I really love these shoes. I’ve had three surgeries on my right foot, and it’s hard to find comfortable and somewhat cute shoes. These really fit the bill. The insoles are removable, too, so I can use my own custom insoles.
I'd also recommend:

These shoes were one of the most comfortable hiking shoes I’ve found yet. Good quality and well made. Sadly, they were too wide and without standard shoelaces I couldn’t tighten them. The size 9 1/2 that I ordered felt more like a 10 or 10 1/2.

A little narrow when wearing hiking socks, but overall comfortable. Love the materials and color.

I ordered up a half size due to foot pain and these fit well. I wore wore thin cotton socks a few times to break them in. I put them on and forget them, great to for walking and general errands. They are a little snug to put on, but do not slip or rub. It is difficult to buy shoes online and these were my third attempt to find a good pair and worth the wait.

I have narrow feet and ankles and a "normal" instep. LL Bean says I wear a size 9, so that is what I ordered last August. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. I got the blue color. These quickly became my go-to shoes for 30 min. walks on grass and trails and for the hours spent running errands and standing/walking on pavement and big box store floors. I have neuropathy and it is so hard to find shoes that give comfortable inner support and protect my feet from the hard banging of walking. I ordered a second pair in case they were discontinued. I now wear one pair around the house pretty often. Since it is getting warmer, I got the other pair out for outdoor use and they are still good-to-go. No collapsed interior or anything. Definitely worth the money since I didn't have to replace them in the spring. Only caveat is that these are not water-resistant at all exc. for dew. Went for a walk after a light shower and my feet got soaked. Will order another pair when they go on sale for "back up." Hope these are a staple at LL Bean for years.

This is the first pair of hikers, much less slip on hikers. I thought I would have to break them in a little but NO... I put these on right out of the box and wore them for hours! I found myself pulling them on no matter what I was wearing. The soft, yet supportive sole was like walking on a cloud. The design of the shoe makes it feel like it's aiding in the motion of your foot for effortless walking. I wear low socks with them and at times just pull them on without socks. I read some reviews where people had problems getting them on. I have narrow feet and small ankles so I didn't have any problems at all. I'll definitely be purchasing these again! Thanks LLBean!

It is true that, as other reviews mentioned, you need a shoehorn to get these shoes on. Once on they are comfortable, sturdy yet lightweight, and have a good grip on wet and slippery trails. I intend to purchase another pair. You can't go wrong with this shoe.

I love these shoes. I've had them about 6 months and wear them constantly. They were difficult at first to get on but after wearing them for about a month, they became much easier. They are very comfortable for walking and feel like wearing slippers. Disappointed that the only colors available are blue and white. Catalog shows more.

Really like them. I was worried I'd have trouble getting them on as the reviews mention. Not that hard. They have cool soles which prevent slipping. Color goes well with blue jeans. Very comfortable. Good for walking on wet grass. Nice to have no laces to tie.

Fit perfectly, not tight or narrow as some reviewers said. They're a perfect causal walk and early winter shoe. Little more expensive then I think they're worth but regardless.... great shoe.

I was a bit hesitant at first without laces but after I put them on, I bought a second pair. These are not hiking boots and I wouldn't hike in them on a rock scramble hike. However, they are perfect to slip on at a campsite and take your dog on a walk on the dewy grass. They are water resistant and so comfortable. I also wear them when we go for a short 45 to 60 minute easy hikes/walks. Now that I have a second pair, I slip them on whenever I go out for errands!

After reading reviews I was concerned about ordering these shoes. I have my shoes, great looking, good fit and EASY to put on.

Thinking the shoes would fit like my sneakers do, I bought a size 8.5 because I felt I needed room for my arthritic large toe. The shoe was way too large, so I gave them to my sister and bought myself a size 8. The size 8 has more than enough room for my arthritic toe. I am truly enjoying them.

These are great walking/hiking shoes. I do a lot on mountain hiking and these are just as good or better than the clunky athletic walkers. I think they run narrow because I have a narrow foot and they fit me. I can also see, like some reviewers have said, that they can be hard to put on if you have a high instep. But they fit me well and also look stylish. When they get dirty on the trails, I rinse them off and let them air dry and they look new. They may not fit everyone, but they fit me.

I was skeptical a bit because I do have wide feet, high insteps and typically wear a men's 7/7.5. I wanted the convenience of a slip on but so often these don't work with my insteps. I love the two-eye canvas sneakers but wanted something a bit more like a traditional sneaker. These are wonderful. They have an inner section that is wet-suit material and stretches wonderfully around my ankle. Wearing them without socks and loving it, which is also very rare for me. Perfect width for my foot which is also a surprise. Wore them out to the barn to feed and it was easy to blow off all of the hay debris from feeding, another thing I was wondering about with the suede. Very good looking, love the muted blue color. Thanks!

I love it. I wish there were more colors. I should have ordered an 8 because most of my socks are thick. Barefoot I wear a size 7. I do use the metatarsal orthotic from Abeo as my feet roll outward. These shoes are supportive yet so very comfortable. The soles are grippy and I have not fallen while wearing them. If I can find more colors in my size I definitely will buy more. Thank you llbean for offering this amazing shoe! I will be trying the high tops as well when more sizes are available Thank you again.

These shoes are attractive, light weight, and very comfortable right out of the box. Great for walking and slightly dressier looking than my walking shoes/hikers. I am very pleased.

These shoes are really comfortable right out of the box, are a nice blue swede color and lightweight. However, these shoes are pull ons with no laces that you tie. It looks like you have shoe strings but that is part of the design. They would be nice to travel with since they seem to be slip proof. When you walk in them, they are very quiet when your feet hits the floor. I don't know if they are water resistent yet.

I like the fit and comfort of the "inner bootie" and being able to slip the shoes on and off with no laces. I have not had any trouble with that. They do have a wide toe box, so if you are not used to that it may feel a little weird. I was hesitant to order online because I have a hard time finding shoes with the right arch fit. (I live in Chaco sandals all summer long because they are the shoes that fit best.) Was pleasantly surprised to find that these work! And I love the color.

I love this pair. I'm an 8 med which is what I ordered. They fit to perfection. At first, I panicked that they were too tight, especially getting them on the first time. However, once I left them on I realized they were very comfortable. As soon as I took a long walk the tightness went away and I realized they were just what I was looking for. Also, every time I put them on it gets easier. At first it was a little tight but now it's fine.

This was my first pair of Vistas, purchased for 40 min walks several times daily with my dog. Light-weight and easy slip-on using both tabs. Construction does provide secure fit as well as keep debris out. The outsole nubs, narrowly spaced for hiking, have been wonderful at keeping out pea gravel on bridge and steadying trail surface. When we encountered a couple deep puddles recently, they proved to be water-repellant and the dirt on the toe edge easily wiped off. The attractive style and colors of all 3 Vistas are a refreshing change from clunky white walking shoes. Makes you want to get out there, even if your not lucky enough to have man's best friend!

Great shoe for colder weather when wearing long pants. The black inner lining contrasts with the light color of the shoe; future iterations could have a lighter lining! These are tight shoes that don't appeal for warmer weather. Good for casual hiking, informal office, or around town.
