This is the second pair of these slippers that I've owned. The first pair lasted probably 10 years and the material of the sole became brittle and broke apart, but the fleece lining had already worn out. I love these slippers for their comfort and durability. I am retired and wear them from the time I get up until I go to bed. I wear them outside (rain, snow, or shine) to get the mail and paper; 400 feet away over a gravel driveway. I have B width feet and because of the thickness of the fleece, the width fits fine. I gave these slippers 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: the leather laces keep coming apart and I have to retie them. I have found no way to keep them tied. I'm tempted to use my glue gun to make the knot permanent. If anyone knows of a solution, I'd love to hear it. In spite of the laces, these slippers are the best I've ever owned. They are quite warm and comfortable on my feet; Highly recommended.

I have had 2 pairs over the last 5 years and pretty much live in these, they get used a lot. I think they're a bit on the pricey side and could use better padding in the sole as it tends to 'flatten out' in spots from use and eventually becomes less comfortable, probably because I use these more than they were intended but all in all, I really do like them.

Bought 2 pairs of slippers; ones still on the box. The one I am wearing had a small defect where the top of the slipper was stitched to the front. The fur lining In one stayed in the slipper like it should. The other one, within days, rolled outward so they look like 2 different models at this point.
I've bought these before. They wear really well and are very comfortable. The defects are purely cosmetic (unless the one with the missed stitching comes apart). It seems for the price, that the quality would be more consistent. I have 2 defects in 1 slipper!

I normally wear size nine, ordered size 8, should have order 7, but 7 was not available. There's a lot of fleece, so they may be tight initially, but the fleece compresses quickly. This is my second pair. The first has worn well. They are very versatile, as the rubber sole makes them suitable for checking the mail.

Got the brown ones as a gift for my husband for Fathers Day and I have to say the lambs wool lining feels and looks fake...maybe it's the dye, but it's very stiff & coarse. I wanted to send them back but he said he wanted to keep them.
He's only had them a few weeks and the lining on the heels is already wearing away.
I certainly hope they last but they're not off to a very good start.

Disappointed in these slippers, as the laces won't stay tied and I find myself having to adjust them nearly every time I put them on. Should've went with the Venetian instead. Maybe next time.

This is my 3rd pair of LLB moccasins, and they are very warm and comfortable. LLB recommends that for 1/2 sizes you order up. This is what i have done previously and worked fine, but these sheepskin house shoes are so soft and pliable that i have found myself stepping out of them often. This isn't a problem with the stiffer full grain leather ones, but these will stretch, and i would suggest that you order down for 1/2 size.

The slippers fit well and are comfortable. However, there are two issues, which may not be serious; time will tell. I wear them daily. The shearing has been working through the stitching. Hopefully it is nothing more than unsightly. I can clip it off to remove it as it occurs. The other thing is the heel area in one of the slippers is wearing through. I've had the slippers for one month and for $85 these issues should not be occurring.

I like the look and the fit, but I just got the slippers and haven't worn them enough to properly evaluate.

I have destroyed other slippers due to how I walk. I push off my right foot and it causes my foot to put pressure on the right side of the right slipper.Seams are worn out within 7 month's time. I hoped that a stronger sole may help.
I bought this product shortly after the COVID-19 SiP order came down, in Northern California. I'm home officed. These slippers get a lot of wear. They re true to size (11 EE). The rubber sole seems to help absorb some of the day-to-day abuse. They're warm.
However, the rubberized sole catches anything laying on the floor. So, pick up your feet and these slippers work well.

Nice and warm and comfortable.Would like some extra padding at the back of the shoe to prevent using the shoe like an open back slipper

I love the moccasins. I just can't believe that they were $75. They seem a bit overpriced. Maybe $45-$50, or give them some sort of sole support for that price.

The slippers are very good, very warm and comfortable. The only problem that I have with them is the laces. I wanted the slippers without the laces because but you were out of stock and I ordered with the laces by mistake and that,s on me. The laces get stepped on and untied very often and are a little uncomfortable across the top of my foot.

I was able to adjust the size by tightening the leather string. Now the string rubs the top of my foot because it run through the inside tongue. Also, the fuzzy insulation is not even. Light on one side and heavy on the other. The left tongue has a big wad of insulation. Glad I was able to use my Bean bucks for most of the purchase or I would have sent them back.

My original purchase was poor. The lace on one mocc tore up through the leather while tying it the first time. Then I saw they were made overseas. I had wanted an American-made product. I returned for new pair, which is very comfortable. Nice cushioning for a mocc. Good fit (after sizing down half size rather than up). Customer service was excellent in expediting a replacement. Although made overseas, I have to admit they are most comfortable pair I've ever owned.

The L.L. Bean Men's Moccasins are everything I wanted them to be. They are super comfortable, breathable and high quality. My only concern is that the laces will untie throughout the day. Considering they are just for looks, I wish they would sew them permanently closed. Overall I still love them and would highly recommend them.

To be honest, this isn't what I wanted. I wanted something with like memory foam or something for cushioning. But they are warm and the quality is amazing.

I ordered these as a replacement for the Wicked Good Slippers that I purchased a few years ago. I prefer those but they have been out of stock. The moccasins fit well and are very warm and comfortable. However, the rawhide laces come untied easily no matter how I tie them. It doesn't affect the function or the comfort of the slippers but it is a bit annoying.

Purchased for my husband- he wears them all the time in the house, claims them to be very warm and comfortable -- fit as expected -- one thing -- anyone else have trouble keeping them tied? The rawhide tie is always coming undone, and since he had shoulder surgery 4 weeks ago I can attest to the fact that they need to re-tied VERY frequently.. not sure how to remedy that. That's the only reason for the 4 rather than 5 star rating!

I got these for my husband who has Parkinson's and is recovering from paralysis from stroke, thus needs a safe comfortable moccasin. This is the only style out of various on-line stores which has a wide width, gripping sole for walking inside and outside, very comfortable shearling lining, and leather drawstring for adjusting fit. However, the heal area should be a little taller for better grip and adjustment as the foot easily slips out of the shallow back.
