I'm not sure when it all went wrong but noone seems to know what extra wide (ee) is anymore. I have bought these in the past and they were plenty wide. Just ordered a new pair (actually ordered Size 12 instead of my usual 11) feat flatten with age... as soon as I opened the box, I could see that the width is wrong. They are labeled as 12ee but the fit is extremely narrow. I will not be getting these again. Sadly, disappointed.

The classic indoor/outdoor moccasin, I buy a pair every 12-18 months. When I saw this new cool color combo, on sale, I bought a pair without hesitation (even though my current pair had ample tread left). Unfortunately, I had to return my new pair - forgot that I needed a 9 Wide, but Wide's were unavailable in blue. The return was processed with a smile, as usual for LLB.

I buy these all the time. Laces don't stay tied, ever. Also this time they got worn out so fast inside on the heal. Never seen this before. With only 4 months wear. And only worn in the house. Within the first couple weeks the fur was shedding...

They are super comfortable but the quality isn't that good. I had to purchase a second pair for my husband after his toe tore through the front. This was after a year and really not much wear. I'm looking for a cobbler to fix them since I couldn't return

I wanted Wide but these moccasins were not adequately wide enough

I've had these for a few years now. The sole and outer have held up very well and look similar to the way they did on day one. My only complaint, and it is a big one, is that the slippers started shedding their lining within the first month. Shortly afterwards, they had shed enough that the slippers became very loose on my feet. They are now completely devoid of lining where the bottom of my foot makes contact with the slipper (the heel and ball of my feet). They are considerably less warm and comfortable than they were when they were new. The previous pair I owned had a much more durable lining.

They are extremely comfortable and the size seem to be true. I question the quality of construction, as the toe stitching of one moccasin is already fraying after a few weeks of wear. I fear the toe will blow out in short order. I can't call them defective, just might not be very durable in the stitching.

Not that good of quality for the price. Breaking down and not 4 wks old

One of the few places I can order them in wide width for my husband and your quality is much better than the ones I ordered elsewhere and then sent back.

I haven't had very good luck with L L Beans slippers due to them blowing out at the seams within months. My new pair hasn't done that yet, waiting to see. The tie on the moccasin, being a leather thong, continually comes untied and then the slippers start falling off due to being too loose. A different tie, like a rounder thong might help.

As always, the quality of the Men's Wicked Good Moccasin Slippers is great! However, I had to wait several months to receive them because they were out of stock! In addition, I also wanted to order a second pair of slippers in a different color, but i was unable to do so because none are available in a "Wide" width.

Shoes are well made. but one is the 11 ww i ordered and the other is longer and narrower. Makes an unusual appearance. What happened to Bean's quality control?

Decent build quality. But it's disappointing that the leather laces never seem to stay tight and constantly come loose. It's also frustrating that while fur liners feel great for the first few days and weeks, they quickly get matted and compressed. I thought they would have finally made these liners replaceable, especially because they were sold in the store right next to different slippers which did have replacement liners, but apparently not.

I expect LL Bean products to be durable and high quality. These slippers lasted about 23 months before developing a crack in both soles. The 23 months is past the return period and despite being told the LL Bean stands behind their product by online Customer Service, the store personnel told me that are not eligible for a return because they are "too old" and have "been worn". I'll go back to wearing yearly throw aways.

I really like L.L. Bean products and own several. So it was an easy decision to buy these Men's Wicked Good Moccasins. As I like footwear I can step into without breaking the back down trying to get my foot in, I thought these slippers would be exactly what I needed. But what I discovered is the back heel is not stiff enough (reinforced) to let me step into the slipper. It's rather flimsy. I am hoping as I wear these slippers I will be able to step into them without a struggle. But if this continues, I will be sending them back. :(

The inside tag will irritate your foot, runs narrow

ok but interior breaks down rather quickly. Then you are left with a slipper and minumum insulation

I would have liked to be able to order a half size up. We put stretchers in them

The heel is too loose. It's like wearing clogs. I don't like clogs.

These slippers do not come in half sizes which makes them slip and one needs to glue heel slip guards because the regular stickiness of the guards does not hold on the shearling liner. Even with regular guards, there is slippage.

The slippers are nice, but too narrow for my guy. Will be returning them.

These were oddly large, I had an older pair, same size, and these were much bigger.

This is my 4th pair. They have always been a loose but comfortable fit. This pair is very snug to the point that my feet begin to hurt after an hour. Will take them to my local shoe repair shop to get them stretched.

I have a pair of ladies moccasin slippers which I bought in 2017 which I love and they have held up great. I've put in new shearling insoles once so far because the lining does wear down which is to be expected. Now,back to the mens version. I bought these for my husband because his feet are always cold and he is terrible about wearing slippers. Since getting these he puts them on as soon as he takes his shoes off. He loves how soft and warm they are. The shearling lining is definitely different from my older version as well as the quality of the suede itself. To me this new version of the wicked good slipper has a much inferior quality. I doubt they will hold up as well as the older version but I'm willing to replace them more frequently if the husband keeps wearing them. He would give them 5 stars because he doesn't have anything to compare them to but I give them 3 stars mostly because he's been wearing them. I actually refused to buy a new pair for myself because of the difference. I'll just keep replacing the insoles when needed because the actual slipper is still perfect .
