I have always been a fan of sweatshirt jackets as a light layer and this is a great alternative (although a tad expensive). It can be used for work or dress up (at least where I live). Layers well with a t-shirt & vest, lots of pockets, a hood and shirt sleeves that I can button or roll up make it quite versitile. I have 2 and another lined one on the way. Love it!

I've enjoyed LLBean's Scotch Flannel shirts for years, and was happy to see a jacket version this year. I was not disappointed. The zipper and hood are nice additions to my favorite cool weather attire. It was the perfect jacket for a cool morning at the campground.

The flannel hoodie is very comfortable and warm. It washes very well and is still very soft after drying.

I love the flannel shirts. (I bought two of them). I'm a cold person who needs pockets. The shirts are warm. The hoods are great for the wind. Plus they have deep pockets. Everything that meets my comfort needs.

Love it as it is so soft and like the Scotch plaid. I'm 5'1" and weigh 105 lbs. The X-Small fit is perfect for me.

True to size--good size pockets to keep hands warm--like the tunic length--Dress Gordon color looks good next to my blonde, fair skinned face thanks to the white in the plaid & it would likely work for brunettes, too--so comfy I want to wear it all the time but in CA only the mornings are cool enough now but it's a great layering piece

Great colors, I've purchased 2 of these hoodies. Perfect for chilly and foggy California mornings. Relaxed fit allows me to be able to layer a tee and a flannel shirt underneath the hoodie and still be very comfortable on my early morning walks at 5:30am. I'm a size 6 and 36DD on top and purchased the medium.

Exactly as described - little looser fit so it's comfortable and easy to layer underneath.

I used to buy the Scotch Plaid flannel shirts, but they've been getting more fitted and shorter, so I've stopped wearing them. I'm so glad I took a chance with the hoodie. I've now bought 2. I did size up because I wanted loose and boxy. It is very well-made with a nice leather patch and zipper pull. Substantial pockets. I've worn with a tee shirt and with a turtleneck--both worked fine. I really need more of them--they are already my go-to comfy weekend wear.

I purchased this one for my daughter for Christmas, but got another color for myself. The first time she saw me in mine, she really liked it and complimented me. Its very comfy and perfect for the fall weather. The hood is a nice touch too to go over my knit hats.

Comfy, warm and very nice styling. Little bit more chic than just a flannel shirt. Runs a bit small, not back I like my shirts or little jackets roomy for layering. Will purchase another.

I bought this shirt in a 2X which is a bit bigger than I normally wear but I wanted the shirt to be somewhat loose so I could wear a tshirt or camisole underneath. It is sooo warm and cozy and washes like a dream. I would definitely recommend this shirt.

perfect combination of a hoodie and a flannel shirt. Roomy across the shoulders, the sleeves are long enough, and the kangaroo pockets are great. wish there were more colors so i could have more.

Perfect autumn over-shirt/light jacket! I usually wear medium LL Bean shirts, but went up a size for a roomier fit over other shirts. Nice size pockets, fits my smartphone and hands. I am 5'7, the sleeves are long enough, overall length is just long enough, a taller woman might like a little longer. Hood fits with plenty of room.

Vert soft.

This hoodie is soft and cozy! Like other reviewers I found it to be a bit roomy when new. One trip in the dryer brought it in to where it works quite nicely, albeit still a little loose. The hood is nice and it is much warmer than I expected. Perhaps that is because of the slightly longer length. The flannel is a nice weight. It is well made and the plaid is great.

This is a very nice hoodie. I love the color, the fabric and the fit. Just warm enough for cool days and roomy enough for layering with a t-shirt or light sweater.

Glad to see more products available in plus sizes! I have been wearing this top since the beginning of this month ( October) and it is just the perfect weight. You can easily layer it. It is very neat looking and comfortable as well.
