I wanted to like them but the product was defective. The right foot was narrower than the left foot and pointed out to the right. It felt like I had two left feet on. I am sending them back.

I received as a gift and have not even had them two years yet. I go to put them on last weekend and the toe area is already ripped from the sole. Not very happy considering the price. I thought they should have lasted longer. They are not worn everyday.

I got these as a gift when I was pregnant and I loved them so much. They were so cute and comfy and as a stay at home mom they made me feel really cute and that's hard to do sometimes with a newborn. Unfortunately after less than two years the suede has completely come apart from the rubber sole and they are unwearable now. I reached out about thier warranty or to see if they have a repair service like they do for boots but they said no. For $100 I would advise against these because they don't hold up well. I'm going to post some photos of mine and you can tell from the soles they haven't been worn outside and they aren't even very worn down despite it having been worn about a year. Anyway, if you can afford to replace them regularly go for it but for any other mamas who heard about these and wanted to splurge on something nice to wear around the house, you may consider looking for something else.

The shoes had no right or left. The 'fur' popped out the top in one, not the other. I decided the one with extra fur was the leftand that's how I tell them apart. I confess it bothers me given the price

Sadly, they are uncomfortable. There is a tag inside that is irritating. I can only wear them for short periods at a time. I use them for quick trips outside to get the mail, etc., but they are not what I was expecting.

I'm having great difficulty walking in these slippers. I had read on the website wirecutter.com that these were the most comfortable slippers. I'm a senior citizen and am afraid that they make me fall.

For as much as these slippers cost, I was hoping they would be comfortable. They are not. If you need a supportive slipper, these are not the ones to buy.

I have been wearing these slippers for years so I can see how different the 2023/24 pair is compared to my previous pairs. These are made with cheaper materials and cost the most I ever paid. LL Bean - go back to shearling inside, better leather and soles. These slippers are not LL Bean quality. And I agree with others - they are running small.

These slippers keep my feet warm but are not at all comfortable and run large. There are better pairs out there.

These were a gift and the only thing I asked for Christmas. I have worn this slipper for many years. My most recent pair was several years old and the inside footbed was no longer comfortable and the shearling was worn through. I only buy these slippers and always loved them. My usual size is apparently now too small. Must be a different manufacturer. This pair runs so tight and small. My toes are cramped and I can't wear them more than 30 minutes. So disappointed. The instructions said to expect them to feel snug for the first week or two as the shearling and footbed conform to your foot. Time has only made them more uncomfortable . Since I have used them now for 3 weeks I assume I can't return them.
They are well made, just run narrow and small Consider a half size up.

I returned my first pair as the lining was really thin in one of the slippers. Considering LLBeans usual quality, I was surprised it made it through quality control. My new slippers are much better!

Disappointed in box which had pix of moccasin on outside of box! so gift was not a surprise!! I included gift card with my online order which was not sent. Why would you put pix on outside box, knowing it's a gift? My sister loves the moccasins!!

I should've learned my lesson the first time, but I decided to give them another shot. Received these for Christmas 2022, so they are a year old. I live in the Northeast, don't wear them in the warmer months, and never wear them outside. They look like they are 10 years old. For $90, they shouldn't wear this quickly. Maybe 8 months of wear, and that's generous. I actually tried to take them back to the store, even though I'm just over the 1 year warranty mark. I thought the hole in the side would qualify as poor craftsmanship. I was assured this is normal wear and tear and they cannot replace them. So, I will go back to a cheaper brand with a much longer lifespan. L.L. Bean let me down this time.

Love the look and feel but the size is way too big. I took the size test and ordered an 8M , I am normally a size 7.5 shoe size. I definitely should've gotten a 7, so they are not very comfortable for me. Would like to return for the right size. I love LL bean, and shopped here forever! If it wasn't for the size in sure I would've given 5 stars.

My pair arrived on Dec 22. I was excited; they're soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, the materials are rather shoddy: yesterday (Dec 31, 9 days after I received them), the leather near the lace *tore* when I re-tied the bow after it came undone. I repeat: the leather *tore* with regular pressure of tying a bow.

I was going to purchase 3 pairs ( one for myself, and two for gifts): however after reading the reviews, I changed my mind. It appears, that the quality of prior years has gone down. I will continue to wear the pair I have , instead of replacing. I will be on the look out for future reviews to see if manufacturing has improved.

These slippers are very comfortable; however, the leather laces don't stay tied, I tried different methods and they don't stay tied making the slippers very annoying. They have to figure out the lace situation with these slippers.

Had a pair for almost a decade and wore them everywhere. Got a new pair for Christmas and in less than a year of only wearing them occasionally in the house the seem at the toe ripped and there's no way to repair. The fur also wore down more quickly. The laces are also a bit of pain and never seem to stay tied. So bummed because these used to be my favorite slippers!

I was very disappointed in the fit of the slippers. They were SHORT and NARROW. The shearling edge was scrawny and scratchy. My feet looked like boats in them. I returned them.

Quality materials and super warm but I agree with another reviewer that it's simply not constructed well- the heels is floppy so it doesn't stay on and the heel should stay up and wrap around but it doesn't. Also it is made so wide that my foot slips out - it seems like they tried to over correct the fact that a year ago customers were saying the fit was too tight and now they are way too wide and simply not usable to walk around much. It's a shame as it's too late to return - also I hate wrapping things back up and trying to mail back as that's a hassle - I was going to buy another pair but now I don't trust it. Since I purchased directly from LL Bean I hope they reach out to me. I could provide photos.
When you spend $90 on slippers you expect a decent fit
