Great flannel...it's to the point where I am losing track of how many LL Bean shirts I have. Here is the deal...great flannel, I own two. A bit boxy though. I like my shirts to fit closer to my sides.(love LL Bean Trim cut shirts). Can't go wrong otherwise. The only plaid shirt I love more is my Chamois plaid shirt!

I have purchased cotton plaid shirts from LL Bean before and they were excellent, but the ones I just received are even better. The material is a little softer - the tailoring a bit more stylish - and the stitching is neater and more precise. Great product at an excellent price

LL Bean scotch plaid shirts have been a Christmas tradition in our family for many years. My two sons and I get matching shirts for a warm Christmas. They wear well and last! I just wish they came in junior sizes so the two grandsons could participate in the tradition.

I've really enjoyed these shirts over the past several years. They're soft and warm. My only wish is that these shirts be pre-shrunk cotton flannel. I have found that over a couple of seasons, the shirts shrink down a full size, causing the neck and cuffs to become somewhat tight. If it weren't for the shrinkage issue, I'd be able to wear them more than two seasons before having to replace them.

Very light but soft and warm. Great for the chilly nights. Light enough where it doesn't restrict you or weigh you down.

My Husband wasn't so much for Flannels, he thought it wud make him look fat...However his view changed after he tried the Green and Red Paid and liked the soft feel and the look. I am happy he liked it and i liked it! It definitely is a good quality plaid. I hope it will keep up after wash...

The shirt is comfortable and fits just right. Great for those chilly fall days outdoors.

This is an excellent shirt but the arms are about 1 to 2 inches too long for my medium (M) frame. Otherwise the colors and quality are great.

This was a perfect shirt to use as outer wear. It kept the morning chill out and was very comfortable. My wife has commandeered this shirt and I will be ordering another for myself soon.

I love the softnesses of this shirt and it keeps me warm in the cold, rain and snow.

I purchased this Scotch Flannel Shirt and have it on as I am writing this. I bought it in the mens dept because there were non in the ladies and I really like the colors, comfort, and the look of the shirt. But as soon as it has been washed once, I will cut the tails, and finish the bottom as a square bottom. Its great over a turtleneck in the house in the winter months, then it will be a fun Spring jacket.

Good quality, a little big for size but just right when wearing heavy under shirt. I hang it with my favorite cool weather shirts in the closet.

The shirt is comfortable, warm and looks good when taken right out of the dryer. But most important, my husband looks good and feels casual comfort when wearing this shirt. The plaid was his choice. It definately meets LLBean quality.

A good solid flannel shirt. Good length. Looks good buttoned and tucked in or unbuttoned and un-tucked. Did not need to iron it which is a plus.

Typical well made, long wearing LLBean quality. Looks good right out of the wash and like all but one LL shirts I have owned, the collar looks good after multiple washings as well. And I've purchased at least 4-6 dozen shirts over the years, it not more! Front of shirt lays flat too right out of the wash. Not having to iron is a major reason I love Bean shirts!

My teenage and young adult daughters are into flannel and loved the shirts they got for Xmas.

I got this shirt for my father for Christmas and he loves it.Very nicely made.Soft and comfortable .The only thing that could make it better would be if it were made in America.

Washed up nicely without puckering or wrinkling. Very, very comfortable to wear. I like this shirt, even though I am not a fan of buttondown collars in flannel shirts. I wish LL Bean had more of these kinds of shirts without the buttondown collars, that's the only thing I don't like, but other than that.. great shirt!!!

This shirt is comfy and fits well, the only thing is it balls down the front near the botton area!

The soft, cozy material makes this shirt a pleasure to wear. Also since the name of the tartan, 'Forbes', is a family name, it makes it extra special to our family members for whom it was purchased.
