This sweater fleece is exactly what I was looking for. One complaint--the English laundry instructions are not printed on the tab inside the garment, although there are instructions in at least 4 or 5 other languages. I think that the care instructions are printed under the size of the fleece but it can't be read cuz it blends totally into the fabric (fabric is heather grey, print is also grey). I'm a guy who does laundry and I don't know what the tiny care icons mean. Going forward please print care instructions where they can be read.

This fleece looks great, fits perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer the full zip style and this is very well made.

Great sweater. It is very warm and comfortable, and has useful pockets. It allows me to keep my home cooler in the cold seasons, while still being comfortable, myself.

Warm. Easy on and off. Bought it to tour Northern Ireland for two weeks and it was perfect weight. Fit well under my raincoat so perfect for the weather here.

Our family owns many sweater fleece products. They are the perfect weight for spring and fall and they layer nicely with other items of clothing. I hope they continue to make these in other colors and sizes for kids.

Mu husband loves this sweater/jacket. So much so, he has it in two colors.

This is a great fleece jacket, feels and looks more like a sweater. I bought it for a long trip in Iceland where weather conditions vary every day and this was perfect. I layered it over a range of shirts, and under my GoreTex jacket it kept me warm in less than perfect weather. It certainly feels and looks durable, like most LL Bean items, so I expect to get years of use from this. I'm very pleased so far.

The jacket looks nice, feels comfortable, and has more than enough pockets to hold gloves or a phone. The tag said it was slightly fitted, which I agree with, and that plus the fleece texture do give it a sweater like appearance.

My girlfriend loves to steal this. It keeps her cozy warm on cool evenings.

I had another brand fleece for years. The first thing I noticed when wearing the Bean was the wind resistance, drastically reduced which made the chill factor less of an issue. Great product.

Much more than I expected. I expected a routine fleece. This is a cross between a sweater and jacket. Very warm and plenty of pockets.

I've had this jacket for about 4 months, and so far it's really good (comfortable and warm). The outer shell is tougher than it might seem at first (a small amount of piling at the bottom of the sleeve), and the overall construction is great. I especially like the collar; it seems like it had its own design team rather than just something they just stuck on, which was my feeling with the "Better Sweater". Runs a bit small across the back, though, so I had to size up from my usual medium (I'm 5'6" or so, 150 lbs or so, and I lift weights), so it's a tiny bit roomy for me, and the sleeves are a tiny bit long (even though I have long arms for my size), so the cuff edge is getting a bit worn. Even with the sleeves, I gave it 5 stars because I couldn't find anything else even close to this quality for this price.
