Soft flannel, warm colors, fantastic fit!

I have three of these shirts with the oldest being about 4 years old. They fit true to size and don't much if at all. They wear well and and are very soft and durable. I buy them for gifts as well. Great shirt and very worthy of the LL Bean name. Buy this shirt, you won't be sorry.

A warm, soft shirt that is well made and fits amply. The fabric is beautiful.

The fit is excellent for this old man's frame. The feel of the material is soft yet sturdy. It is Bean's typical high quality, durable product.

I am an XL Tall and the fit is perfect. The bonus is the feel of the fabric. Soft and warm, comfortable for any moveable activity or reading a book. I am going to order another one.

This flannel shirt is wonderfully soft. The traditional cut and the pleat in the back allow for easy movement even when layered over a t-shirt. This is a light-weight flannel that is perfect for cool nights such as we have here in Florida. Up north this would suit for indoors or spring/fall wear outdoors. Looks great, feels great (to both the wearer and the snuggler!) Combine this with LL Beans great customer service and easy returns, you cant go wrong giving it a try.

This is a beautiful shirt, extremely soft and smooth. The colors are gorgeous (Black Watch). However, the fabric was lighter weight than we expected - it's almost a dressy flannel, if there is such a thing. Since we were looking for a thicker warmer flannel, we will probably exchange this shirt for a Wicked Good flannel instead. We can't comment on the fit or washing, as the shirt wasn't even tried on. Still a five star rating - the thinner fabric is in the nature of the shirt, not a negative.

love it! Its comfortable and durable and I wear it a lot. I never tuck it in and its perfect when I'm caring a concealed weapon, I just leave it unbuttoned.

I always know when I buy my sons' shirts from LLB they will look new for several seasons. Always wear well and they say the fit is very comfortable.

This is the dressiest flannel shirt I have ever ordered. It is perfect going from office to everyday wear. It wasn't heavy and bulky. I'm always hesitant to wash and dry flannel fabric, but this shirt comes out perfectly. I will definitely order again. I hope L.L. Bean will continue offering new colors. This was definitely a great gift!!

This is a great shirt. It is so soft and comfortable. It tends to be big for its size. I generally wear an extra large (XL) shirt, but this shirt fits me well in the large (L) size. I often wear is like a jacket over a tee shirt, but I sometimes wear it by itself or wear it like a shirt over a tee shirt. So, it is very versatile. You will love it.

This was my first purchase from LL Bean. My husband works at home & likes shirts with a little warmth when a sweater is too hot. He also has long arms & the arm length was perfect! Very nice.

This isn't the first Bean flannel I've bought and it won't be the last. It is comfortable to wear and it is warm. I don't live in a really cold climate but this shirt would help even if I did. It does just fine around here and looks good on me too.

These are my favorite shirts, period. I've been wearing them since the '70s and the fabric, colors, wear and comfort are all exceptional.

Travelled across the country to attend a family Christmas party and I wore this red plaid shirt. I swear, people hugged me just a little bit longer just to feel this shirt's fabric. It's that soft and comfortable, and it fit perfectly.

Such a classic plaid. Love the weight of the flannel - light but warm. And it looks soooo good on my man!

I have purchased three L.L.Bean flannel shirts for my boyfriend, and he loves them all. I decided to add this to his Christmas list of presents, but I have to wait because it will not be available until January. The wait is worth it.

I buy nearly all of my shirts from L.L. Bean and with good reason. The quality and style of their shirts is always fantastic. This particular fannel shirt is rapidly becoming one of my favorites! It fits perfectly and feels warm and comfortable. I have purchased other L.L. Bean fannel shirts in the past, and if this one is anything like those, it's sure to last a very long time, even with lots of use. Two thumbs up here!

The LL Bean flannel shirts are a Christmas favorite at our house. I know when I order them that they will fit and not shrink.

The LL Bean scotch plaid flannel shirt is the BEST, most comfortable flannel ever. My husband loves wearing them, and the softness of the flannel is better than any other brand. I bought them for him because I love the way it feels when I'm close to him.
