The Rubber Moc is well made, sturdy, and tough. After weeks of wearing every day for farm chores in mud and muck they show no wear and clean up to look like new. The rawhide adjustment is simple to use and holds well.

Definitely run 1-1.5 sizes large (if you wear a 12 tennis shoe, get a 10.5-11). But they are just what I was looking for - a shoe I could just slip my feet into and muck around - primarily for our chores around the farm. Very comfortable and great traction.

I normally wear a size 9 to 9 1/2 in mens shoes but your reviewers cautioned buyers to go a whole size smaller. I bought a size 8 in mens and worried whether I had made a mistake going down an entire size but I was totally pleased with this downsizing advise. They fit PERFECT and the leather laces give them added adjustment for thick or thin socks. These are as close to perfect as shoes can get.

This is my second pair. I wore my first pair about twelve years, until the soles wore smooth. These are great slip-ons. They do run large. I had to buy one size smaller both times.

I just purchased my third pair of men's Rubber Mocs - my third pair in thirty years. I have worn them for yard work and to wet and muddy kid's soccer games. The quality of materials and performance of this shoe is unsurpassed. At $100 a pair they are a bargain when a shoe lasts 15 years!

Make sure you size down to your discretion. I typically wear a 10.5 and I checked out the reviews before buying which I'm glad I did. I bought a 9 with medium foot and it fit perfectly!

I live in the northeast where it's often wet outside in the mornings. I have really liked these rubber mocs. The fact that they are rubber means the water and dirt seem to slide right off them. My feet stay dry and now after a number of weeks the boots have molded to my feet for a super comfortable fit. I originally bought them to wear for quick in and outs, but now I find I'm wearing them practically everywhere. When they eventually wear out - which there are no signs of so far - I already plan to buy another pair. I bought my wife a pair and she wears them constantly. Excellent value, a really good buy.

This is the second pair I've owned. They are perfect for wet weather. Easy to put on and take off. I wear them all year long in Western Mass.

The Duck Moc is great with no socks! However, I'm a 13 in any other shoe, but wear an 11 in LLBean Duck Boots. Only if you wear super heavy socks does the one size down recommendation hold true - in my opinion, and 40 year history of wearing them!

Buying shoes on line is is always fraught, particularly for a boot, but in this instance, I got the perfect fit, which turned out in this boot to be a 10 D for a 101/2 D shoe size. This the perfect boot for walking in the rain but when I tried to buy in an LL Bean store recently, I was told it was no longer being made. Fortunately, it was still available on line in July.

Since I have a wide foot these fit well. They are just what I need for taking our dogs for early morning walks when there is dew on the grass. I usually wear a size 9 wide shoe and originally ordered these in 9EE. They were too large, just as the fit chart said they would be. I gave them to our son because they fit him perfectly. I ordered another pair in 8EE and they are a great fit. Go by the size chart.

I wore out my old pair of Bean Mocs which were 8M and a little loose. I wear 9M shoes so this time I ordered 8N for the new ones. Perfect fit.

We live in these shoes year round. They are perfect for yard work, and a quick run to the store. They are waterproof and hold up to the daily grind around the house very well. The only cautionary word would be the sizing. For whatever reason, they have always fit too big. I wear a 10-11, but wear a 9 in these.

They run real big. I'm typically a 10.5 and I dropped down to a 9 narrow. But all in all I'm very happy with them, I've been wearing the bean boot since I was 17. I'm 45 now, so that says something about their quality.

I bought these for my husband for working in the yard. I have worn them for over 25 years and love them so I suggested them to him. They are waterproof, (we live in coastal NC) durable and well made. He loves them and said I should have bought them sooner. I will say buy a size smaller and unless your foot is actually wide purchase a narrow width. I had to return the first pair as they were a 10. I think everyone would be happy with these.
