Super comfy and very well made. Shrinks a bit in the dryer which actually made it fit perfectly for me.

With fall & winter temperatures coming up I decided to purchase a few LL Bean Flannel shirts. I got a chance to wear one the other morning when the temperature was low 40 degF as we transition to fall. I was satisfied as this shirt & an undershirt kept me comfortably warm and the quality & feel of the material was great! Worth the extra money.

This is a wonderful weight flannel that still looks great after many washings!

Like most things I get from L.L. Bean, this shirt is just what I want: It fits well all around, with sleeves that are long enough and a chest that gives me room to breathe. The flannel is soft and comfy, and even after a lifetime of flannel shirt-wearing, the plaid is a color combo I haven't seen before.

I own two of these flannel shirts in different colors. They are great looking flannel shirts which I wear every season except for Summer. I wear them over a Bean tee shirt and when it's colder then I'll put on a Bean jacket or a Bean Winter coat over top. At 6 foot tall and 170 pounds I always order the XL and they fit me perfectly in the body and the length. I buy the traditional fit only. By accident I bought another Bean flannel shirt and it was "slightly fitted", and they're not for me.

Great flannel and patterns. My older hubby loves them and I love that they fit him so well. This cut is great for someone who does not want their shirt to fit closer to their body.

this is the quintessential flannel shirt to me. I have about a dozen of them, mostly in traditional fit, a few in slightly fitted. I mostly prefer traditional fit. I wear a Tall for extra sleeve length. mostly wear with a t-shirt but there's enough room to layer these over a henley no problem. great quality, I really love these.

The fabric is very soft and my son-in-law was so happy to have a shirt made in his family tartan. It is hard for him to find something that fits as well as this shirt does as he is tall and big. It was a great purchase!

LL Bean's Scotch Plaid Flannel Shirts are my husband's favorite shirts. This shirt was purchased for his birthday and the small black & white plaid looks great with his silver hair. He loves it. In our area, along the coast of California, these flannel shirts can be worn almost all year long because summer mornings and days can be foggy and cool, and summer evenings can dip into the 50s. I chose two plaid shirts for my husband this year, the small B&W plaid (Black & White Sheperd) and another LL Bean flannel plaid pattern that was once worn by a dear friend that is no longer with us. It is a sweet reminder of our friend and we were happy to see that LL Bean had brought back that beautiful blue and black plaid pattern (Morgan). My husband has a lot of these LL Bean flannel shirts in his closet and wears them all the time. The shirts are soft and warm and the traditional fit is comfortable. We wish the sleeves on the size Tall Large were a little bit longer. The sleeves tend to shorten a bit after the first wash & dry.

These are quality flannels - good moderate weight and super soft. And all of the colors are beautiful.

I gave this to my son for his birthday, knowing the shirt would be high quality and fit great.

Ordered a Large and it fits as expected. The fabric is nice weight.
