Have been wearing these for years. They are perfect for snow, rain and mud. Easy on and off. But, they run super big. I am usually a 9 1/2 and I fit the size 8 with heavy socks. But once you find your size, you will wear these everywhere.

I have had other "duck shoes," but never any made by LLBean. I walk my dog in the cold driving rain but my feet stay nice and warm! I'll never buy this type of shoe from anyone else!

Love these!! Perfect to slip on and head out the door. I wear a size 9 and based on other reviews went a size down. Purchased the size 8 and they fit perfect!!

These waterproof LL Bean moccasin boots are so useful, they get worn year around here in WNY. This is my second pair after wearing my first pair for more years than I can remember. These moccasin boots do run large, so I ordered at least one size down from my normal shoe size; I do not have a wide foot. I wear soft woolly socks and use an orthotic. They are easy to slip on for errands, and are great for wet weather because these boots are truly waterproof. I'm grateful to the LL Bean bootmakers for continuing to make this high quality product in the USA. Fully recommended.

This is a great show for stomping around in the mud (attractive enough for casual going out too). Only problem is the size. I usually wear size 8, but took advice of other reviewers and ordered a 7. It is still too wide in the heel. OK elsewhere, and length is good. Less problem as they get broken in. Works best with a reasonably thick sock. All in all a great shoe--very sturdy, fairly lightweight, lots of arch support.

I love these shoes. My feet stay dry and warm. The size is a little big. I just wear a thicker sock. The quality of the shoe is great. It is very durable. I have an old pair that must be 10 years old. I use them in the barn. Great value!

I had very low expectations that these would fit my long, narrow foot. I wear a 10.5 narrow and based on recommendations. I ordered a 9 narrow. It is a perfect fit with medium weight socks. You won't be disappointed.

Originally bought 10 medium but even with heavy socks slipped too much. Ordered 9 narrow to replace. Better fit and slipping is almost gone. Think the design of the shoe will always have some slip at heal.

I love my mocs! I will be getting another color, they are good for everyday wear! I need a more suitable sock, they eat them literally lol

I am taking the time to do this because I want to share my insights. I typically wear a 9 1/2. I read they ran long so I ordered an 8. When they arrived I thought they were not going to work but I didn't return them and I ordered a 9. They were way too long so I I started wearing the 8. I have been living in them. My toes are right at the end of the boot but its OK. They are not uncomfortable in the least. I am so glad I have them and didn't do a return.

So comfortable and I can wear them with thick or medium weight socks. They are easy to get on and off and very stable for walking. I wear them every day. So glad I finally got myself a pair.

Had originally brought my size 8. Way big. Called Beans spoke to a very nice young lady of whom told me she had the same ones and had to go two sizes down. I sent them back and got them back in a timely Manner . The six fit fine. Would suggest that is mentioned in your catalog how they run very big.

love my shoes but i ordered a size smaller and still just a little big but with thick socks it's ok..especially on a cold rainy day.. LL Bean has great products !

I had these same pair in high school and got a pair for Christmas. I had forgotten how much I love them! So cute, keep my feet warm and dry when I run out for errands or to feed the birds. Look nice with jeans and joggers and I am hoping they bring back the blue and pink ones soon!! (Hint, hint) These mocs are an old friend and I wish I got them sooner!

I bought a size 7 which is my normal boot size. This shoe is made for really thick socks which I love. You can slip in and out easy. If you want them tighter, go down one size. Made for rugged outdoor use, but they look great with jeans.

Great for winter slogs in the backyard to feed the birds-with the ground always so wet.

I've been waiting for this shoe to come back in size 5 for years it seems. I typically wear a 6, maybe 6.5 depending on the shoe. But the 6 Bean Boot Moc was always too long. I finally got to try the 5 this fall and was sold immediately. I wear this shoe whenever it's wet outside whether to walk my dog or go in a store. Keeps my feet dry and secure. It is a little narrow. Due to a bone spur, I often order wide just to give a little space to where the spur rubs. If I wear socks that are really thick, it is definitely snug, but still wearable. If you like your shoes a little loose, I would try your actual shoe size before going down (as is usually recommended for these boots). Well made. Happy customer. Would order again if I had to.

I read the reviews before ordering, and ordered my size, 11 and also a size 10. Reviews are correct, they run large, so 11 worked with heavy socks, and 10 worked with regular thinner socks. I sent back the 11 and kept the 10 so I can just slip them on and go outside without putting on my LLBean big boots. Waterproof and comfortable. Thank you LLBean.

I love LLBean but feet change and since wearing LLBean mocs 20 years ago and for 20 years, lasted forever, and it was time to get new ones. However, I just could not get right size to feel comfortable after two trys. I would still recommend and I will definitely order again, Unfortunately had to return, so back to plastic bags in my mocs bought a long time ago and have minor little leaking issues of feet getting wet.

I grew up wearing these all the time in Massachusetts and loved them for the wet wintry days. I live in Evergreen, Colorado now and am out and about on dog walks and bringing in firewood, so my husband I thought these would be perfect instead of having to put our Bean boots on every time we go outside. We pretty much live in them - wish we had gotten them earlier!

These are great boots for rainy days and any other wet weather days. You do need to wear socks but they are so easy to slip on and off. This is my second pair; the first ones lasted over 25 years. Great product.

I have been needing a pair of rain and mud-proof shoes for a while. These are expertly crafted and, although a little big with socks, I think they will provide the protection I am looking for.
