Glue at sole to upper not holding at flex points. Makes look like coming apart though stitching is holding. 4th pair of these I have had and first time with this issue. Maybe new manufacturing site or materials.

Great shoes. Very comfy. I did get a defective pair but customer service has been working with me. I was fully refunded but will be waiting to see if my request for an exchange is still in process, since instead of a reply, I received an email for a review. I'd love to get this pair again and hope it's still in process.

I think th sole would be deeper - they are difficult to walk in if you're used to wearing shoes with a heel

Love the shoes but, I've only worn them once because the back of the shoes near the Achilles cut both my heels. I will try to work them in better but out of the box they cut my feet. A week later and the still have scans. Good looking shoes though.

The shoe color was much lighter than the picture and what I thought I was ordering.

Return policy could be improved greatly. I immediately attempted to cancel and reorder for another style shoe, took way to long for the exchange. I've always been a big fan of Johnson & Murphy:sleepy:

These are great shoes but after wearing them about 3 months they started to squeak. Did everything I knew to stop the loud Squeak. I even called Johnston and Murphy and I was told to use baby powder or rub soap on the sole. I was hoping I would of been treated better after purchasing about ten pair of shoes from the recently. I will most likely get more shoes from them, just disappointed it couldn't be resolved.

Use to like this model. No longer. It's been replaced by your bowling moc Venetian which is way better.

I know that J&M run narrow so I bought a half size larger. Now I have a shoe that is to long and to narrow. But I like the style so I wear them once in a while.

I love the exterior but I would love it more if they used genuine leather inner soles.

I'm a steady 9 1/2 shoe with J&M. This shoe is bigger. Too much room. I can typically order from you guys and have no worry it will fit. This one is giving me too much room. I'd like to see about gettin an exchange for a size 9 here.

Not as comfortable as any of my other J&Ms, but they're not bad. This won't effect many people, but the squeaking on hard surfaces in an office is rather obnoxious. Not even my sneakers come close.
