I honestly wanted to love these and I did at first. They were really fluffy, soft and warm. I was expecting these to last as LL Bean is a reputable company but I am disappointed in the quality. I got these for Christmas last year and I’m already shopping for a different pair of slippers for Christmas this year. The outer side of the slipper ripped, exposing my foot. Sadly they are no longer comfortable and my feet tend to hurt after a while wearing them around the house. I’m interested in a durable slipper that will last and provide support.

Over all, I am disappointed with the quality of the shearling. I have only worns these for a few week---and it is flattening down to quickly. My ones from 5 years ago were MUCH better. I will not order again.

Exceptionally well made, great warmth, and cozy comfort. They are the perfect winter house shoes. I ordered up half a size (8) as instructed for my 7 1/2 regular shoe size. I have a narrow foot -- the adjustable tie helped fit the slipper to my foot.

These used to be a great slipper, but they have questionable construction and poor quality control. The fur lining wears quickly, the fur cuff is jagged and unevenly cut. I'll pay 2.5 times more for a better made slipper in the USA. Sorry LL Bean

I had high hopes for these slippers to be nice looking on my feet and warm. Other reviews said to go up a size so I did. Not a good idea. They were too big and looked real clunky on. Also, I want to return them and have to pay to return. Bummer. With so many other stores giving free returns, I was very disappointed to pay for shipping to return them.

Shoe had hole on side looked like stitching was ripped where the tread was on top.

I bought these at full price, then a few days later, got an email they were 10% off. Not cool. I need to order an additional pair, but refuse, just on principal.

The reason for my low review is the pointy toes - please get rid of these! I wanted to buy these in an additional color, but did not due to the pointy toes. Otherwise, they are very well-made, warm and the color is gorgeous. But, please ROUND toes! The pointy ones are not comfortable and are so out of date! Also, I had to size down because they were too big compared to my true size.

I'm really disappointed these slippers haven't made me happy. I bought a pair of LL Bean moccasins for my mom and dad about 10 years ago. They wore them all the time, and my mom loved them so much she got a couple more pairs. About 5 years ago I bought a pair for my daughter and my husband. My husband's pair have worn down quite a bit, and my daughter needed a new pair due to growth, but they still love them. I was so happy to finally receive a pair myself last Christmas. However, I've been less than thrilled since receiving them. I've purchased multiple LL Bean shoes, including Sherpa lined boots, so my husband knew what size to get. I'm able to wear these moccasins with or without socks, and I like that. I just pulled these out again for the season two weeks ago (we're in VA) and they are still not bringing me joy. What I don't like is the fact that each shoe wasn't cut properly. The part that covers the top of my right foot is at least 1/2" wider than the left, and is about a 1/4" shorter (which doesn't seem like a lot, but it makes a difference). The laces on the right shoe never stay tied no matter how I tie them. Because of the fuzzy flap the laces are difficult to adjust (I would definitely not get this style again). And even though I make sure to pull the lace along the path of the lace holes (as to not damage the leather/holes by pulling up and out and against) the leather has torn. I don't know if I got a pair of duds or if LL Bean's quality has just gone down, but after being super happy to be able to gift these to my family and wishing for a pair for myself for so long I am so, so disappointed in what I was given.

We sent this back because it did not fit well and there was too much fur. Also don't like the ties on the top. Exchanged for a different kind of slipper.

LL Bean- What happened to the former version of the moccasin?? I am so disappointed to see hard outdoor sole on this slipper. I have 2 pairs of this moccasin. When I find something I like, I tend to buy one spare for the future. So fortunately I have a back up pair waiting in my closet, still in the box. PLEASE return this style to the original form. Why does the men's version still exist? I think I will buy a men's moccasin and just deal with the extra width. Or, better yet, purchase at another website that still sells leather moccasins made in the USA.

This is the 3rd or 4th pair of wicked good moccasins I've owned. And these feel so much cheaper than the rest. Kinda flimsy, and the ties just don't stay tied, I took them out. This will be my last pair :/

I wanted to love them. Waited 2 years to finally get them but unfortunately returned due to the weird fit. They are tiny narrow in the front and overly wide in the back.

These felt so comfortable and fit so well, but in just over a year they started falling apart, as pictured. Just after warranty, of course. They didn't get heavy use, either, only indoors. They were supposed to be a somewhat special gift, and needless to say they didn't make the impression they were supposed to. The LL Bean brand doesn't mean what it used to.

The inside of the right move is uneven . It is very rough. The left is perfect. My toe is hurting. My 2nd pair , the 1st lasted for years and was very comfortable . I should have tried these on before I bought.

I wear a size 8 shoe. Several years ago I bought slippers from LLBean, a size 8 and a size 7. The size 8 was too big and stayed with the size 7. I needed a new pair so I went with the size 7 again and it is too small for me. They really need to make their slippers in half sizes for this particular reason. So I now have to send these back.

It seems like a great house shoe but WAY TOO big to wear. I'd recommend buying a size smaller than you normally wear.

Not a wide - shoe was marked wide width, but did not fit that way (looks narrow from the outside too). If you truly need a wide slipper, I suggest looking elsewhere. Returned.

These slippers are so warm and comfortable. The sole is thick and sturdy. I've had no issues. I ordered them December 26, 2019. So they're less than 2 years old. I have Minnetonkas much older. Unfortunately the seam started to pull away. I called customer service and they said that they only cover these Wicked Good moccasins for 1 year. The rep told me I could take them to a local store and if they decide it's a defect and not wear and tear, they may replace them. Well as seen in my photo, they're likely this way due to wear and tear. In my opinion, they should be made higher quality if they've only lasted less than 2 years. I don't even wear them every day. Very disappointed in Llbean's customer service.

I have been buying this moccasin for a number of years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. When I took them out of the box, I couldn't tell the difference between them. I thought LLBean had sent two left moccasins! The right and left are not the same looking in style at the toe, and the shearling doesn't seem as full as it has in the past. It has taken a while for that right moccasin to feel comfortable. It really felt like it belonged on my left foot! I doubt I'll ever be spending the money for these slippers in the future. And I'll really miss that feeling of luxury and comfort surrounding my foot that this style had previously.

I have a pair of these slippers from probably close to 7-8 years ago and they still fit perfectly, albeit a bit worn. My husband bought me a new pair for Christmas this year and they are not the same. The new ones have stretched so much my feet slide around in them almost making me trip on occasion. The quality has definitely gone downhill on these and I'm not happy about it!

There was just too much "fur" around the top/outside of slipper. Not sure what the purpose of it is but I didn't care for it so returned the slippers.

I received these slipper for Xmas. I was excited to wear them. They fit fine, but inside the slipper it has worn out a lot. I also found they stretched out quite a bit. I have a normal size 8 medium and only wore them indoors. Dawn Mackay
