I liked the sheepskin linings and the comfort and warmth of the slipper moccasin I bought some years ago. So, I recently bought another pair when most of the hard material bottoms of the first pair broke apart and fell off. I'm hopping to have better long-term luck with this second pair.

This is the second pair of these I've purchased for my husband. The bottom pieces finally started to just come off of the first pair so it was time to replace them. The only thing I have against LLBean is that their prices have always been too high.

Too Small for father's feet. He refused to try to let them naturally stretch.

Although I like the slipper itself, each time I buy them they are a different size.

I like these slippers very much. I just wish that the 11 wide that I bought last week, were the same size as the 11 wide that I bought the last time.

I bought a pair and my big toe wore through the fur before the winter was over. Pretty sad. My old pair lasted 10 years before they started wearing thin.
Not what they used to be :(

Right foot fit perfectly, left foot was loose and falling off. Tightened up leather lace to max and still falling off. felt like back of slipper was not high enough or not formed right....never had this issue before with fit!

We tried three different LL Bean mocs, to be sure we HIT the right size. SO MANY reviews said these were the BEST. Sorry, we beg to disagree. My hub found them far less comfortable than the brand we chose (Minnetonka). We wanted to like them as we both appreciate LL Bean quality. But there was no comfort whatsoever. They're more of a casual loafer than a comfy slipper. He was thrilled with size 12 in the aforementioned OTHER slipper. If you want a casual house shoe, this might work for you. Not us. I think others must have agreed; clearly, these were all returned shoes and even had Xmas glitter on the bottom of one of them. :-/
I'd also recommend:
Minnetonka

They're sometimes too warm. I wish there was more padding. I'm 5'10" 220. I wfh, so I'm wearing these almost non stop 7 days a week. Owned several months, and I'm in no way upset about them, but they're good not great.

Really wanted to love these. Intended to replace some decades old shearling lined moose hide mocs that were still hanging in there, but no longer fuzzy.
The pair I received was (sadly) defective. There was a thickened edge on the side opposite the arch that was bruising my foot.
Returned them with no problem.
Decided not to request replacement, as the shearling felt more like polyester fleece than wool.

I have purchased many of these slippers over the years for my husband. He always wears a 10W and slips right into instant comfort. Unfortunately not this year. Not sure what has changed or happened, but it took me three pair before he found one that was "ok"And they still are Not the extreme comfort he is used to.but he hopes they will be after he breaks them in. Point is in the past, they never required breaking in.!

For the cost of the Slipper I thought the quality of the small details was lacking. The lining appears to have been haphazardly affixed to the inside of the Slipper. Bought one size larger than shoe and it fits nicely.

I bought a pair of these slippers years ago that I literally wore out, so it was finally time to replace them. Unfortunately, they've gone downhill in that time. They're tight to the point that they are somewhat uncomfortable, despite plenty of wear-in time. Worst of all are the soles, which are definitely thinner that the old ones. The flex more underfoot, and I can feel things like gravel through them that I never could before. They're still warm and good looking, but they're just not of the same quality as previous

Great slippers but the laces drive me crazy!! They always loosen after being tied. Very annoying. I'm almost ready to hot glue the tie knot.

The construction is good and the material is high quality. However, the faux fur lining does tend to crush within a couple of weeks and this reduces the soft 'cushioning feel' of the slipper.

My husband wears an 11 EE shoe. That's the size I ordered for these moccasins. They were approximately 2inches too long. Very soft though.

I've had the Wicked Good Slippers in Chocolate for a few years now, after previously owning the LL Bean Handsewn Slippers (the $60 ones) for several years prior. I vastly prefer the Handsewn one to the Wicked Goods, even though I did eventually wear through the flannel/foam bottom of the Handsewn slippers. The Wicked Good slippers have considerably less structure and fit more loosely at the same sizethe upper is a bit floppy and they generally look more bulbous (and less put-together) than the Handsewn slippers. Even with socks on, the Wicked Goods also slip at the heel more than the Handsewn ones ever did. They're a totally fine slipper, but I don't think they're as good as they're hyped up to be, especially when LL Bean has better slippers available for less money.

Purchased February 2022z These were great for the first year. Started out so snug I thought maybe I should have purchased a larger size. After the first year, the lining and slipper was so stretched out they don't fit and it's a safety issue. So no I'm wearing these loose fitting slippers looking at getting a new pair. Maybe we just need to buy cheap products and replace them routinely since even L.L.Bean can't be counted on for quality anymore. Not worth the price I paid.

I got these for my son for Christmas. He loves them: so cozy and comfortable. Great quality EXCEPT the laces are coming untied. All of the time. He is endlessly tying them to the point of distraction. So disappointed.
