I am very happy with the two shirts of this style that I bought. Initially I considered returning them because the sleeves were too long for me. However, after washing them once, the length was enough shorter to suit me. The shrinkage was small, but just enough for me. The feel of the material is great. As with every LL Bean product that I have ever purchased, the quality is superb and generally superior to products bought from competitors. And any problems that I have had in the past were quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

I buy these for my husband, and then I wear them. These are nice and long and the flannel is so soft and thick. Lovely flannel. My only suggestion would be to add a button to the sleeve placket; there is no way to roll up the sleeves and have them be a bit tighter so they stay up.

I love these Scottish tartan plaid flannel shirts. I have 6 of them and just bought two more. I will not buy a competing product. They are well sewn, comfortable and a great fit. I wear them like sweaters all winter over another layer. Exquisitely attractive plaids.

These flannel shirts are the typical LL Bean quality.They are super soft and smooth flannel, and no pills.Also, they didn't shrink much, if at all, like some other brands do. One suggestion, wash and dry separately the first time because of the excess fluff. Love these shirts so much, I ordered more!

Brand new so not sure how long the life of garment is but the quality seems nice, colors nice, fit nice...

I love fall, I love winter, I love cold weather. And a major reason is because I once again get to wear my six beloved Bean Scotch Plaid Flannel shirts. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THESE SHIRTS. They simply make me happy.

These flannel shirts are the perfect weight for wearing. Excellent material and great fit. Come out of the Dryer looking wonderful.

I fell in loved with the mens' plaids and decided to buy one for myself. Since it is cut for a man and not womanly hips it is a little too snug there but I bought it to wear as an open shirt jacket over a tee so I don't mind. The colors are saturated and gorgeous, and it's heavenly soft. I love it.

These shirts from L.L. Bean are the real deal in flannel. Regular or tall fits just as they are supposed to, and they continue to fit well after repeated washings. These are medium weight flannels, and are very comfortable. I find these flannel shirts to be of exceptional quality and durability. I was pleased enough to order more of these again in the fall of 2016, and am sharing them as gifts.

Prwashed the newest one before putting it in with other dark clothes. The washwater had not a hint of dye in it!

My husband loves the colors. The shirt looks larger than the other four Scotch Plaid Flannel shirts he has (he wears them all fall, winter, and spring). I compared this new shirt to another and the sleeves are an inch longer. Maybe, as they say in in the BritCom "Are You Being Served," they will "ride up with wear".

Love this shirt. Previous ones have worn well. Like its softness. Wish sleeves were shorter.

The scotch plaid flannel shirts wear well and wash without wrinkles. My son-in-law is a farmer and wears them all the time.

Nice shirt. I that it is yarn dyed not printed and I can get it in a size that fits. I ordered the Tall size and the sleeves actually fit. I like them a bit long so when you bend your arm it does not pull up to my elbows.

Didn't shrink and the fit is true to size. Great shirts. My husband loves them.

Like an old friend, an LLBean flannel shirt is something you can count on. Soft when you take it out of the bag, it will only get softer and more meltingly comfortable with every washing. Also, like an old friend, the warmth and feel-good just is... Nothing extra has to be done. And this year, the plaids are a great mixture of traditional and bright. So you can have your fall warmth and still a little snap in your color game. Durable, comfortable (the cut is generous without being boxy), this shirt is a classic for a reason.

I bought this shirt for a gift along with some turtleneck shirts. He loved it and said it will be nice to wear over the turtlenecks.

Attractive, well made, fits true to LL Bean size. Great casual wear, which for me is most of the time. With the cooler fall weather I've been wearing it a lot.

Interesting pattern, not solid black, but grey and black together. Sleeves long enough, fabric is soft and feels great. Nice tall fit, I get so tired of things that aren't long enough--this shirt is perfect.

I recently purchased this flannel in the Lindsay pattern. Colors are crisp and the fit is good. No one does flannel shirts better than LL Bean.

Excellent shirt and quality. XXL is a true XXL and tail is long enough that you don't need tall length.

Best flannel shirts available...they actually improve with age. We bought this exact shirt last year - it still looks new and its softer than the 2 new ones!
