Besides this item running small, the quality was a bit of a surprise. The pair looked like they were two right slippers...even though the soles were both left and right. I wouldn't expect that from a pair of wicked good that cost $80.00.
They will be returned for another pair.

I've been buying these for years and this was the first time I noticed a couple of test around one of the holes the cord goes through. Normally, I wear the ones without holes and they are perfect. Not sure about this model.

Love these but disappointed as the insole wore out completely in less than four months of purchase. Am trying to figure out if LL bean can do something to help fix this issue.

The size was small and small too , the support actually hurt my feet , finding it very difficult to find slippers that are comfortable and fit right here.

For the most part, I love these moccasins as they are great to walk the dog at night even in light snow and very warm. The only issue I have is with the placement of the tag. For some reason the tag is placed at the bottom inside arch on each shoe which rubs and tickles your foot - it is taken for granted that you will likely wear these barefoot so makes no sense to place the tag here -

I really felt there would be more cushioning when walking on hardwood floors. I also did not feel there was even the slightest bit of arch support.

Well I will say they are comfortable and fit good. However......L.L. Bean is in name only. These are made off shore like everything else. Sorry....but just can not justify the price. I believe you are paying good money for the L.L. Bean name and everything else is just off shore stuff. I will search more before buying another pair of these. Look before you buy!!!

Was very surprised at the quality of the stitching . The left foot has me walking on the side of the slipper. I have not purchased from LL Bean in a long time. Not looking for a replacement pair. Not worth the trouble to return and replace them.

I'm dismayed about the quality of the product that you send out to customers. The new slippers are better than the first ones I sent back. But like the first pair they don't match. One shoe has lots of wool, the other foot is very skimpy on the front by the rawhide. You should have quality control and match up the slippers to match each other

I have purchased these in the past and it seems that they are not lined with as much "fur" any more. It seems like they will not last as long. Wearing down already.

I do like these moccasins but, as others have mentioned, the lining is a problem. The lining on my left foot has come loose and bunched up in the front of the shoe making it uncomfortable. Maybe I'll tear it out and get a couple more months out of them before I replace them. Lasted a little over one year.

I was really looking forward to these moccasins, but after a few days, the stitching around the front of the foot started to look loose, and the wool lining sheds. They don't feel like $79 slippers and haven't held up as such over the past month. I'm disappointed as LL Bean has had a reputation for high quality. If you get these, try to get them on sale.
I wear size 10.5 shoes and bought size 11 slippers.

Clearly a very high quality product but laces keep loosening on their own, an annoyance for me. Tried their idea of rubbing lip balm on laces but kinda messy and somewhat helpful. I will exchange for the non lace version.

I like the slippers but found one annoyance. The tag was placed right in the sole and was very uncomfortable and hard to cut out without damaging the slipper. Seems like this should have been engineered to avoid this issue.

Wear 10 1/2 shoe. Ordered size 10-11 Medium. Length tolerable but width is very wide. The memory insole cushions but flexibility caused feet movement to either side when walking. The site demonstrates a sailor's knot to tie leather lace so as to stay tied. However, the lace is way too short to tie not securely so laces frequently untied. Also, do not think laces will make shoes fit better as tightening them only makes the width problem worse. Have worn for few weeks within house so probably will not return but not purchase again. Perhaps instead looking to the flannel lined $49.99 item.

I am a 9.5 wide. Since LLB does not sell half sizes I was advised to go to a 10 wide.
After wearing them a second time; they are too big to stay on my feet. I really cannot comprehend LLB not selling half sizes in wide for most of their shoe/boot/slipper lines. Very disappointed these slippers did not work out. Really have reconsidered ever purchasing LLB for shoes/boots or slippers.

I purchased these slippers even though similar ones are less than half the cost. The quality is good and they are well made and comfortable but still can't justify the cost. The laces will not stay tied even if you double knot them, this becomes annoying as you always have to re tie them.

Very comfortable but not enough insulation between the thin sole and the body of the slipper!
Result if you don't wear socks your feet will be cold unless the room heat is above 70"

My husband loves the feel of these and wears them all the time. However, the seam at the back of the heel is already (after just a few weeks) showing signs of giving way. And -- a design issue -- it's not easy to tell which slipper goes on which foot without turning them over to look at the soles.
