Love the color and fit. It is not super boxy but still loose enough to layer.

It is super warm without being bulky. I love it!

This is THE best sweater. I was skeptical to wear it , thinking it would be way to hot but it was perfect. It breathes so well and keeps you warm without that stuffy can't wait to get it off feel. If it's a cold and chilly day and you're going to be out and about, this is the one to have.

I bought this for fall, mid-temperature wear and it hasn't disappointed. I wear it in to the upper 40's without a jacket and I'm comfortable. I was a little concerned with the washing procedures; I washed it with a regular wash and dried it separately. I turned it inside out and dried it on low; it was dry in 15 minutes. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a WONDERFUL weight fleece pullover for this fall cold/windy and then warm kinda weather!. Its Soft fleece inside, and a soft knit "sweater" type material on the outside. (its the similar to the pantegonia, but better fitting). Based on the SIZING chart, I would wear a Medium like I do in my flannel shirts and jackets by llbean. But, This pullover is a little more "fitted" and I needed the room in the shoulders for easier getting on and off. The Large is a PERFECT fit! :) I am 5'8", 135lbs.- I bought the Wine/Mulberry color, its very pretty! Wish they had it in NAVY, and I would get another! I like more "basic" colors. I plan to get many days out of this, both indoors on the cool days, and outside either alone, or under a jacket!. PLEASE CONSIDER pullover in NAVY? Thank you!

This is already one my my favorite pieces of clothing. I nearly cancelled my order for it in a small after I recevied other orders and realized tht I seem to be an XS instead (5'3", 120 lbs). Yet the XS was backordered until March, so I took a chance and let it come in. I'm gald I did, as the Small fits like it was made for me! This is such a versatile, classic style. I absolitely love it!

I'm so happy with this purchase. It's very warm, especially considering how lightweight it is. I bought it to replace a 10 year old North Face fleece jacket that had seen better days, and I wasn't sure if it would be warm enough, but to my surprise it's even warmer. Also, there was a lot of thought put into the design. The seaming is flattering, the pockets are generous, and the finishes (snaps at the neck, etc) are all the high quality you expect from LL Bean. It also washed nicely in the cold regular cycle (no shrinking or pilling), so care is very easy. It's quickly become my casual go-to outerwear for fall.

I am a college student who has early morning classes. This is my favorite sweater to throw on while walking through brisk, Ohio mornings. I have a similar sweater made by Patagonia, and this one is almost more comfortable.

The temp just dropped here in New England so I finally got to wear this sweater fleece this morning. It is warm enough to do some outside work, love the pouch pocket - held the tools I needed. The grey is perfect. This will be my favorite this winter.

Very comfortable, perfect fit. Liked the first one so much that I ordered two more. My new favorite top. Only comment would be that it is a little difficult to take off but worth it. Would highly recommend.

The sweater fleece pullover is warm and cozy. I will be wearing this all fall and winter.

Love these fleeces. They have a kangaroo pocket which is ok. I would have preferred the pockets to be sewn in the middle, making two separate pockets. Otherwise they fit as expected and I love the looks.

I'm a huge outdoor fanatic but I don't like to wear coats since they are a pain to deal with if you go inside. This fleece is soft on the inside, has a taller collar to block the wind and nice large pockets to hold my phone and keys. Its warm in the wind and chilly weather but if I go inside, it still breathes so I'm not overly hot. If I do get hot, I can take it off and wrap it around my waist. The sleeves are longer than a sweater but not long like with the thumb loop. I love this and bought another one. They are better than sweaters any day!

I follow a blogger who recommended this pullover and it was on sale, so I decided to go for it. I got it in the light lilac and ordered a large (I usually wear large tops). It fits perfectly. The color is much more purple than I thought it would be, but it is so pretty and quality looking. It is super soft, durable, and comfy. I'm in love!

This is a great fleece pullover! It has great quality, great styling and great colors. It is versatile and is quickly becoming my go to jacket to throw on all the time. It is soft and thick and cozy. This is a well made piece of clothing with endless possibilities. I would highly recommend this item to anyone.

LOVE the look of this sweater. It seems true to size I am 5'4 and about 135 lbs so ordered a medium and it fits great. It's definitely warm and the inside fleece is SO soft. The color looks great too!

I received this as a Christmas gift last year. I absolutely love it. It is comfortable, warm, and stylish. It does run slightly small for other Bean clothes, namely in the shoulders and arm length, but not enough so to dock a star in my opinion. I am 5'9" and like my clothes somewhat fitted, and the small is perfect. I can add a thin layer or flannel underneath without feeling like I'm totally constricted. This fleece is the perfect alternative for someone who likes the look of the trendy snap fleece, but doesn't want to look like everyone else. I lived in it last winter, and am loving this cooler weather so I can break it out again!

I am in love with my LL Bean Sweater Fleece pullover. I received it just in time for a trip to Whistler, BC and am so glad I threw it in my bag at the last minute. I'm honestly not sure I took it off the entire time I was there! It great on it's own, just over a t-shirt, but I definitely wore it as a layering piece under a heavier rain jacket too. The Pewter color is super flattering and goes with dark jeans and Bean boots very nicely. The fit is a bit boxy, but I prefer my fleeces to not be too fitted so I can layer up as needed. I plan to buy more colors so I am never without a Sweater Fleece! I am 6'1", 36A chest, 160lbs and wear a Medium.

This fleece was one of the most cozy things I've ever worn! So nice alone for chilly nights, or under more layers for a warm base - and cheaper than its' Patagonia counter part :) The only thing I would advise is not to size up like some others have said. I am 5'5", 135 lbs, D bust, and a medium was just too bulky in the torso and sleeves. The small was backordered so I haven't received it yet, but I imagine it will be a better fit.

I bought this sweater to wear in the fall in Vermont. Wore it recently to a golf tournament and it was comfortable to play in. It kept me warm on a windy day in the high fifties to sixty degrees. I purchased the pewter sweater and it goes with everything.

It is soft on the inside & sturdy on the outside, and I imagine it will look great for years to come, unlike cheaper fleeces that pill easily. I have to disagree with other reviews about sizing - I am generally a 10-12 but ordered the L due to the reviews. While I'm keeping the L for the roominess I like in a fleece, I could have comfortably worn a M as the sizing chart suggests.

I was really surprised to see some of the negative reviews on this irem! When I first saw this type of fabric a couple years ago, I didn't like it, I thought it was on odd hybrid of textures, but it grew on me so I picked up the light gray in store today. This thing is very soft, lots well, and it reminds me of the classic Bean's staple items my aunt and uncle have always worn. I can tell im really going to like it for those days its not quite cold enough for a jacket, but a sweater isn't enough.

I received my pullover today and I am so pleased. The hole where your head goes through could be a little larger, but other than that it's wonderful.

This is a great buy. I bought it on sale, but would've paid full price. It's comfortable, cozy, well-made, and looks attractive. I did not have any issues getting it over my head as some of the others mentioned. It is a close fit, sure, but it was easy enough, after unbuttoning, to remove. No problems at all. It seems to be of high quality. I like the length, as I'm 5'7" and longish in the torso. It is just long enough for me. I'm 135 lbs at the moment and the medium fits me well, with a little room to move. It seems to be a tiny bit narrow in the shoulders, but I am narrow in the shoulders, so no problems there either. I initially wanted to go with the pretty green color but ended up choosing the light grey and very glad I did. It is gorgeous and will go with anything. I highly recommend this product!
