I gave this shirt as a Christmas gift to my 25 year old son. He loves. That is all you really need to know, but here are details. Per him, it has a quality feel, fits well and he likes the color. Also important to me was that the ordering process was flawless and the shirt arrived ahead of schedule.

My husband really liked this shirt which I bought for Christmas and will be wearing it a lot during our colder weather. He doesn't like multiple layers so I try to get shirts that will be warm enough on their own under his LLB parka. Now we both have Black Watch plaid shirts so we can coordinate and enjoy the soft feel while keeping out winter chills.

My husband loves the shirt and says it looks and feels great. I like the way it fits him and the way it washes. No pilling at all so far. I'm in the process of replacing all his flannel shirts with L.L. Bean's shirts.

Tried to order a shirt for my husband...none in stock. On Facebook...I wrote a little note saying I was sad I couldn't order the shirt my husband REALLY wanted. Someone saw that note and acted on my request! Received an e-mail saying the shirt was being held, under my name, at their store in Maine. I was SO HAPPY! Was definitely worth the few extra minutes spent on the phone...the shirt has arrived and my husband LOVES it! Thank you SO MUCH, L.L.Bean!!!

Have several flannel shirts from you and really like the feel of the flannel and how comfortable and soft the shirt is. Would definatly recommend this shirt to my friends. Love the plaid color. The fit is good. Would buy this shirt in other colors.

I set out not find the best flannel shirt.And this one is definitely it.I tried on five different flannel shirts.For the price this shirt is awesome.I'm 5'10" 155 lbs. and the small fits me perfectly.The shirt is just the right thickness and it's warm but not too warm.The button down collar stands up nicely too.

Good Quality for the price

I bought this shirt for a Christmas gift for my husband. I was concerned that the fit might not be right, but it fits just right. And the fabric is soft and substantial. I have laundered it once, and dried it in the dryer just enough to warm it up a little, then hung it to dry the rest of the way. It came thru perfectly - no ironing needed! My husband loves this shirt, and I know I will probably be purchasing another one for him.

My son has been looking for a light weight, warm shirt while working outside that he doesn't have to take off because he gets too hot. This shirt is perfect for his needs

The perfect "winter" shirt for Florida!

This is the second flannel shirt I have purchased for my husband. He absolutely loves them and says they keep him warmer than other brands of flannel shirts. They are very soft to the touch as well.

A great flannel shirt in the classic sense - I got the "Black Watch" plaid and its a warm, comfortable, and roomy shirt for the cold months. I could really live in it. And, with every wash, it gets better and better. If you're looking for a classic plaid flannel shirt, this is the one.

Quality is evident. This is a very comfortable, good looking, well constructed shirt. Exactly what I wanted. It fits well, tucks into jeans nicely, is soft, keeps me warm, and can be worn to most Holiday functions as it is so "stylin"! After a couple of washes it still looks great. Although I am not a big guy (5'8", 165#), I ordered a "large" so that I can wear a t-shirt under it, and it fits quite nicely that way. It does not look like I am "swimming" in it. I would recommend this shirt to anyone, and think it would look good on men or women.
