This flannel shirt is high quality; well made and exceptionally soft fabric. Be aware that sizing is very large. I like an oversized fit in this style, but I might have bought an XS instead of a S if LL Bean made XS in men's wear. I am a tall slim female and I like men's shirts and tees because of the cut; wider shoulders and longer length than female clothing. The denim blue plaid is very pretty and versatile.

I own a half dozen of these shirts - they are awesome. Soft flannel fabric, rich in color, and they hold up over years of wear. My only complaint is LL Beans only offers a limited set of tartans every season. I want to see more tartans rotated in. There is even a new Jewish-Scottish tartan pattern out there!

Typical LL Bean comfort and reliable sizing. Just like one I bought 5 years ago that I have beat to death, and it jumps back up off the mat for more. Love the colors.

You can find a cheaper flannel shirt, but not a better one. Super comfortable and just the right weight for a cool day.

I especially appreciate the length of the TALL shirt. It has around an extra three inches over what some companies consider a "tall" shirt. If you raise your hands high up over your head, the shirt does not become untucked. (I'm 6'0" tall.) It is also exceptionally soft and comfortable.

My husband liked my plaid shirt for women in the same plaid for men! The flannel is medium weight and just perfect!

I have 4 or 5 of these flannel shirts now, and love them. They're nice and roomy and are great over a t-shirt on a cool day.
