I have had a pair of these for a very long time...but it started to leak. So, I ordered a new pair based on my regular shoe size. I should not have chosen Wide...it really is very wide. My feet swim in these shoes, but I will make due with them. I see it as more my fault than LLBean.

I've been wanting a pair of these boots for quite a while, and finally broke down and purchased them. They're NOT inexpensive, but they are worth every penny. They are very comfortable, definitely waterproof, and a great value for the price. And bonus: they're really cute! My normal size is 7.5, but the previous reviews indicated they run large, so I purchased two pair: one size 7, and one size 6. The 6 fit perfectly. One of the best purchases I've made, as are all the LL Bean products I've purchased over the years. There is outstanding quality and timeless style in every garment and item of footwear they produce, and their attention to detail is outstanding. Great job LL Bean!

I love these Mocs .These are my 3rd pair in over twenty years. I love the ease and comfort in wearing them.

My last pair of these lasted for 20 years. Can't get any better than that.

I bought a pair of these some years ago. They are still in very good shape. Since I have a hard to fit size, I was very happy to get them and they are a perfect fit. I am now wearing them out grocery shopping etc., not just garden. They are easy to get on and off. Wish the tie strings were a little shorter. Please continue to carry them

These shoes are perfect for rain and snow. They do run a little big bc they anticipate the need for thick winter socks. I usually wear 8.5 or 9 and I ordered an 8 based on reviews- they fit perfectly. Order down a little. They are really comfy and offer a nice spring. Also, I wear leg braces, so if you are like me and have trouble finding shoes to fit, order them in wide and they're plenty roomy. I love these shoes- the quality is great, they're super cute, and they last forever. Highly recommend.

My normal shoe size with Bean is 9W. So, that is what I first ordered, a size 9Wmissing the warning about the sizing posted right in the product description. 9W arrived and was a full size too long. I talked to Customer Service; they sent out an 8W that day. The 8W arrived and fit beautifully and comfortably. I wear a medium thick pair of socks to cushion what roughness there is on the inside of the leather part of the moccasins and to "warm" them up. I bought the soft, fleece Bean boot liners but found socks work better. The fleece tended to raise my feet too much and pressed my bunion on one foot into the top of the shoe. When I wear the moccasins, they are easily identifiable by almost everyone as a Bean Classic. I've had a whole variety of people approach me and say, "I have always wanted a pair of those shoes!" I love walking the streets where I live. The moccasins give me such a wonderful spring in my stride. I don't know if it is all the rubber on the bottom of the shoes or what, but whatever it is, it makes for fun urban strolls--rain or shine.

I was skeptical to buy a size down. I generally wear a 9 and had to exchange them for a smaller size. The 8 fits well and are easy to put on and take off. They have been put to good use this winter. I especially appreciate that they are Made in the USA.

Great boots but they do run large. I wear a size 8 normally in these I wear a 6 wide. Perfect for muddy March days and most rainy ones.

These are great for slipping into for doggie walks, especially in the rainy Northwest -- I normally wear a size 8 1/2 narrow -- Following instructions I ordered a 7 narrow but they were too small -- I exchanged for an 8 narrow and they are just right. My dog is happy that she doesn't have to wait for me to tie my shoes before we walk -- I had a pair for years and they were indestructible -- A well-crafted and thought out product!

I purchased my original pair 4 years ago. I was eager to get a pair so I settled for a pair one size too small. I ended up never wearing them. I called and LL Bean exchanged my old pair for the correct size!!! I cant speak highly enough of the customer service!!! As for the shoes. They are slightly bigger, I wear a size 10 with regular pair of socks. so the duck boots are slightly big with daily socks but the minute I put my heavier socks on they fit perfectly. I am very pleased with these shoes!!!

I've worn them almost every day! Great for walking and keeps your feet dry in the grass. Would recommend getting a size smaller than your normally wear because they do run quite large!

I had these in high school. Now as a quite a bit older adult, I bought them again and love them! They are SO comfortable! I usually wear an 8 1/2, but the sizing said to get a 7. I was a bit skeptical, but they fit perfectly! LOVE THEM!

I was so glad to see these available in wide. My old pair which I have had for over forty years finally died, so I needed new ones. I am wondering if insect repellent spray made the old ones crack and develop holes, so I will avoid getting spray on these. The old pair will now be planters or bird houses.

I have worn a Men's 9N for 40 years. Time to buy my third pair. The current Men's 9N has too wide a heal and it slips. The store recommended that I try a women's 11M. Heal still slips. Really want to rep[lace my current pair as the bottoms have worn smooth.

I purchased the Bean boots mocs as a waterproof shoe to pop on for bus stop duty, walking the dog, etc. They are great! High quality construction, comfortable footbed, easy on/off. They run BIG! I wear a 7.5 women's and started with a size 8. I returned them for the 7 and I still have lots of room for thick socks.

I normally wear a size 7, but took the advice to order a size down. Very good advice. I just ordered the same boot in the eight inch height. Very impressed with this boot!

I've got size 7 for summer , working in the garden etc with no socks. I've got a size 8 for wearing with heavy rag socks for winter and I wear them both! My regular size is an 8.

I ordered both the rubber moc and the gum shoe, wondering which would be more comfortable. Somehow I didn't quite trust the look of the tongue on the rubber moc, but duh me. It's a moccasin! Of course the moccasin is more comfortable! I love these and look forward to wearing them for a long time. I have an llbean lounger boot in size 7 which work perfectly so I ordered a size 7 in these and it worked just as perfectly.

I'm glad I went down a size from my normal size. The laces needed tightened up quite a bit because both shoes kept sliding off my heal. They were extremely slippery on the wet smooth garage floor. I did use a rough piece of sand paper to scuff the soles up a bit and they are fine now. I look forward to wearing these for a long time.

I'm a Labor & Delivery nurse. I wore these to work on a rainy day but forgot my "work" shoes. These were so comfortable. I completely forgot that I wasn't wearing my other shoes. LL Bean is a wonderful company with wonderful products.

I followed the fit advice, which was very good. I think this bean boot is very well made and are even great to run into town in. We live on a ranch and they are getting a work out and still look fantastic. The only negative I can think of is that having had knee surgery to remove a meniscus, the weight of the boots sometimes bothers my knee. So, on "bad knee days" I just do not wear them. On good days, you can't go wrong!!
