This shirt is so warm and comfortable, I can't believe it. I have the grey one, but I may order different colors, as well. Love this sweater.

I got this as a Christmas gift after putting it on my wish list! This is absolutely my go to item! For football games, days outside and being out in the snow or skiing this is my go to! It truly keeps the chill out, is soft and can be used with layers underneath! That and Bean boots and I'm good for the winter! Get one you won't be sorry it is well worth the price.

I love this pullover, and already want to buy it in more colors as it is a great staple piece for cold weather. I purchased the gray, and it is a perfect neutral to wear with a bright tee underneath, or to pair with a colored scarf. Some reviews say the head hole is a little small, but I have found it to be a fine fit. It is extremely warm without feeling bulky. Highly recommend!

Pullover is excellent, just perfect for me. Sweater fleece is a wonderful idea, very cozy without being too bulky. Love it!

I love this fleece! The inside is fleece but the outer-facing layer is a small knit, which I love. It's less static-y in cold weather than most fleeces. It does indeed run a bit snug, so I got a S when I normally order in XS. I didn't like how the trim was a different color than the colored options, so I went with black, which is great because it matches everything!

I loved the other Sweater Fleece jacket so I got this one as well. Blue green is gorgeous, friends say they love th color. However, compared to the jacket, the shoulders are a full inch narrower, causing the sleeves to feel shorter too. The torso is boxier. But I love the sweater fleece feel to it. Quality wise, the durability of Bean products have always served me well, so I'm not ashamed to have that L.L.Bean logo in the front.

This is really nice looking with the trim and the tweed look. It's sweatshirt fabric but thicker, and and it's really warm. I normally wear a large and I ordered a large in this, and it fits great without wearing another other shirts underneath. I may order another one.

Patagonia is usually my go-to for sweatshirts and light jackets. I thought I'd take a gamble on L.L. Bean's version of their pullover sweatshirt and I'm sold. In fact, I like it better! It's roomier, washes well, has a nice color (I got the purple-ish colored), and is great for a casual work day, bumming around or going for walks. I'm planning to buy a 2nd in Kelly Green once it's back in stock!

I have owned the gray for several years and it was beginning to wear out. I love the softness and look of this sweater. So I had to buy another gray and added a black to my wardrobe. Casual, warm and comfortable.

You can enjoy wearing this fleece indoors and out. Order a size larger than usual for comfort and appearance.

I usually wear a small or extra small, but this pull over runs small and I needed a medium. But other than that, it is a great pull over.

Much thicker than I thought it would be. It feels like it's going to last literally forever.

Bought this because I like the fleeces with weight, not the 'exercise' ones with no mass to them. Fits well, and is nice and warm for playing outside with the dogs. Need more colors to choose from.

I have this sweater fleece in 2 different colors. Absolutely love these. They are so warm and cozy without the bulk. The light gray one is beautiful and goes with anything. The blue/green is a very nice color. LOVE these pullovers.

This sweater is high quality and the materials used are very warm. I have worn and washed mine several times and they still look like new. I ordered one and wore it a few times, then promptly ordered another. I live where winters are extreme, and this sweater is very warm without being bulky or high maintenance. The look is classic and the colors are beautiful.

I'm 5'8", 150 lbs., usually wear a med, but ordered this in a large because I wanted it to be more roomy. The feel of it is cozy and warm, the color, blue-green, is just that. I love it so much, I ordered the cranberry. The fit is just what I wanted. They wash well, no shrinkage. These seem to be true to size, so if you like a closer fit, you need to order your regular size. The collar lays down nicely if you want it to.

hesitant to purchase due to price, bought during a 20% off sale and so glad I did. I got the medium instead of small as I wanted to layer. The small was tough getting on and off and color and size were limited. The pullover is so warm you will not need a coat. Awesome pullover and would buy another in a heartbeat.

True to size...I'm 5 feet tall and 112 lbs. ordered size xs...perfect fit. Warm, soft, love the color blue/green. Goes with jeans or work out pants. Came back for another in light gray. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I bought one of these sweater fleece a year or so ago and it was snug, so I gave it to my daughter. This year, I took a chance that LL Bean had listened to their customers and made this garment correct to size. I'm 5'9", 175 lbs and busty (40DD) and I ordered an XL. It fits me perfectly. I have the light gray, black, moss, and maroon color and wear them all the time, under a down vest for outdoor or indoors, with a turtleneck underneath, when it's really chilly outside. I would have ordered all the colors but they were sold out in my size quickly. Please make more, LL Bean.

I have many of your sweater fleece items, including jackets and pullovers. The pullover fits pretty true to size and washes like a dream. LLBean -- would you consider getting rid of the gray binding around the collar? It would look so much better if it was the same color as the pullover! I have the red/black plaid sweater fleece pullover and it has black around the collar and looks so great. Please? Thanks.

This is by far the best ever! I love LL Bean! Don't let the "slightly fitted" description fool you. It does wonders for my middle. I'm 4'11" and 120lbs with a bigger bust and wear a size M perfectly. And, yes, room for a T-shirt underneath. I purchased the stunning 'pewter' and just ordered the 'sailcloth' and 'black'. I've received many compliments and "where is that from?" even with the LL Bean logo clearly on the chest! Go ahead and purchase this. It is even more perfect in person! PS: The kangaroo pocket is such a handy helper as a teacher when at recess!

I absolutely love this Sweater Fleece Pullover! After reading many reviews, I decided to order it in Medium, and I'm so glad I did. I'm 5'6" and 120 pounds with broad shoulders and a long torso. This pullover is roomy without being baggy, and I'm very happy with the overall length as well as the length of the sleeves. I didn't find it to be tight or difficult to take off as a couple other reviews stated. So far, I've only worn it with a t-shirt underneath, but I don't think I'll have any problem in colder temperatures wearing long sleeves as my base layer. This pullover provides the perfect amount of warmth, and I really love that the outside is a smooth sweater material. I think it looks nicer than just regular fleece. I love it so much, I just ordered a second one in another color.

This sweater fleece pullover arrived just in time for the cool fall weather. After reading the reviews I purchased a large and it's roomy enough to add an extra layer of warmth underneath the pullover for the chiller days and evenings so I don't have to wear a coat. Thanks L.L.BEAN for continuing to carry great products.

I ordered this about a month ago and I haven't wanted to take it off! I had a Patagonia fleece pullover similar to this, but this one is by far so much better (and cheaper)! I can actually have full range of motion and it is breathable. I will never order another Patagonia over this pullover! I love the pockets on this pullover, and I love the colors. I am 5'4" 155lbs and I ordered a large. It was a little baggy when I got it, but after washing it and air drying it it shrunk down to my perfect size. I could easily wear a long sleeve shirt under this and still have full range of motion.
