I love these mocks for the backyard this time of the year the grass is all dew and I have two dogs and I'm out constant I'm able to slip these on they make life so much easier. They keep my feet nice and dry. I would highly recommend these mocks and I don't think I'm going to have to buy them again because they are really made well.

These garden shoes are way way too big - had to order 2 sizes smaller both for my husband and myself. Ended up sending 4 pair back to finally get the right size (2 sizes smaller).

true to size, fit well, I like that they are waterproof, just right for the fall weather.

Perfect fit. My true shoe size is larger than the size I ordered from L.L. Bean. Buyers are reminded to check the L.L. Bean size chart before ordering. These mocs are a great value for the price. I wear them in all kinds of inclement weather and highly recommend them to others.

Not warned by sales lady that these are made one size too big, so had to return my first pair for next size down, which was still a little big but not so as to be unwearable with heavy socks.

Hey, L.L. Bean R&D! Please consider making these again as I can't bring myself to wear this mint pair from 50+ years ago. They're lighter-weight and much more flexible than the classic version. If you want to reverse engineer these, I'd be happy to entertain an offer. ... I'm looking at you, Bean Archives! Give this review a thumbs-up if you agree that they should make this model again. New slate/gray/blue color is a welcome change from the usual brown/tan. Great looking. Funky sizing (I'm usually an 11 or 11 1/2 but wear a 10 in this shoe). Mail order only in this color and had to return first pair to local store due to defective stitching but they took them back and ordered the replacement. Fabulous shoe for its intended purposedry feet in more interesting colors.

I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago to wear into the yard to walk in snow or rain or slush, and to walk through gravel and sand in our driveway in the warmer weather. I can instantly step into them, and the support system is marvelous. We live on a ranch, and I can dash out to an outlying building just by steping into the shoes.

Great fit and love waterproof aspect of this shoe. Very comfortable as well.

The perfect slip on for walking to dog on wet morning dew. This is the 2nd pair of Mocs that I've ordered, the first didn't survive the puppy stage. My feet have never gotten wet when walking the dog in wet grass, they're also awesome for that dreaded moment of stepping in a fresh pile of doggy doo-doo, just spray off the bottom with a hose & it's like it never happened.

Really nice moc. Bought for our anniversary to replace pair my husband had for 15 years. Size was worn off of old shoes so ordered his normal shoe size but was whole size too big so exchanging for a smaller size

This is the fifth pair I have purchased over the past 25+ years. He wears them daily until the soles are totally flat. No other boot can compare. Even with this use, the shoe maintains integrity.

This is about the 5th pair of these shoes I've had over the years. Tried the imitators, no bueno. I need a well fitting, sturdy shoe that simply slips on /off easily for work around the house. These fit that bill. Worth every penny!

Great American classic shoe, wearing these reminds me of being in college in the 80's.

I have had a few pairs of these Mocs over 50 years and have found them to be the best choice for a quick lawn sprinkler change to the go to shoe on long camping trips in any weather. Buy them big enough for medium to thick socks - you won't be disappointed!

I wear a men's 8 tennis shoe. After reading reviews, I thought perhaps a men's 7 would be too large. I first bought a women's 8 which was too small. Then a women's 9 and a men's 7, these two were the exact same shoe (both Medium D). Good on length but still to narrow. I do not consider myself to have a wide foot but the final size I tried was the Men's 7 Wide EE and it was perfect width, w/ a thumbs width of space past the toe. Wonderful outdoor chore shoe for easy slip on and off, enough room for thick socks but still tight enough for light socks. If the sizing doesn't work on the first try, it may take a few exchanges, the process was very easy, worth the $6 fee. LL Bean even pre-emptively mailed a check for a refund on one of the returns when the original card payment method had since been compromised and canceled, great service.
