I received my rubber mocs yesterday afternoon. I am very pleased with them. Fit and finish are excellent. They are my third pair of Bean Boots. I have a pair of 6" that I use for hunting, gumshoes for everyday cooler weather wear, and now the slip on rubber mocs.
I had no intention of purchasing a pair of the rubber mocs until I had a problem with the GoreTex lining in my gumshoes. I called to order a replacement pair of gumshoes, and of course they were backordered until April. Well worth the wait, but nevertheless, I needed some shoes!
I read review after review, and researched online, all related to the rubber moc. After some consideration, I ordered a pair. I couldn't be happier. Comfortable and they fit perfectly. Put them on yesterday afternoon and took them off just before bed. I actually was looking forward to wearing them when I awoke this morning.
Thanks, LL Bean for a great pair of shoes. I'm confident I'll get many years of comfortable wearing from these rubber mocs.

Wear a 10.5 shoe and ordered 9 moccasin and it was too big. Returned it and got a 8 moccasin. Return
and resulting credit went very well. Really appreciate not being stuck with a ill fitting shoe.
The moccasin is a very odd shoe but is very comfortable. Is well made and will wear for a long time.

I've wanted a pair of these for years. I am glad I finally got them. Wore them while raking leaves this weekend. Kept feet warm and dry. I followed instructions and ordered one size smaller and bought heavier socks. They fit perfectly. Will be back for more.

A great LLBean Moc. Excellent workmanship and fit. I normally wear a 9 1/2 medium and the size 8 fit perfectly.

The LL Bean Men's Moc are very well constructed and durable; my problem was that I did not realize they were Mocs, not lace up. My bad.

Wonderful shoe. My husband loves them. But listen to the experts and order a size down from you normal shoe. I had to return and reorder because I didn't do as advised at the site.
Quality can't be beat. Order and enjoy.
Thanks LL. Bean for making my man happy.

own an old pair of LL Bean's imported storm chaser clogs. became too small; needed to update. if you have ever owned slip on shoes, there is a tendency for the back of the shoe to "fold" under when you try to slip on the shoe. These shoes have a stiffer back which allows you to slip on without a shoe horn. were loose but I tied them nice and tight. Yes, they feel wide but they are rubber shoes. Rubber cannot be molded like a leather shoe to fit snug. No problem walking in them with medium weight socks. very comfortable and effective. I wear an ll and purchased a 10. Recommend highly. wanted shoes made in USA. These are a winner. put true to size if you follow recommendations from LL Bean

I ordered 8W, a size smaller than I usually wear. Had to exchange for 7W. The exchange was great. I called for exchange and sent the others back. The mocs are great, and I love the wide width. They are so perfect for running outside, walking in park, camping, any other work in sloppy weather.I do wish they made 1/2 sizes.Truly an indispensable piece of footwear, and I've been a customer for 52 years.

I love these shoes. They're perfect for slipping on without bending over when going out for chores. That being said, it was a terrible hassle getting ones that fit right. After three tries I finally got a pair that fit. I wear a 13 wide (EE) and ended up with 11 wide. I would not suggest ordering these through the mail as I did. Wait until you can try them on at a retail store and save yourself a headache or three.

I am very happy with my new rubber mocs. They are comfortable, waterproof and built well. One caveat, as the add also stated, they are sized quite large. I take a 10 1/2 - 11 sneaker and ordered size 10 mocs. They were too big so I exchanged them for size 9 at our local Beaner store and they fit perfectly.

Haven't bought a boot anywhere else for the last decade plus. Still have low cut ties but went for pull-ons this time. Last year 15 year old LL Bean hiking boots took me to Rome where they were made. I'm happy :)

These are , as always with LLBean, of excellent quality. My only cormment is on the size recommendation. The recommendation was to go down one full size from your regular if wearing light or medium weight socks, and use your regular size if wearing heavy socks. I ordered one size down ( from 11 to 10). The shoes are loose in the heel with what I would call medium weight socks (crew or athletic socks), and fit perfectly with heavyweight boot socks. I will still keep them since the next size down will be too small; just thought folks should know

Just started to wear these rubber mocs and found them to be very comfortable. They are quite stiff but fit very well. Slip a little on the heel but they stay on. I ordered them via phone call to LL Bean and talked to a very nice and knowledgeable lady. I was concerned about what size to order and ended up ordering a size 11 M. My shoe sizes range from 12 to 13 depending on shoe type and brand. The size 11 M was perfect. Just tied up the leather laces and away I went outside into the wet weather. For me they are perfect.

I bought these for my husband and also women's boot for my daughter. They loved the style, comfort and quality. They work great for rainy days, dog walking and cold days. Be sure to check the sizing chart before ordering. I have worn my rubber Mocs for years and they look great.

This is a great shoe, though I recommend you pay heed to Bean's recommended sizing. I usually wear a 10.5, so ordered a 10. Even with heavy socks, the shoe was too big, So I returned them for a size 9. Am waiting for the return to get here and will write a followup review then.

The shoe runs large, but if you order as they suggest, the fit is correct. I wear a 10 1/2 and ordered a size 9; even with wool socks the fit was correct as suggested in sizing.

I am very pleased with the mocs. I tried other brands & they last a year. My old Bean mocs are over 5 years old & still great. I keep a pair at each door to slip on whenever I want to go outside. They are definitely sized large, my size 11.5 feet fit fine in a size 10 moc with summer socks or barefoot. They look good enough to wear to town in wet/sloppy weather. I even saved a little money by buying when Bean offered 10% off & free shipping.

My husband wanted slip-on boots just to walk to the mailbox or shovel snow. He ordered these when he saw that Wide was offered. The width was great, but they were too big. He ordered a size smaller, and is now very happy with the fit. They are comfortable with a thin sock.

These boots run a bit long and a bit wide but you can tighten up the laces to help make the fit a bit snugger. So far these mocs are the perfect choice for walking the dogs, doing some yard work and running errands.

In 1972 I bought my first LL Bean shoes of this type...two pairs of Maine hunting shoes for my sons and Maine hunting shoes and moccasins for myself...This pair of moccasins was to replace my original pair that somehow disappeared...I will watch for them to show up on sons' feet or perhaps the feet of a grandchild...ha...the quality has not changed....awesome product...well made and fit perfectly....at my age I am sure I will not wear these out and they will be passed down for another couple or three decades of use. Thanks for a quality product!!!!

Having a life-long love of the outdoors, I've worn Bean's hunting shoes and boots for more than 40 years; they're made for the woods because soles don't slip on frozen ground, they're dry, comfortable, rugged and require only minimal periodic waterproofing of the triple-sewed seams depending on amount of use in water and I use mine there a lot.
Anyone committed to the outdoors knows proper foot care is the critical foundation for everything we do. Bean's originals, fitted right, with the right sock system and innersoles, keep my feet from getting tired and keep my feet warm in sub-zero snow conditions. What's more, my boots dry out well over night with innersoles removed when placed near the wood stove or other warm air source. This is really important in a hunting camp.
Also, when soles wear down after a couple years, I take advantage of Bean's resole service and have my well broken in leather uppers come back home with new soles and new life for a third the cost of new boots. [personal aside: I hope the cost-cutting corporate boys and girls never ax the resole service.]
Anyway, when I retired I began buying these camp mocs because they've the same fine sole composition as the boot, but without the lacing. They're convenient to slip on and off after adjusting the ties, so on and off is fast and easy. They've become my go-to footwear for gardening, beekeeping, and even knocking about town. I wear them so much it won't be too long before I send back for re-soling by favorite pair with chocolate buffalo uppers and red soles. They're comfortable enough to fall asleep in!
