This was my second pair of the LL Bean "Wicked Good" moccasins. The first pair lasted 7-8 years, after which the leather on the outside of the right moccasin began to tear apart. My main complaint with them was that the leather thongs would not stayed tied at all. The thong was too big and coarse to hold a bow. I even tried gluing the knot together, but it ultimately still came apart. Having the thong work properly was essential because, while, when the slippers were new, the pile kept them snug ( almost too tight). But when the fleece compacted over time, the slippers became quite loose and the thongs were needed to keep them from slipping off. With the second pair I ordered 9 wide. To my dismay, both thongs were even thicker and wouldn't stay tied even for short periods of time. They are tight both in length and width, but I hesitate to return them knowing how loose they get once the fleece pile compacts. I viewed the video on tying a sailors "bow". I don't care for the look of it but will try it anyway.

The quality seemed very good, but the soles marked up my hardwood finished floors in a way that no other similar moccasin ever has. I would have kept them but for the fact that they marked up my floors.

Nice but runs quite small. I am an 11.5-12 and ordered 12 but I needed 12.5-13 I think. Materials (fake fur) were quite underwhelming too.

If you have no hobbies and nothing else to do, these are for you. You can spend all of your time re-tying the laces. I wear them as you would expect, for a couple of leisurely hours in the evening when it is cold. I am not walking more than a few hundred steps. I have to tie them once or twice each time I wear them. The crude leather thong tie is a bad specification of this or any other moccasin. In fact it would be even worse if they were shoes that you wore for hours. Extremely annoying, to say the least. It's too bad because they are warm and comfortable. The laces are not really long enough to double knot and anyway, it creates a giant wad of leather on top of the moccasin.

I loved my LL Bean slippers over the years. However, size has always been an issue. My big toe has always been jammed into the end. A size up was like walking in a boat. Why do you not make half-sizes? I tried the slipper moccasin one more time. Low and behold, the length work, but only because of less fur inside. And to my chagrin, the sides were at least 1/2 inch lower than what I have. I want my ankles warm. I returned them and switched to another brand.

Fits small. Purchased size 12. Length is fine but foot volume is tight.

I've had several pairs over the years and I really like them, comfortable, well made. This last order, not so good. The box was marked 8 Medium, as I ordered, but the shoes were marked 8 Wide. Also, it appeared that while the soles were paired left and right, the uppers looked like two rights - weird. Not a real problem for slippers but disappointing.

Laces will not stay tied. It becomes a tripping hazard.

Not as comfortable as previous version. Sheepskin lining not as soft or thick which causes edges to rub on top of foot.

I am disappointed with the slippers. The soles are such that there is no cushion and they are cast out of a material that has absolutely no slippage when contacting my wood floors. The traction is way too positive. I find myself catching myself from falling when changing direction when walking on my wood floors. The soles also have absolutely no cushion to them at all. Bottom line I would not have purchased them if I has known the above.

The slippers are labeled 11W. I purchased them for my husband for Christmas to replace his old LL Bean slippers size 11W. He could barely get his foot in these new ones. I had to return them.

Slippers need half sizes better laces that actually stay tied for more then 3-5 minutes. Leather tie material is too thick. Sizing is the worst problem.

I purchased the slippers as a Christmas gift for our son, as he requested. Unfortunately, the slippers were too tight due to the fleece lining. His worn out slippers did not have the fleece. Including half-sizes would be helpful. I gave him the order information, but do not know if has tried to exchange them yet.

Nice mocs; but they have a little annoying tag inside that is almost impossible to remove, right at the instep. If people have to put tags on things, they should make them easy to remove, or at least put them in a spot where they don't bother you. And the tie is leather, which will break in a year, and it will be very hard to thread a lace through where it belongs. The lace should not be leather.

The tag inside the shoe is in a horrible spot and the leather shie string WILL NOT stay tied.

The size chart measure on the bigger size. They're comfy, I'm just disappointed on the fit.

I've owned two pair of these for a number of years. The first lasted years and I finally replaced them. They weren't worn out, but looked rough. The second pair lasted about six months and began to fall apart. The quality has definitely fallen off.

Comfortable and warm. Excellent slippers except one thing: They don't stay tied for long. This is my second pair and both had to be re-tied often. I am now shopping for loafer-types.

Quality is hodgepodge, and my feet still often get cold in these. I tried two different pairs, and both had the same problems: the left moc felt quite different from the right. One was significantly more snug, both times. And one was overstuffed with packing, both times, leaving a permanent dent in the sheepskin lining of the heel. I kept the second pair because I need slippers, but I think you can find much cheaper alternatives out there that are equally warm and functional.

I absolutely loved my mocs but the in side of the shoes both have worn through rather quick. They were super comfy so I would recommend them. I just am bummed out that the insides have deteriorated.

You do not seem to have a EEE width. Your wide is way too narrow.

I like the shoe, lengthwise it's a perfect fit, but they're constricting. Usually I wear a regular-width shoe but these are narrow to the point that I rarely wear them.

I really like these but the bottoms have become hard with age and are now slippery on tile or cement. They were fine for a few years.
