The slippers themselves are comfortable, but the laces never stay tied. I had to re-tie them every single day and eventually just got so frustrated that I cut them off. For slippers this price this should not be what is needed.

Very cheaply made. The suede was much thinner then an older pair I had and one slipper was rounded in the front and the other one was oblong. The suede laces broke on the second day. I will never buy another pair ever!!

Bought a pair of these a year ago, and wore them everyday and the inside wore down to the outer material. Went yesterday to buy a new pair in exactly the same size and width and they didn't feel right. Matched up the bottom rubber to bottom rubber and they were noticably different. Pulled out a ruler and they measured different even though they are the exact same size. We now have to return these due to size not being true. So disappointing and a waste of time.

These have a top with the tying of the leather which never stays tied.

I only wear these around the house generally when sitting at my desk or when I walk up our carpeted stairs for my home office to the rest of the house. wore out inner lining and started to tear after about a year of this light use. see photos. certainly not with the price.

Ordered a size 11, but shoe was actually a size 10 or smaller. Couldn't wear it. Looked at exchanging it, but the next available ship date was 3 months out. Returned

I recently purchased this moccasin. The picture led me to believe that the fit of the moccasin could could be adjusted and tightened or loosened depending if I was wearing socks or not. Alas, the fit was too tight and it could not be retied in order to adjust the fit.

They are simply poorly designed and dont stay on. Very uncomfortable.

I ordered these wicked good slippers to replace one of the two pair that I have. I was very disappointed. When the slippers arrived, and I found that the lining was nothing like the lining that I had in the previous slipper. I had a sheep wool lining before, and now they are calling it shearling, which I was surprised to find was a much inferior product. I even re-ordered a different pair, a different description, because I was told by customer service that I would receive what I had before. That was not true, they were just like the previous ones concerning the lining.

I've had different versions of these for many years, and the soles are so hard that it sounds like I'm tap-dancing wherever I walk. I'm embarrassed to even wear them for fear of disturbing my neighbors on the floor below. Worst slippers ever!!!!!

Need a wider shoe / slipper. Does not fit well ....

Had them less than a week. Only wore as house slippers when I got out of bed at night. A small tear started at the seams and I was going to just ignore it but it tore more every time I put them on. I thought they were made or real leather when I ordered them.

My right foot moccasin is defective. There is too much cloth on the sole under my right foot so that it bunches up under my toes. Customer support did not really help. Instead they wanted me to jump through hoops to get a replacement. This is my 2nd pair of these moccasins and the first pair was perfect. These are disappointing.

Still have not received the exchange after more than two weeks. Double charged me when I returned the item for exchange and have not refunded me for the return pair.

I have purchased these slippers in the past because it is hard for me to find slippers that fit my wide feet as not many companies make them in my size and in a wide option. They are very comfortable, fit good and last long. I was very disappointed when these slippers, although the same size as my last ones, were narrower than previous ones and too tight so I had to return them.

Got these for Christmas 2023. They blew out Christmas 2024. Used to be able to get 5-10 years plus out of a $90 pair of llbean slippers. Can't even get 366 days. Tried to return on day 367. Nope. 1 year. Sorry buddy. Back to buying $25 slippers that last 3 years and toss.

Shoes were fine but guaranteed before Christmas delivery was not met. Very embarrassing to not have this as a gift for Christmas!

Top sitching on left shoe irritates my foot . Need to wear a sock to stop the discomfort . Considering returning the slippers.

TLDR I have worn these slippers for about 20 years. The Price has increased quality decreased and the warranty is terrible now. I have always worn these slippers they were the best. I had my first pair for about 7 and once they started to decrease in quality and the lining wore down I took them back and got a new pair. I had a great customer experience. After another 5-7 that pair wore down and I got a pair of inserts that brought them back to life for quite a few more years. Once they started to wear down again I asked for a new pair as a gift. I didn't want to take advantage of the lifetime warranty since it was such a great company with a quality product it felt like the right thing to do to support them by purchasing a new pair (I was unaware that they had since discontinued their lifetime guarantee). I have now had this pair of slippers for 2 years they are only worn for about 4 months out of the year. Always with socks and they have never once seen the outside like I was recommended for best care. And the wool lining is almost gone the leather has ripped where the strings tie. The quality of this product has decreased and the price has increased and they got rid of their warranty. I will never purchase another LL Bean product and have requested from everyone close to me to please not purchase me anything from a company that has shifted so far from what they once were.

I had a pair of these in the 1990's and they lasted a long time - until they got chewed up by some puppies. Got a new pair for a birthday gift a few years ago. Very nice for a couple weeks before I noticed the pile starting to get matted down. Now the pile has no more fur in the heel areas. No longer good, just wicked. Seems like something changed over the years. The original moccasins were guaranteed for life. Now it's only 1 year, and they wear like it. Seems likely that they have a new source of these that is much cheaper and much poorer quality. Buyer beware. These had a great reputation that some buyer apparently cashed in to get a much cheaper source. Paying $90 for one year of wear seems like an absurd price. Too bad.

I knew Bean had tossed their lifetime guarantee policy but never bothered to see if it had been replaced or with what. So last Xmas when i opened up my supposedly brand New wicked good slippers I was pretty ticked to see that the shearling footbed showed clear signs of wear - bald spots and compression. But with the return policy gone and them being a Xmas present I knew of no way to fix the problem so decided to just be ticked and get on with it. Well here I am a year later and finally wondered whether anything had replaced to old policy, only to find that something did but it ran out on me two weeks ago. I wouldn't have looked if 'just getting on with it' had worked, and my irritation has only grown. Say anything you want about my screw up, there's no excuse for selling used product as new. None.

The sole of my slippers fell apart. I love the warmth of them and they had a lot more life to them. I ended up buying new soles from shoemakersacademy.com and sewing them onto my slippers after removing the old sole. They are perfect now and I hope to get many more years use of them.
