I sent you an email saying you are returning it, and I sent the shoes to you. But you don't have any answers. It's disappointing.

Need A Size 13 used to wear these in middle school and high school bring back memories Rockport Prowalkers 9000

I have been looking for that shoe all summer long. And when you finally reveal it you only have it in a few sizes. The one pair that I have had for some time now. Whenever I wear them someone always tells me that they have been looking for that shoe and cannot find them. You need to do a better job on the sizes that you offer. I wear a 12 FYI.

A beautiful shoe; very high quality; it didn't fit, was very uncomfortable and would have required a too long break-in period. The size 8 I ordered was slightly larger and differently shaped than other Rockport shoes I've purchased (GYK Bucher M79269). First pair lasted approximately two years; just bought a second pair. Have worn Rockports for at least 20 years.

i have to say my experience with rockport products has been miserable. on the other had rockport customer service has been satisfying. this shoe is, i presume from the 'limited edition' lable, a premium product. it is also the 1st shoe in over 35 years that gave me blisters. there is a raised, exposed seam just below the tongue that was the culprit. for a shoe as expensive as this, there is no effort to hide/pad this seam. also, the fit was poor with a lot of loosness at the heel. made waling very uncomfortable. now i acknowledge this is not a custom made product and everyone has different feet. anyway i returned it 2 days later and now waiting for the refund to come through. i have found another brand that works perfectly for the same price and therefore i will stick with them from now on. sorry.

Size was off and the shoes looked different than in the photos.

I can't believe Rockport waited all these years to bring this shoe back out to make it with such poor quality
