Shirt has attractive pattern. Fits okay. Sleeves are a bit long, but use of second button on wrist makes fit okay. This shirt replaces an older LL Bean flannel shirt (of which I own several) which wore through at the collar. I was struck by the fact that the flannel is a significantly lighter weight fabric than my other LL Bean flannel shirts. This is a trend that I find at other clothing sellers too; a sign of the times. Because shirt fabric is thinner I often need to wear a jacket over it on cooler days where before the shirt was sufficient to keep me warm on cool days. LL Bean still markets itself as a traditional seller of quality clothes, but using thinner fabric but still at a premium price is disappointing.

I like the shirt, the arm holes where the sleeves join the shirt are a little tight, though.

Good quality as usual but I'm not a fan of button down collars. My bad buying this.

Finally Bean is offering a few (very few) shirts in size 3XL again! Bought 2 shirts for my husband - Blue Buchanan and Rob Roy (I'd have called it red/black buffalo plaid but whatever). The fabric is soft, which is how DH picks out a flannel shirt, and the fit is good. The fabric is not as heavy as the chamois shirt which is not yet available in size 3XL. Consider that a hint, Bean. ; )

This shirt seems lighter in weight than one bought a few years ago. Still good quality and same fit.

My happy husband says: The flannel cloth is so soft; it feels great next to my skin. This material is different than other flannel shirts I have from LLBean. It's not quite as thick and sturdy as they are and I hope it stands the test of many washings like they do and still looks good.

Nice shirt! Fit is a little larger than expected around the chest but acceptable. Very soft. Material is very thin. We'll see how it holds up. Overall, nice shirt, would recommend!

I bought two of these shirts, and I like them pretty well. The sleeves are quite a bit longer than I like, which is the only reason I'm rating this one star less than perfect. Generally Bean shirts have always fit much better.

Every Christmas I give my son-in-law a flannel shirt. This is the XLTall shirt for 2021. I am sure
he will enjoy it.. He loves flannel shirts.

I bought two Men's Scotch Plaid Flannel slightly fitted shirts, size Medium. I also bought two Men's Wicked Good Flannel slightly fitted shirts, size Medium. The Wicked Good shirts fit perfectly, The Scotch Plaid shirts honestly kind of hang off me a bit. Same size shirts. So I downgraded the Scotch Plaid shirts a bit.

Good heavy warm fabric. Arm length is a bit too long and cuff buttons a bit tight. So its hard to make a standard size that fits everybody just right.

Added this shirt to my llbean collection. Love the color and the comfort but the sleeves are two inches too long for me. I have to roll up the cuffs.

I have worn LL NEAN flannel shirts for 50+ years. I preferred the cut and spread collar of the shirts of 25 years ago, but this is the next best thing

I've been buying and wearing LL Bean flannel shirts for longer than I can remember. The flannel is soft, it retains its color, and it shrinks very little, if at all. But these shirts have a weak spot. No matter how well I care for them, the collar frays long before the rest of the shirt shows any real sign of wear. I've purchased less expensive flannel shirts of lesser quality from other manufacturers and this is never been a problem. At $54 a shirt, I would expect them to wear better.

My standard go-to flannel shirt. I decided to go down a size this time since others I've ordered have been on the big side, and this one fits just right. As long as it doesn't shrink up in the wash I'll continue to be happy!
