I often buy shoes in kids sizes. These slippers were just too narrow for me, though. Otherwise, they are great. My last pair of Bean slippers lasted 10 years. I'll be ordering a women's size as a replacement.

I have these slippers and have probably worn them about 1 1/2 winters. I believe the outer parts will never wear out, but the fuzzy lining is worn through to the leather, completely bald, at the balls of both feet and under my heels. Also, I have to agree with others that the laces keep coming undone, especially since I sit with my feet curled up under me. I ordered kids' size 5 to fit my women's size 6 or 6 1/2 wide feet.

OK...my little guy loves his me-sized Daddy slippers! But...Mom hates the tie that just won't stay tied. They look better with the tie but can't we sew it to stay tied!

I am so glad these are being made in children's sizes now. Bought a pair for my 5-year old, size 13. They fit perfectly length-wise and width-wise. I was concerned about the width since she has wide feet and a high instep. Her heels come out of the back every time she walks because the backs are very low. I was going to return them on account of this, but she says they are comfortable and very warm.

I love LL Bean Slippers since they're made of high quality materials, have no labels inside and are cute! These are no exception. I picked these up in store after trying on several women's pairs and found that the children's size 5 fit me well. I'm typically between a size 7.5 - 8 in womens. I love that they have a soft sole so they're quieter to wear around the house, as I only wear my slippers indoors. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because they squeak when I walk on the wood floors, but I'm also wearing them in the summer during a really humid time. Even though the air is on, it just might be the season. I would have never considered the kids slippers, but so glad I did!

Wonderful quality slipper with all natural material, but they need stretching. Slippers come in narrow width. Instructions state to wear them to let them stretch to match your foot width. This may prove too painful for those with wide feet - I crammed my husband's largest shoe trees into them for two days to stretch them out enough to be able to wear them around and finish stretching enough to match my foot width. I wish they had the choice of wider widths.

These seem to be decent slippers but the color was not at all what was pictured. They were supposed to be purple, but were actually gray with purple ties. Also, I was trying out the kid size 6 (I wear a women's medium) since the women's don't come in purple, but these were too snug in any event. So they will be going back.

I've worn the Kids Wicked Good Slippers for 25 years, replacing them many times. I prefer the kids version to the adult version because they don't have an added sole - they're just comfy moccasins. I'm lucky I can wear a kids size and always order size 5. But the 2 I recently purchased are too small. They also have a useless white tag that is uncomfortable and hard to remove without cutting the fuzzy lining, so it's clear a new manufacturer is making these slippers. I see other reviews of those who have worn these in the past with these same complaints. I hope moving up to a size 6 works for me because I love these slippers, just not the new sizing.

I wish these had a rubber sole like the adult ones. And the sizing is funny, the 2 was too tight in the toes and where the ties are but the 3 was way too loose. Unfortunately we'll be returning them.

Really nice slippers out of the box, but on one of our pairs, the laces untie continuously, causing a tripping hazard. I had to return one pair, as they totally fell apart, and another pair has ripping seams. For the price, these should be holding up better. Too bad, because the look and fit are great.

My son really liked the graphite color but LLBean ruined it by making the trim a feminine PURPLE! Lilac purple! Not even a deep purple which is at least gender-neutral. So many other colors look stunning with grey... like just about all colors! Pink looks better with grey than lilac, so how about a pink trim and, say, red or orange or yellow or green or blue or (deep purple?) or a darker/lighter grey, or black...
If you're only offering two colors, please stop favoring one gender. Better idea, make it fun and special for the kids to choose the tan or grey slipper and then pick the trim color, to "customize".

I often buy boots or slippers in kids' sizes, though I am an older adult. Usually, the kids' size 4 corresponds in length to a women's size 6, but is a bit wider, which is what I need. The pair of slippers I just bought, however, is narrower than I expected, and I have not been able to get them comfortable. I now have them on shoe stretchers again after dampening them a bit, since stretching dry did little good. We'll see if they can be made comfortable.

The toe box is narrow and it does not stretch to a healthy/comfortable size as it states. Slippers should be looser and allow the feet to be in a natural position. Kids will have bunions begin from narrow toe boxes such as these. I cannot recommend these. Although the natural wool and suede are lovely, they should not be treated and dyed. For this price we expect a more eco-friendly product as well.
