Had to return it. The leather lace broke the first time I put it on. If they don't fit well as is, they apparently cannot be tightened. This according to the person processing my return.

I had a pair of these I loved so I ordered another pair several years later. But the quality is vastly different! The heel size was almost the same size as the toe spread . Even with 2 pairs of heavy socks they were lifting up and would have been a blister machine as well as just uncomfortable. I recently moved to the Beach so needless to say I am very disappointed

Runs 2 sizes too big, doesn't warn you the hassle of 2 returns. Have no clue as of yet how the product is being this will be my 3rd try. I'm hoping this size 9 will fit but I'm having extreme reservations.

The sizing on this is way, way off to the point of frustration. I take a 9 wide. They told me to get an 8 if i wanted to use thick socks. I received it and it's still way too loose in the back. Hurts to walk in them.

I bought the Mocs that were on sale--an orange leather. I thought the only thing different was the color, but the cut of the tongue is huge and the laces cannot be tightened no matter how you try. These hoes make your feet look like a platypus.

Whacky sizing. I don’t even know how a company can be any more confusing with the shoe sizing system. all Bean states to order these shoes 1.5 sizes down from what you usually wear. I wear a 10, received a 10 as a Christmas gift. Not knowing the recommendation from LLbean on sizing, I exchanged for a 9. Still massive! Nearly a one inch gap between my heel and the shoe. I exchanged again for an 8. The length in the 8 fits perfectly, but now the toe box is too narrow and I would not be able to wear socks with these for that reason. I do not have a wide foot and have never ordered a wide shoe. I imagine. An 8 wide would be prefect in these, however now the size and style I want is sold out. What a frustrating mess just to buy a pair of shoes! Seriously all bean. If your shoe runs that large, fix the issue in the factory.

They didn't fit at all. I usually wear an 8, but I ordered a 7 because they run large. They were HUGE so I mailed them back and hesitantly ordered a 6. They were WAY too small. I guess I just can't have these boots LL Bean is known forI'm definitely disappointed.

I am a size 7 shoe and I read reviews that stated order a whole size down so I ordered a size and they were huge! I then ordered a 5 but LL Bean does make a size 5 anymore and promptly reimbursed me.

I was excited to see these came in narrow, and the front of the shoe fit well, but the heel was much too wide and the shoe would not stay on, no matter how much I adjusted the tie. I was very disappointed and sent them back.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered these shoes through Zappos, and the 2nd time they sent the wrong color. The boxes are marked incorrectly and Zappos has not figured it out yet. One label has the correct color, and there is a second label with the incorrect color. Will order from Llbean directly.

I ordered my regular size and medium width. Upon receiving the shows, they were way too big and all aspects, length and width. Expensive purchase when I have to pay postage on a product that was not sized properly.

Although they keep my feet dry when our yard is wet in the morning, they are not comfortable on my feet and I regret purchasing them. I do have foot issues so finding comfortable shoes isn't easy so they would probably work for most people.

The front part of the shoe was a medium in width, but the back half was wide or even extra wide, so that the shoe slips off unless one wears very thick socks. The length was correct but the proportions between the front and back is off.
