My husband had another ( not from LLBean) fleece jacket that wasn't a tall size that he used a lot but didn't fit well. This fleece sweater jacket in Tall fits perfectly and is very comfortable. He loves it as a sweater both inside and outside and wears it almost daily. The color looks great, too, he got the blue color.

A bit heavier than the season for which I bought it (spring), but it will be a nice alternative to a jacket in the early fall. I really like the length, which falls just past the waist and the knit is tight and seems resistant to pilling. I have a similar, but different brand, that's similar to this and it's 10 or so years old and finally ready for the donation pile. This seems ever better. Very pleased!

I think it's a quality garment. The material is very attractive and the construction is perfect. I would buy it again and recommend it.

Good jacket for temperatures from about 55 to 65. On me, the bottom of the jacket fits a little sloppy. The sleeves do not have smooth lining, so they can be a little hard to put on and take off. Not good for keeping you warm in wind. Very good quality.

Got this for a pretty simple professional looking fleece. It is really comfortable. I bought an XLT but had to return it since they run slightly large, but as always returns were easy. Would recommend!

Long term fan of LL Bean and this jacket is a good reason to be! Very good mid-weight jacket, comfortable without a lot of weight, fits true to LL Bean sizing. For me this is a large, tall....Easy to recommend!

My fianc loves this zip-up fleece with its high-quality weave and its fashionable cut so much that he does not take it off all day. He is thrilled, and so am I.

After buying one I found I needed 2 more of different colors. The fit and comfort can't be better and for Northern California coastal weather, the jacket is my go to jacket, perfect weight for year-round outdoor comfort.

I can always count on my LLBean shirts to fit right. The tall size just works very well gor me. The quality is also very good.

If I had noticed the name of the jacket, "sweater fleece," I wouldn't have been so surprised that it wasn't heavier. It's like a slightly thicker than usual sweater. It is well made and comfortable to wear.

I loved the fit, color (Kelp Green), and of course, the warmth of the jacket. Excellent for outdoor activities in cool brisk days in the fall or even in mild winters. Makes excellent layering on colder days in the winter. The fleece is soft and durable. I also have the mountain red color version of this jacket.

This sweeter fleece is not too bulky and not too athletic fit but somewhere in the middle of thickness and warmth. So, I bought another one and is great for chilly but not cold weather.

Great sweater weight. Zippers work easily and the fit is spot on (especially sleeve length). I tried a more expensive "other" brand that has sleeves that are too long. I can wear it in the house (in the 60s) and to walk the dog. It's a wonderful cross between a mid-weight sweater and a light jacket. It does not block the wind but is warm.

I bought this sweater in green for my husband. It fits well and looks puts together. It's a good weight for TX cooler weather. He likes it and wears it often.

I was looking for a spring time light jacket and this fit the bill. And it was on sale. Win. Win. It's labeled as "slightly fitted" but it fits me comfortably. It does not completely block out the wind but that was what I expected for an unlined fleece garment. I find it perfect for a walk in 50 degree temps.

This sweater fleece is just perfect for very cold to moderately warm days. Can wear this all day. I purchased the vest first and haven't taken it off since December. I wear it everyday well except for the days I wear the jacket!

I bought this jacket as a gift for my son after wearing one myself (size small) for the past two years. We both find them comfortable, and they fit well. Good on its own on a cool day or as a layer on a cold day.

The red sweater fleece was given to my husband as a gift and he loves it! Good quality thick fabric and well made. I think this will last him a long time! Yay! It fits well and looks great on him. .

This fleece jacket is the best I've worn. I have another from a high-end outdoor clothing company that cannot compare. It is comfortable and warm without over-heating. It has excellent wind blocking from the ribbed outer texture. Pockets are conveniently placed and ample to carry items for a neighborhood walk or on the trail. We live in the SF Bay Area where winter temps can range from 20F to 70+F and this jacket is ideal for our area. I also wear it under my Bean parka for those colder windy and rainy days. It holds up very well when laundered showing little wear. This is my 2nd fleece sweater jacket and I see another one coming in a few years.

Living in California I hardly need heavy outerware and Beans Sweater Fleece jacket is perfect for me. Well made with three outside zipper packets and two open inside pockets. Fits well and provides the right amount of warmth for me.
